We tried so many dresses but she hung in there with us until we found the perfect one! So glad I was able to say yes to the dress at Carolina bridal world!

I had such a great experience last weekend with my consultant, Alisha. She was so warm and welcoming, in my court when a dress I tried was a hard no, and didn’t pressure me to make a purchase when I was on the fence. She made this experience so much better than previous bridal shops by making sure that day was about ME! Ultimately, I said yes to the dress and couldn’t be more excited to wear it on my big day!

It was so easy to give Carolina Bridal World in Burlington 5 stars! I worked with Miranda and she was the best! No other bridal stores I visited compared to them and their selection of dresses is outstanding! We went twice and I chose my dress on the second visit. Miranda was patient and great at helping us envision what the dress would look like once it was altered. 10/10 recommend getting your dress from here!!

WOW! What an amazing experience we had at CBWT! The boutique is so beautiful, the gown selection is extensive and well curated, and the accessories are lovely. My mom was in town from out of state and we drove over an hour to look here for MOB gowns. My mom was definitely nervous it was her 1st time, she’s not usually a girly-dress girl but Trina was incredible. Based off some photos we showed her and through listening intently to my moms likes and dislikes, she pulled a gown that was exactly my moms vision. She was beaming when she put it on. I couldn’t believe we found it on the first try!! Additionally, my mom wasn’t able to be with me when I purchased my gown this summer but they allowed me to try on the sample to show her, it was such a special moment I will forever be grateful for. I had the most phenomenal service at Carolina Bridal World @ Burlington! Kayla was my attendant and my goodness she went above and beyond! She was super sweet, patient, attentive and very helpful. The store was immaculate and had tons of dresses to choose from, even some alternative wedding gowns for the edgy brides!! I had found my dream gown online and called this store for a quote and they were friendly and informative! This place is great! They really make sure you find the dress you want. My saleswoman said Im not just trying to make a sale, Im going to tell you the truth and help you find a good one so you can be happy. And that she did! I have been shopping for a dress and when I tried on dresses at other places I was basically asked to use my imagination instead of them making the dress fit as it would in my size. They made sure they had plenty of clips and tools so that I could see how the correct sized dress would look on me. Made for a very easy decision when I found the right one. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere.

I found the perfect dress for me and I had so much fun here with my friends and family. I am a plus size bride so I was nervous I wouldnt find something I loved They had lots of great dresses in my size and the prices were great. The staff was all very helpful. DO NOT HAVE OUT OF STATE BRIDESMAIDS GO HERE. I had my measurements professionally taken by 2 bridal store near me and called them in to be sized to a dress. I was told I was in between sizes and to go up. I was NEVER told that the dress was large in the chest - had I been told, I would have sized down as I am a 34C.The dress clearly is 2-3 sizes too large. CBW did NOTHING to help me other than tell me it was my fault for not coming to their store to get measured and that i could drive 8 hours to have their tailor alter it. The dress was $150 and alternations were $240. When I called they stated they could “maybe give me back $50” and I haven’t heard a thing since.You can see in the picture at the tailor’s that the dress clearly still does not fit even after alternations. There simply was too much fabric and the breast cup overwhelms the whole dress. CBW kept insisting this was a simple “take it in 2 inches and it will be fine” and clearly it’s not. While taking it in 2 inches did help with the waist fitting, the size of the breast area is too massive to be altered.The lack of ownership taken for not disclosing all the information about this dress prior to me placing my order is disheartening. I would have never ordered the size I did had I known it ran large in the chest. I am also not the only bridesmaid in this party having an issue, just the worst of them all.Something that is supposed to be fun and exciting for the bride and bridesmaid been turned into nothing but a financial burden and stress. I would never recommend this store for anyone who has bridesmaids from out of town in fear this could happen to them.

Carolina Bridal World had a GREAT selection. I didnt have time to order a dress, so I had to find one in my size or nearly. I got my gown here in about 2 hours and I loved it! They referred me to my seamstress company too, who were ALSO beyond amazing!

This is one of the best Bridal Places I’ve ever been to! (It’s been a lot). The staff is super nice, they keep the building very clean and they are super helpful! I did end up saying yes to the dress here! They have a large selection of Bride’s dresses, Flower Girl dresses, mother of the bride dresses, Bridesmaids dresses and men’s tuxedos. They have a wide variety and most of the dresses are a great price! They have hair accessories and Vale’s as well. This is truly one of the best places to go! I highly recommend this Bridal Store! We had the pleasure of doing business with Caitlin! She is awesome and really listens to what your looking for in a dress. Along with just making sure everything is perfect before you show everyone else.

