The cashier name ...Zowie ....was awesome,nice,knowledgeable,she was a outstanding cashier.She needs to be moved up too management.I know a outstanding good employee.She needs to be recognized. Also .... Walt ....he helped as well. The store looks neat and clean.Even the bathroom was clean.
I came in and two older ladies just look at me but never offered to help me they were more busy chatting, but I was luck to be help by a guy I can’t remember his name he was so nice and helpful and made me fell welcome

Worst Sephora experience imaginable. Im definitely turning in my beauty insider membership. I just moved to the area and was excited for my first Sephora trip in my new town. The older lady working could not have been more rude. I thought for a moment I was on a prank show, but nope, just awful customer service. Im sadly making my way to Ulta now.

I went in there today & I really wanted to buy some Nars lipgloss, the modern renaissance palette, & a beauty blender BUT the manager followed me around the store just staring at me. Not asking was I doing okay, not providing customer service just watching me like I was trying to take something & I didnt like that. She whispered something to the other employees & they started to watch me too it was very uncomfortable. The only person that really talked to me was the person I always talk to when I go in there because she knows I come in a lot & I ALWAYS purchase my things. For her to be a store manager her actions were ridiculous. Will not be going back to shop here.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. THE SO CALLED COLOR CONSULTANTS SUCK, NEED TO HIRE MORE PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP ARTIST. EVERY SINGLE TIME I ASK FOR A SAMPLE, THEY GET OFFENSIVE AND GIVE ME A DOT INTO THEIR CONTAINERS!!! IVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS AT SEPHORA AND HAVE BEEN A VIB ROUGE FOR YEARS! WOULD RATHER DRIVE TO THE SOUTHPOINT LOCATION IN DURHAM WHERE THERE IS PROFESSIONALISM AND EXPERTISE!!!!

Hi, im a customer at your store in Sephora located in Burlington.everytime I go in your store I get bad customer service from one of your employees her name is cindy.she refuses to give me free samples after any purchase I make..she gives a bad attitude.When i ask for my free samples she replys that theres no more .and customers behind pay for their items and your employee cindy grabs a handfull and gives that customer more than 3 samples And that customer was a white female.Im a hispanic women and that made feel like she was racist.I also mentioned about my purchase points she replys that she will give them to me ..but when I check my account thwres no points added to my account.This is not the first time it happens .I hope you can fix this matter soon. I went in today purchased 2 pallets. And again bad customer service and my points werent added again .Thank you for your attention.
