Buying a new car is stressful. But we had an overall good experience buying our 2022 Tuscan Hybrid. The sales person was helpful and not pushy, the service department has been very helpful. We had a few snags but the team stepped up to the plate and made it right. I recommend them.
So just got my new trailer hitch installed that Ive been waiting for 3 months to have installed, it was not their fault it was a backlog on wiring harnesses. Service department was very friendly they went out of their way to make sure I had a rental today and that is appreciated. However after picking up the car at the end of the day it took two seconds to look at it and see that the wiring harness was installed incorrectly that I am not happy about, because now I will have to take the car somewhere else to have it fixed because I do not trust that the rest of the installation was done correctly. Will not use them again for any other service needs for my Hyundai. Whoever installed my trailer hitch please do not let them do anymore until they have been properly trained! The one picture where the harness is all loose and dangling is what I received the one that is properly secured is a factory-installed and howmine should look.
Had a wonderful experience buying our Audi Q5 . The customer service was over the top, I truly wasnt sure if I was going to be able to get into this vehicle and the guys here put in work got me the payment I was hoping for and a interest rate im happy with . Truly would recommend buying from these wonderful people, I never was left guessing what was happening during the whole buying process.
Ian Burns, the person who assisted in the purchase of our Sana Fe was very professional, helpful and friendly. He was very well informed about SUV and its systems, and showed us how to use them, including programming the garage door opener, and gate. He answered all our questions, and we never felt any pressure from him. I would not hesitate to refer him to anyone looking for a positive sales adventure.
Terrible experienceMade an appointment mid morning to test drive a truck that they emailed me was still available.I advised them I was traveling over an hour to their dealership and when I arrived they said they had sold it. No call, text or email to inform me.The salesman even smirked as he told me. Totally insulting and disrespectful.I am now glad I didn’t buy from them because I am sure they would have tried something else dishonest.Don’t trust them.
The family drove over 2 hours to test drive a Honda Odyssey we were interested in. We called ahead of time to set an appointment up, given the long distance for us. We got there and said we had an appointment with Becky, but they told us she was too busy to show us the car. So a random salesman named James showed us the car. It took awhile for them to even track the car down. He was pleasant but didnt know anything about the car, couldnt answer most of our questions and just seemed uninterested in trying to help us. We left feeling disrespected given the level of customer service. Wont be buying a car from here anytime soon.
Bought my first car in my name today and the service was great! 2021 Hyundai Venue. Saw it online, fell in love. Came in late last night, test drove the car and immediately fell in love with it even more! Was greated right away. We were able to get more than half of everything done last night with my trade in and finished up today.
Jeff Duncan, service manager is terrible!!! He cant explain when questions are asked (as to why recommendations were being made for service when we had just replaced certain parts) and he hid out when we came in to pick up our car, having his staff say he was at lunch but my husband saw him sitting in a room when he left. Terrible terrible terrible! Hayden is the only saving grace there...hes so awesome and personable! Nothing worse than a manager who makes excuses and cant seem to provide high level customer service.

This is one of the very few dealerships that is part of the Costco Auto program for the Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy. It was nice to call and review the details of what I wanted and put this sale together from a distance. My sales rep Chris Chiba kept in contact with me and answered all questions. When I went to the dealership to complete the purchase Chris Chiba was great at explaining and helping me load personal features into this vehicles advanced system. I am giving a two star to them even though I could give a Five to sales department because they are amazing but the people from the Financial Department to me they are the worst Chris (from financial) I bought two vehicles from this dealer at a different time and I was very specific that I did not want any Service Contracts or Guaranties but He, Chris from financial and I very specific because at that dealer there are so many guys name Chris. Anyway, the problem was that at the time that I traded the vehicles I found out that I did pay for Service Contract and this person not just denied That the Service Contract exist but he was refusing to give me my money back at the end to make it short they end up giving the money back just for one of the Service contracts and the other one they keep it how?, they always find hot to cover up but I lost $3k

