I used to frequent this store but after my last two visits I will never shop here again. The first unpleasant encounter I brushed it off, thinking the young lady behind the register may have been having a bad day. We all do. But weeks later! I encountered the same young lady, who still had the same nasty, condescending attitude. She acted as very disinterested in assisting me and began to mumble under her breath. When I asked what she said I was met with an eye roll and a response of “nothing.” All very unfortunate because the convenience of the location and the quality of the products is why is frequented this store. But quality customer service means so much more. And the attitude of the young lady behind the register has now caused them to lose two customers. Myself and my sister will no longer shop here.

I bought a wig and my wig doesnt have an ear tabs :( but the pple there was very friendly

I have been shopping here for years and I never had to return ANYTHING but the half wig I brought was stretched out it didnt have the elastic to to adjusted to my head Im very disappointed. I live about 30 min away so I called the girl told me to come back Sunday when the manger was there I wasted gas driving up there to be told to come back again this is so unacceptable they have lost my business I wouldnt recommend them to my enemy messed my fathers day up after all the money I have spent shopping there

I will never go back to this place again. After asking where the hair I was looking for was it took me a minute to decide. Someone finally came over after 10- 15 minutes passed. After I got the hair I wanted I decided to walk around to see to what other products I was going to purchase. I noticed every where I went I was followed by the lady owner. She made it obvious that she was watching me. I drove almost an hour to this store to get treated like I was about to steal something. Very disheartening! I thought this could be a new place for me because I buy hair a lot and they open on Sundays was a plus for me. Guess not😞

Marquilla helped me out so much. She was so attentive. I never wore a wig but she made the process so easy. All I did was show her a picture of what I wanted and she got it spot on. I highly recommend this store.

Been a faithful customer at divas for a very long time so I recently Spent 270 on hair and within a week my bundles started shedding so bad like someone was cutting the hair from the weft and pulling it out went in store to talk to store manager and he brushed me off and offered 10% off my next hair purchase the hair was shedding too much for just 10% called the store to complain again and the store manager tells me “ we don’t make the hair we sell it so it’s nothing we can do” then the worker on the phone wanted to be rude and catch a attitude on the phone. I won’t be shopping from them ever again and I also won’t be recommending anyone else to.

The lady that does my hair sent me here, they have great customer service. Been buying hair from here at least 9 months. There is a light skin sista working in there and she is just the best, always has a great attitude. See you guys soon.

Customer service was great and staff was very helpful, however, it is very small and only a limited selection of different name brand hair products. For instance if Im looking for hair dye they only two name brands to pick from.
