I actually had to pull into their parking lot after hours (8:30-9pm) due engine trouble because one of my spark plugs was causing an issue by coming loose. A gentleman (I wish I got his name) was still there working and was very kind and came out and helped me get back on the road. I was 1 1/2 hours away from home and was very fortunate for this kind gentleman! I will be calling in the morning to let the manager/owner know about his employees kind active service—and let me tell you what folks if I lived in the area they would be my go to shop just because of this nice gesture alone—its not common to find good people that are willing to help these days...

Avoid this place at all costs! My Dodge Neon broke down on I40 and AAA towed it here. The man we spoke with on the phone seemed nice and the prices for repairs were reasonable. We paid on the phone with a credit card and went to pick up the car on Sunday, as arranged. When we arrived, the cars left rear tire was flat. We removed the tire and could see a nail through the tread and another hole that had been sloppily plugged. We put on the donut and took the car to NTC Tires. They patched the hole and told us the plug was dubious; we should get a new tire, but they did not have one in stock. I called the shop on Monday and the owner first denied it could have happened, then offered to pay only for the patch but not the new tire. Not only did they wreck my tire and refuse to pay, they tried to conceal what happened and left the car for me to drive away in an unsafe state! I have filed complaints with AAA and the Better Business Bureau.

I past Burlington last week during my 15 hr driving from east to west, and found the noise of my car is louder and louder, I was afraid it may broken on my long journey, I exit the highway and try to find an auto shop to have a look for me. I was so happy to find this store and kindly allow me to have the walk in diagnostic, since Im on my way and can not wait to long, the give me this favor. They are very friendly, very professional and act quickly, the shop looks neat and comfortable, many mechanic are busy, they calm me down and exam my car carefully and told me, it has nothing wrong, at least inspect from the outside, so I put my heart back, and they even did not charge me! I was so moved. 5 hr later I arrived safely! Nothing happened.I know they can just say something is wrong and Ill definitely fix it, but they did not do like that, this is a store really deserve your trust. I believe their business will be better and better！

Would not recommend them took my truck with power steering problem was told would check it called me and said needed a power steering pump would be done later that day called said it was ready on way there they called and said the problem was not fixed would call early next morning called about 10:30 next day it was better but the rack and piñon would probably need replacing at some point got truck no better then when I took it there spent 475.00 dollars for nothing will never go back very unprofessional

When it comes to a mom and pop and shop. (dark and diesel, )one expects customer service, which they deliver on. For them to assure cost savings products is unbeknownst in the industry.-TRW

Prompt attention and service when caught in a jam: My trucks alternator went out on a Friday afternoon at 3:30 and they had me back on the road by 5:00 PM.

Bad experience, they advertise AAA and when showed up with a AAA coupon the clerk said they dont accept it. They advertise AAA then it should be accepted. He then said the sign was old but it looked brand new. These places these days. Sad no business from me.

I went in for a transmission maintenance. Well I went to another mechanic a month later and found out that the filter had never been changed. So what the hell did I pay for. Biggest rip-off ever. And they advertise AAA, but they dont accept it.
