I ordered two glass front cabinets for my dining room to hold dishes. The quality is simply out of this world. They are stunningly beautiful and the delivery went smooth as silk. These are not pieces youd find at your local big box store but solid oak, sturdy, strong and will last a lifetime.

My wife and I purchased a small table with 2 chairs in November. We paid for delivery and assembly. 2 Months later, the table arrived, delivery men wouldnt assemble the table and left. Opened the boxes and a chair was missing. We called the store, said they couldnt help us. Called the delivery people and they said the chair was back ordered and would take 6-18 months to arrive. Havent heard back from them and its now March. Im thinking we will never see the missing chair.This is the worst furniture store Ive ever been to. Poor customer service, ridiculous back log, delivery service a disaster. A completely frustrating and costly experience.

Very nice furniture in a plain country farmhouse style. Its a little pricey but it looks well made and doesnt look cheap. Much of the furniture isnt available right away and has to be delivered from the UK with a three month wait.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE ON-LINE!Placed two online orders at the end of March 2020. They took the money from my acct for these two orders on April 6, 2020. It is now June 2020 and I have yet to receive my furniture that has been paid for!No communication what so ever... I emailed them 3 times and finally got a response stating: All orders have been suspended!This is FRAUD.You should NOT be taking people’s money... unless the product is ready to be shipped !!!**UPDATE**As of 9/01/2020 I received an email from OFL ....“Due to the unprecedented COVID-19 outbreak, it is with regret that we need to inform you that we are permanently ceasing to trade”.DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANYThey’ll take your money, but you will NEVER get your furniture!I now have my bank involved for Fraud so I can get my money back!

I just received my 1st and last order from this place. What a disappointment. I only ordered a coffee table, but the workmanship is of such poor quality that I will not put this table in my living room, I would be too embarrassed to let people see that I bought such junk. The drawers on the coffee table are just laying on a piece of wood without tracks, they are very crooked and hard to put in straight. The joints on top of the table wide and deep on one side and narrow and uneven on the other. Since the delivery men took the box and I would need to pay to ship it back and pack and pay for restocking and pay for handling (what a joke) I will donate it. I will never in my life order from this junk store again and will make sure I let everyone I know not to ever order anything from there.

I ordered online by their photos and dimensions little over a year ago. It was a smaller than normal nightstand, for a particular space. I took a chance on the color shade in the photo, and when it arrived in six weeks, what a surprise, it matched my bedroom furniture to the T!!!!!! We were so happy with itToday I found this company is now in the United States with beautiful Showroom in a town not too far away, what a surprise! I was treated with the utmost respect and gratitude. In my case I bought a sideboard at a very good price. It seems like this establishment has sales all the time on various things. So I recommend scoping out the place and you’ll most likely find a good option that fits your needs at the right price. I opted not to buy from the store in Burlington. Instead, I brought ten pieces from their website as I was too far away. One piece ended up needing a minor repair, but it was taken care of promptly. I am quite pleased with the experience.

The company is terrible, do not place an online order, I hit some website glitch, they charged my credit card, I received no email confirmation or shipping confirmation. I contacted them multiple times via email, because no one answers the phone. I ended up having to open up a credit card dispute because of failure to deliver.

Please dont order from this store, they just so unprofessional and it takes forever to get a replacement.