This is the first time that I have ever bought a vehicle from a dealership where I left happy & excited! I had a great experience with this dealership. As my wife and I walked in, we were quickly greeted and wasnt long before getting set with a sales associate Chris Chiba. Even though it was very busy and happened to be short staffed, I was able to be shown a couple vehicles that matched what I was looking for. The test drives were easy to get started and he was honest about the vehicles. After we decided on a vehicle the financing process was effortless and quick. Jack Carrolls financial guy David was also very kind and very easy to speak to. Both Chris and David made sure to go the extra mile and even worked overtime with us. The experience was excellent and would recommend Jack Carrolls Hyundai dealership to my friends and family.
If I could give zero I would....My, elderly, parents bought there Hyundai vehicle from this location couple years back. Practically brand new. Anyhow, their Hyundai vehicle ran into a problem after a computer component failed. They were referred to Hyundai and told the dealer was only place that could order this part.They did just that. Went to Hyundai and the mechanic manger told them theyd have to leave the car with the dealership for a day or two. He told them it was going to cost 6-700$ to fix and that it was no problem.After not hearing from the dealership 3 days later my parents called. Still not fixed..over and over until 11 days went by. No calls or updates from the dealership during this process. My parents were the ones calling the dealership. My parents even went as far as to drive the 50 minutes it took to go to the dealership, and asked to speak to a manager. Conveniently, the manager was unavailable . My parents also live near Baker lake way out in the Boonies. Practicality, off the grid (in my opinion).They told the dealership this beforehand. The dealership did NOT offer a rental until the 11th day of not having repairs on their (Hyundai) vehicle done. Which btw was their source of transportation! The very next day (day 12 of this nightmare) they were called to get their Hyundai. When they went to pay, however, the final bill was not even close to the 6-700$ this dealership put on the estimation! This dealership did unauthorized repairs on my parents Hyundai. Yes, they fixed the computer component but they also (without permission from my parents) did several other repairs to the car. Some examples include but not limited to, new brakes/rotors (which was replaced by their own mechanic in Sedro Woolley couple months prior), transmission flush (again without my parents permission), the dealership also planned to put new tires on their vehicle this is only a couple examples.The total cost was thousands in repairs! Not the 6-700$ the dealership put in the estimation. The dealership would not let them take the car home until they paid in full!Please, heed this warning...I am ashamed of this dealership!, As well as general auto repair shops that take advantage of people. Especially the older, more vulnerable population and the percentage of the population that has no experience with auto mechanics. It is difficult to find an auto repair shop that not only does repairs that dont fall apart but also is genuine with their customers. One would think, since its a dealership, they are genuine and professional, right?! Not in this case...
I went to the mechanic here to get an oil change and to get one of my tires patched. They recommended some other services on top of the oil change and patch- but DRASTICALLY overcharged me & never even patched my tire. I felt so taken advantage of, I’ll never go back there.
We knew what we wanted. I called and talked to Chris Chiba. He confirmed they had what we were looking for and came in early the next morning to meet us. He was very friendly and great to work with! No games, just helped us buy the car we wanted. And he followed up about a week later to make sure we were still happy with the car. I highly recommend Chris and Skagit Hyundai.
Took my car in for an electrical issue and they were able to fix it easily. They did an inspection and found some issues that could potentially cause problems down the road. They were able to fix those fast and on the same day. I am confident in my cars handling. Happy with the service I received.

Salesperson John Gonzales was great to work with. We had specific ideas about what we were looking for. They did not have those things in the makes we thought we wanted, but John suggested an equivalent Hyundai, which we are very pleased with and cost less than we expected. I especially appreciated his low-key but helpful style, and the company giving us a generous trade-in value.

Was on their email list for when they get a 2022 Hyundai Tucson Limited Hybrid. Was hoping they would earn my business. They actually called me when a unexpected limited with my first color choice came in which was great news! The only problem was that after having had numerous conversations/emails they never told me until them that they are selling the limited 2022 hyundai hybrid $4,000 over msrp!! That was very disappointing considering other dealerships are are selling the same vehicle at MSRP. In addition when you go to their website for that limited 2022 tuscon limited they list the MSRP price, with a link right underneath it to unlock your savings What savings when you are selling the vehicle for $4000 over MSRP??!! This in my opinion shows that this dealership is not transparent in their dealings with customers. I have worked in the car industry and this certainly doesnt instill trust or honesty in how this dealership does business.