I had such a great time choosing my wedding dress at the Burlington location of Carolina Bridal World! Paige was a wonderful assistant who listened to what was important to me in the dress features. I wanted a simple yet elegant style from the informal rack, and she did not try to push me toward the higher-priced selections. This business respected what I was wanting and needing, and I found the perfect dress!!

This place is AMAZING!! I went in with no expectations, but as I tried on dresses, I began to feel overwhelmed at myself, but my consultant, Carly, was so helpful and encouraging. She would bring me dress after dress of listened to all of what I had to say. Once I found my dress, Amanda (the owner) came and spoke to me directly about all the the customizations I wanted to make to help make the dress feel more like “me.” She went above and beyond to make sure I could alter and get the dress of my dreams and that it would be customized to exactly what I wanted. I can’t wait to get the dress in and go in for fittings and alterations. It was an easy, wonderful day of trying on dresses and finding “the one!”

I had a great dress shopping experience at Carolina Bridal! I went to both locations (Smithfield and Burlington) and all of the staff were super friendly and made you feel like you were their sole priority. I did not feel rushed or pressured during my appointments. There was no time limit and they worked with me until we found the perfect dress. They had a nice selection of dresses, varying styles and sizes (including plus sizes), and reasonable prices. I had been to several other bridal boutiques but none compared to my experience at Carolina Bridal. My bridal party and I loved the stress-free environment and we had a lot of fun during our time at Carolina Bridal. We would definitely recommend them to any bride-to-be.

Such an amazing place and staff. i had Paige and she was so helpful with my shopping and dealing with my indecisive self, she pulled out so many dresses for me without making it obvious if she was tired of me or not, and would point out to me when she knew if the dress was for me or not by the way i would react when trying them on! she was so so helpful and made the whole experience wonderful and made sure i was comfortable the entire time, because i was beyond nervous going in and left with a boost of self confidence. i purchased a beautiful dress thanks to her, that came in SO FAST and can not wait until the day i get to wear it! if i had to recommend a bridal shop to anyone i would for sure send them here! i couldnt be more thankful for Paige and all her help. Absolutely ridiculous that you cannot exchange a dress that doesn’t fit you. I was 7 months pregnant when I got “sized” for a bridesmaids dress for a wedding 5 months away. I followed recommendations from the employee and now I have a dress that is way too small. The employees and dresses were great, the policies not so much. It truly is a scam.

This was the bridal shop my mother purchased her dress from 28 years ago. I found my gown here and was super pleased with the kindness and patience of the staff at CBW in Burlington! They took such good care of me and the experience was one I’ll never forget. Shout out to Kenzie for being the best and being willing to help me land the perfect gown for my special day!!! 12/10 recommend!!

Sadly what started off as a very positive experience didnt end as one. When I arrived to be fitted for a bridesmaids dress I was told that the exact dress was not at the store but they would fit me in a similar dress. The fitting was easy and the staff was very friendly. Unfortunately when the dress finally came in it did not fit. It took 2 ladies, lots of pushing, holding and squeezing and they finally got me in it. The dress fits so tightly that I was afraid I would burst the zipper. I was told that my measurements were 1 inch different and that was the reason the dress fitting so tightly. I was offered to meet with their seamstress who could possibly fix the dress. Ultimately I do not feel that I should be responsible for any alterations when clearly I was fit improperly or for the wrong dress. The dress I was fit for and the dress I tried on are clearly 2 different styles and cuts.

To be honest, I went into CBW Burlington not intending to buy my wedding dress that day. But with such an uplifting and fun experience alongside a broad selection of styles and exceptional service I was able to find my dress! I scheduled an appointment and my attendant Malinda was waiting on me as soon as I walked in the door 10 minutes early. The space is clean, bright and airy and you have plenty of room to move around. The changing rooms are large and you get your own oversized mirror out in the main room where your family and friends can comfortably relax on their own couch and watch you. Your attendant is helping you 100% of the time and not juggling you with other brides.Melinda gave us the perfect amount of space while still providing her professional assistance. She listened to my comments and selected dresses for me to try, one of which was mine! You do select your own dresses off the rack to start, but after that I chose to stay with Melinda’s picks since she was doing such a great job with finding the details I was looking for and some that I didn’t expect that I would like!I went to other stores and did not have nearly have the enjoyable experience as I did at CBW Burlington! Every single bride that walks in the store is treated as if she is the only one in the room. I found my perfect dress and had so much fun in the process! I cannot recommend CBW enough.

