The boat lift I bought is nice. Service is frustrating as Brian doesn’t usually return calls or messages which can be frustrating, especially after spending quite a bit of money with him.

If youve ever heard of bait and switch.Thats what the owner of this business did to me.Ill explain.I took my boat in for some motor work.Brian says $110.00 for diagnostic.Than added if I decide to get the work done the $110 would come off the end of the repair.OK the carbs need rebuilt.Im like I dont wanna put a lot of money in it.Hes $400 $450.I didnt like it but it is what it is.My fault for checking around as he had $110.So he fixed it the bill was $450 of course.I ask about the $110 he says of yes I took it off.I pay the bill.Mind you I did not get a copy of bill before I payed.My fault for trusting him to be honest.I leave than inspect the bill where I see there was no $110 off the bill.I go back to confront him on that.He explains he took it off in his head.What the hell does that means I ask.He says That the labor was really 5 hrs but he charged 4hrs.It was not on the bill that way.He says I made it easy for me.Thats when he said I did it in my head.What a bunch of bull what a lie. Than he said he would spit the difference with me.He gave a me $55 of the $110 he stole from me.I did call around after this with him.And It should have taken 2.5 to 3 hrs for the repair.He charged 5hrs. So beware of this shop.Very dishonest and he lost a customer.My friends call me a little distrusting of people. Juss another example why.