Bought my 1st car from Craig Gruber in May of 2019 what a great experience both him and Chris in finance helped me get into my car even with my horrible credit, brought my friend back to buy her car and wow they remembered me and top notch service once again. Sadly I had to get another new car in January 2021 went straight back to Craig and even going thru my insurance process on the previous car I was able to seamlessly get into another car! And Chris in finance has gone above and beyond to this date in helping me with the process of my gap insurance on my previous car! I couldnt recommend them enough! I contacted them in the morning to inquire about a posting they had for a Kona SEL. I asked the salesman (Brian) if it was still available and if there were any contingences on the price. He said that there are none.The price they had listed was for $18,660. I contacted multiple dealerships in my area to match the price inorder to save myself an hour long drive. No dealerships were able to match the price so I contacted Jack Carrolls Skagit Hyundai again and asked to break down the price so I would know what out-the-door price would be. I asked him to make sure the car was still on the lot and to verify that the $18,660 is correct. He spoke with his manager and assured me that it was correct. I told him that I am committed to buying the car and I asked if they could place the car on hold and lock in the price since it would have been inconvenient for me to drive out there the same day. He said there are 5 other Kona SEL so waiting an extra day would not be a problem.A few hours later, I contacted Jack Carrolls Skagit Hyundai one final time to work over the numbers again since I would be paying full in cash and wanted to make sure I had the proper amount. The salesman (Brian) changed his price on the vehicle we discussed to $19,160, I reinstated that was not the price we agreed to nor is it the price listed on their website.He then said that was a deal over the weekend and that price has expiredI asked to speak with his manager. After I was connected to Jack Carrolls Skagit Hyundai Manager, he said he cannot honor that price unless I would have come in same day. Which I replied that I could have, but I was told that isnt necessary.He then said I have to draw a line somewhere, so I am drawing it at the current price. Since this was a clear Bait-and-Switch scheme, I asked for his name so that I can report what they were doing to HyundaiUSA. He said his name was John. When I asked what his last name was, he said thats not important
They take very good care of my vehicle when I take it for maintenance over there.They have been truly exceptional of service. I use to drive a Chevy and when I went to dealership it was like the hood. But I do travel 1 hr away just to get mt service done over there. They also send you coupons in the mail every 3 months. I trust them with my sonata & its not over priced like the majority of deslerships are.

Never again will I go through Hyundai in Skagit county. Twice have they mistaken my dates for oil change services and wasted my time without a call or reminder. Do not be fooled when they quote you for a 60k service for $1200 when you ca go go somewhere cheaper with the same quality. Ive gone to Hyundai in Everett multiple times with NO problem. Its worth the drive and they have GREAT customer service!! NEVER AGAIN in SKAGIT.

Cant beat the 100,000 mile warranty and 3 years maintenance...that is included at no extra cost! Chris called me today to see if I had any questions! Excellent customer service! I didnt receive a survey from Hyundai so I wanted to make sure this dealership knows what a good salesman Chris Russell is. My wife is currently out of work due to no available childcare in our area at the moment due to COVID-19 so we needed to downgrade vehicles quick to lower our monthly payments. Chris worked hard with his finance team to lower our payment by almost $200 and didnt give up on getting us a deal like another dealership recently did(Chuck Olson Kia)... Chris is a former service member and he saw I was a current service member needing help with my situation and he did everything to make it work. Dont ever lose this gem of a salesman Jack Carroll Hyundai, hes one of the few good ones.

Not sure what has happened to the service department, but it has gone down hill !! I had to schedule my 7,500K maintenance twice. The first time, an hour before my appointment, they call stating they needed to reschedule, or if i decided to come in anyways, it would be a long wait. I ended up cancelling. Second appointment i make, two weeks later, the day before the appointment, i get another call requesting to reschedule. I ended up calling the manager, who stated he didnt know why im asked to reschedule. I go to my scheduled appointment and end up waiting 1.5 hours for a job they said takes about 45 mins. After i get home, i realize my maintenance reminder was never reset. I called and they stated I now have to take my vehicle back to get it reset at their convenience. So after being rescheduled twice, talking to a manager, waiting longer than normal, and paying for a service, i now have to take it back to get it corrected. Definitely not going for again for any service. Ill be making the extra drive to a different Hyundai dealership for quality service!

Service was timely. Hayden also pointed out that I did not need a new cabin filter since it was still in good shape. And I got my free car wash ticket!! I always appreciate that. Hayden is always courteous and very friendly and answers all my questions patiently.Would like to make one suggestion: When you send me a 20% discount on service, I usually forget to use it. I think I mentioned it to Hayden, the coupon was on my cell phone and we both forgot. Could you maybe note such discounts on the customer file so both service and the customer know about it? I have never taken advantage of any discounts because I forget.

