Recently went into the dealership looking to trade in my current vehicle for a used vehicle. Everything was perfectly fine. Reason Im giving a 1 star, when I was working with the salesman by the name of Jareth .... my wife communicated with him that we werent going to continue with them due to the fact another dealership was going to offer us more money for the vehicle, well Jareth responds back to my wife and says thanks for wasting my time . That was very unprofessional. If that was wasting your time, theres no need of being a salesman!!! If he would have responded differently I would have given them 5 star.

I would give 10 stars of I could!!! I recently had to take my daughters car in for an emergency service and all over NC there were no available appointments until the end of the month. Trusting the quality service at Crenshaw I went any way and spoke with BRIAN. My serious issue had a not so serious solution and Brian found it immediately saving us a month of waiting and a couple hundred dollars. Ive purchased twice from them and will continue because theyre the best hands down!!!!
Bought 2020 vehicle last week. When opening the back at home noticed a small dent with paint chipped down to metal which was rusting. Sent several emails to my salesperson (first one 5/24) and a text to number saying they were my salesperson thanking me for my purchase. Told them I was asking about the rust spot and also before purchase I was told that a black smudge spot would be removed (wasnt done). 5/25 receive text apologizing for late response asking for pictures to show their shop manager. Sent pictures. Responded that it was a previously owned vehicle and that it was a minor imperfection. Also if I wanted to bring the car back for the smudge spot would have the cleaner go over the mark. I answered that I didnt believe that it was a minor imperfection and if I had seen it would not have purchased the vehicle until it was taken care of. They replied that they would check to see if they had the right paint and if repair would be noticeable and wanted me to be happy with purchase. Then another text asking for pictures again. This morning I received a text that whoever I was talking to had checked with their manager and that they had taken the spot into consideration when pricing the vehicle. Okay if that were the case why did they not tell me that to begin with and why did they not show me the spot and explain that it was figured into the price (it seems a reputable dealer would). I suggest that you not lead someone on about repairing the vehicle before checking to see how much it would cut into your profit. That way you wouldnt have to use the excuse that this was figured into the price. Never dealt with this dealership before and after this experience would definitely not recommend.
Good service, and polite staff. Recall service was quick and also had some additional services done. May stop in to trade vehicle very soon and not travel out of town unless a better deal is found.
I have purchased numerous vehicles from Crenshaw Hyundai & unfortunately I have watched the service department decline year after year. Average wait for an oil change is now about 2 hours. The technicians dont take pride in what they do & thats not on them, that problem starts with Management. I got an oil change this afternoon after having to schedule my appointment 2 weeks in advance. The tech working on my vehicle didnt even bother to change the Next Service Due sticker which leads me to wonder what else goes unchecked. Crenshaw Hyundai needs to value their employees more so that they take pride in their job & provide quality work & results for the customer. A happy employee is a productive employee. I hope that your business starts providing the Quality service you advertise otherwise many will start not recommending your establishment. It is disappointing because you guys used to be great.

Bought a vehicle today from Crenshaw. Much different experience than at other dealerships - very transactional. Service was okay - they delivered the auto and picked up the trade, but spent very little time explaining features and how they work. After delivery, noticed chip in windshield. Did not notice it during test drive and no one mentioned it during the sales process/paperwork. When asked, sales associate said it had been repaired. Took the vehicle to local auto glass shop and they stated the chip had NOT been repaired!
I love this place everyone was so nice and everything went great we got a new car and I love it Quintin was excellent with us and he found us a perfect car and I told him thank you so much for everything he did for us God sent us a person who knows what we want. If youve ever dreaded the car shopping experience (and who hasnt) youll find a very good experience at Crenshaw Hyundai in Burlington. End to end from first impression to final paperwork it is a very smooth process. Of course the sales person you work with has so much to do with how you feel about a car shopping experience. Robert (Bob) Hughett gets an A+ rating in that area. He is very knowledgeable about the product and eager to explain all the details of it, especially all of the enhanced safety items and how they work under various driving conditions. No real pressure, and if you have a good idea of what you should be paying by doing your research beforehand on Kelly Blue Book etc., youll come to an agreement quickly. I enjoyed the experience.

I have done business with Crenshaw for 6 years, two vehicles, and from Sales to Service they are about as good as you could ever expect in a car dealership. The Hyundai Sonata, and Santa Fe have been two good vehicles.
I started out getting service done there, and was so happy with the service, I ended up buying my most recent car from there as well. I was happy with that experience as well.
I spoke to a salesperson multiple times about a car that I was interested in. I asked about the car’s history and accident reports, and I was assured that the car was in great condition. On the day that I was planning to visit, I asked if I could call ahead to make sure the car was still available because it was an hour away during a gas shortage. When I arrived, I had to fill out paperwork with personal information before looking at the car. Then, I was informed that the car had a pungent odor that wouldn’t come out. Crenshaw was planning to take the car to wholesale because the smell was so bad that they couldn’t sell it, but they didn’t tell me this before I drove all the way there. I’m not sure if this was a result of dishonestly or disorganization, but it was a waste of 3 hours.

The term service and job title service advisor are grossly overstated at this location. Their lack of communication, indifference and slack sense of urgency was insulting. My car was there for seven days and I made 5/6 calls to create my own customer service experience. Secondly, I was not informed of some of the work that was done and added to my final bill. Aside from the disappointment of having an engine failure at 106k miles, the poor experience I had at Crenshaw has convinced me to make my next vehicle purchase a non Hyundai product.

The only Hyundai dealership in the triangle area that admitted that problems with my car were recalled or covered under warranty MULTIPLE TIMES. The service department is always friendly and reasonable, and their workmanship is great.
Service department is solid and efficient. Cashier friendly but not overly so. Small waiting area so opted to wait at a table on the sales floor because 6 ft. distancing wasnt possible. Mask wearing among sales staff was horrible. I didnt interact with them so I didnt feel unsafe, but if Id been there to buy a car, Id have walked right out.

We dealt with Quintin he was very knowledgeable of the Hyundai brand. Almost as smart as me lol. No he taught us all about the bells and whistles in the Tucson. So many safety features in a SUV. He was always joking and keeping the situation light. He followed up the sale before and after which in my opinion is superior customer service. I just hope that service continues. As we serviced our Sonata with Crenshaw we felt it was only right to let them quote us a price on our new vehicle. Since the dealership is close by this is where we will service our newer vehicle. I have several family members who own Hondas and every time they take their vehicle to the local Honda service department, they have another issue pop up on their vehicle after any type of servicing. Crenshaw Hyundai has the best service department hands down. I took my car in for an oil change & to get my lights fixed. I didnt realize my light still wasnt working until after I left & brought it back to them. They were able to fix the issue & I wasnt charged again. The issue stemmed from wiring another mechanic did incorrectly. The parts manager at Crenshaw stated because they didnt catch the issue initially, they would take ownership of it. WOW! It doesnt get any better than that! I bought my car from Crenshaw & I go to them for some service issues, but from here on out it will be ALL service issues. They stand by their word. When I am ready to upgrade my car, Ill be upgrading with them. They truly are the best!

Very bad experience! Found a better deal in Greensboro and since I bought a car somewhere else, was told I cannot have my car serviced at Crenshaw and not welcome there. Go to Capital Hyundai for much better price and service.

Requested a quote on stock #193733. Greg Pait, sales manager, quoted a price for vehicle with stock #193733 at $37,708. My wife and I were very interested in that vehicle at that price so we drove to the dealership.After test driving the vehicle and setting down with Greg, he came up with a price of$41 000+I feel that this dealership can not be trusted. I am considering filing a complaint with the better business Bureau.

After a great experience with buying a Genesis, we had no trouble deciding to go back to Crenshaw. Since they are no longer a Genesis dealer and there isnt a good option nearby - and given our comfort with Hyundai as the owner of Genesis - we decided to find a different vehicle. Our salesperson, Robert Hughett, is very knowledgeable. He also listens to his customers and reacts to what they want not to what he has to sell. We wound up buying two! Terrible, avoid! Over a month of messaging back and forth for them to send my gift card after I test drove and I get the run around. Let’s advertise an offer to get potential buyers to come in and then waste their time by not honoring the offer!! That’s their mantra. I wasn’t just someone who wanted a gift card and no interest. Will be purchasing my hyundai elsewhere. It’s a shame this dealership exists, does not reflect the experience I had at others.

Very Bad customer service! Rude Staff! Especially that sales manager !!!! They don’t communicate effectively !! Went their for a car was told it was their but instead they loaded it to someone else while they car gets fixed!! With all the other cars on the lot they could have USED!!! Sell cars that have issues apparently! Spend your time and money elsewhere this is NOT IT!! RUN!!