Great sales team! But 2 years after I buy a rig they tell me its only worth 15k, and my vehicle only had 12k miles on it. And on the same lot there was a vehicle identical to mine for 25k! With 38k miles on it. I would love to stay local and buy my next rig! But its places like that that are driving me to buy down south! Or even another state.

Chris showed me the car that I wanted, gave me a complete run-down as to its features, and I was sold.The finance portion of my purchase was just as seamless as the sale, itself. I was amazed how easily it flowed - I was in and out of the finances office in less than 10 minutes. First time buying a brand new car for the wife and I. Makayla, our salesperson, was extremely knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure that our experience was as stress free as possible. Id also like to give a shout out to the gentleman in finance who searched around and found us an amazing deal on financing the car! Unfortunately I didnt catch his name but he helped us save a lot of money! Overall the whole experience was a lot less stressful than I thought, and I drove home happy in a new Veloster N! Went in expecting the normal sales experience.We were pleasantly surprised by Craig. He was not pushy and was very friendly.He was happy to spend time in the rain to go over the features of the new Tuscan and knew the vehicle inside and out. Financing was a breeze with David and we would recommend this dealership to all our friends and family.

The shopping and purchasing experience at Jack Carrolls Skagit Hyundai was very pleasant and not at all high pressure. Since the purchase of our 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe the service and follow up has been exceptional. Our salesman, Tim, was very laid back and knowledgeable. Ian, the assistant manager, has bent over backwards to take care of our follow up needs. The parts department ordered (and expedited at no extra charge) roof crossbars for our vehicle and Hayden in the service department got our cracked windshield (covered under the warranty we purchased) repaired very quickly and without any fuss on our end. Bottom line - I recommend Jack Carrolls Skagit Hyundai to anyone shopping for a new/used vehicle (especially a Hyundai).
I was concerned about bringing my car in for service, because of the pandemic. When my husband noticed the wheels were out of alignment, I scheduled an appointment.Everything was great! The place was spotless, the staff were all masked, and Dustin Gehring, the Service Advisor, was courteous and informative.Nothing not to like!

I scheduled my service online and just went to the dealership. I didn’t have to wait too long. Service was done within an hour. They explained about the next service required for my car. No pressure but good suggestion. They even gave me free car wash. Service people were friendly and helpful.

Dustin is SO nice and helpful. He sat down with me and gave me a heads up that my next service would be spendy. He gave me options on how to cut down the pricing and map out my payments to make them do-able. The waiting area is really nice as well and everyone you come in contact with who works there is kind and welcoming. GREAT customer service.

Hayden was great, communicating very well and kept me in the loop about all problems. Returned my calls almost instantly and was overall very pleasant to work with each time ive been in. No complaints here. They are super fast even though i dropped my car off to leave all day its was done and i received a voicemail its was ready maybe 2 hours later.

Good service but was very upset to discover that the maintenance plan that I had been paying into did not cover all scheduled maintenance. I was charged over 500 dollars after having contributed over 1000 dollars into the maintenance plan. I have requested with Chris from finance that I be removed from the maintenance plan. I caution anyone considering the maintenance plan to do the math and see if it will actually save them money. May work for some who drive A LOT!! But I cant possibly see how it would benefit the average driver.
Purchased my Hyundai in December and just brought it in for my first oil change. The appointment was on-time and was done when they said it would be done. Great service and smiles (despite the face masks!)!

We bought a brand new Hyundai here just a few days ago. The overall experience was okay. Ian was our salesman and did great I highly recommend him. However! watch out for Don! He talks a lot like hes trying very hard to be overly friendly, which is fine. The problem is if you decline the extended warranty then he turns sour real quick. Were a young couple buying our first new car and he tried to bully us into buying an extended warranty. He went as far to say youre going to buy a Korean car made in Mexico without a warranty? He then went on to insult the very product and company he works for!? If we hadnt done our research on the car we would have walked right there. So buyer beware, do your research, pick what works best for you. Overall very happy with our purchase.
Went in for an oil change and needed some unexpected work done. Got a rental so I could continue my day and they paid for it. They also detailed my car which was a nice extra.