I need to start this review off by saying I am not the typical been dreaming of my wedding and dress shopping kind of bride, I actually dreaded going and trying on dresses. HOWEVER I ended up having the best day! Mandy who helped me was so patient and the dress I picked was actually one she suggested. I was going back and forth between two choices and not once did I feel pressured or anything by her to make a fast decision. I can not say enough great things about this experience!

If I was a white woman I probably would’ve had an better experience… one thing for sure I was racially profiled as soon as I got there and was looked up and down. Not only that the women that helped me used a Nike reference followed up with “ you know what I’m saying”. I was annoyed by how many times they brought up prices and to try looking at clearance. If I didn’t give you a budget don’t bring it up because I definitely can afford the bridal dresses.

I came here the day after a rather unsuccessful trip to another bridal shop and had the BEST experience! I’m super picky and knew what I wanted so Rachel let me do my thing while somehow also always being right there every time I needed her! She and all the ladies were amazing in helping me sort out customization and sizing once I found my DREAM dress. I cannot say enough good things about CBW! This was my first time at Carolina bridal and it was awesome! We visited a different bridal shop earlier in the day and it didn’t compare at all. the selection, pricing, and assistance was amazing!! Erin was my bridal consultant and she listened to my likes, dislikes, and my budget and also tossed in a few of her ideas that she thought would flatter my body shape and she was spot on! I got absolutely everything I wanted, I felt like a princess today!

After my daughter bought her wedding dress here, I went back for a mother of the bride appointment on a Monday morning. Tina (at the Burlington location) was our consultant and she was wonderful. I must have tried on 20+ dresses before finally finding a style I liked, then Tina scoured the racks and found me 10+ more in a similar style. Finally we did find one that is perfect! Carolina Bridal World has a huge selection, and the service is superb. Without Tinas help Im not sure I would have found a dress that works. Thank you Tina, and thank you Carolina Bridal World!

AMAZINGGGG the ladies at this store went above and beyond helping me find the perfect dress for my wedding day it was so stress free. I personally worked with one of the best her name was Allie and she made sure that she included everyone with me but most of all wanted to make sure it was what I wanted and wasnt pressured if I didnt like a dress. I will definitely be recommending people for this particular location she made my experience so fun and after all I SAID YES TO MY DRESS !!!!!

A truly wonderful, personal experience! Tina made me feel like I was the only bride in the store. After trying on 5 dresses and loving each one for different reasons, she kept bringing me other dresses based on my preferences - dresses I might not have tried on without her professional expertise. The whole process was relaxing and special. The dresses at CBW/Triad are gorgeous - a much higher quality and greater selection than some of the other shops. Thanks to CBW and Tina, I have an even more beautiful dress for my special day than I ever imagined.

I went in this past Saturday for a bridal appointment. Tory was my consultant and she was awesome!!! Wanda was able to put her years of experience to great use and made some suggestions as to how I could customize my gown and I was able to say yes to the dress!!!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The complimentary champagne toast was a nice personal touch as well. I ended up staying over after my appointment and by chance found the perfect bridesmaid dresses as well. I can’t remember the names of the two ladies that helped us start my file for the bridesmaids dresses but they were great as well. We never felt rushed or that we were in the way. And I absolutely love the fact that several staff members took the time to come over and congratulate me and spoke so highly of my “ I Do Crew” in regards to how supportive and loving they were towards me!! I absolutely recommend Carolina Bridal World!!

I visited on Friday and went back on Saturday to say yes to the dress. Camdyn was someone that I would recommend to many other brides. She is very friendly, and will give an honest opinion about how the dress looks. She is also someone knowledgable about the inventory, which helps tremendously when all dresses are together on the rack.

Great staff and great attitude despite the short staff they seem. Explained the measurements oh tux and gave great opinions and options. A must go to for formal rental and great price for the look.

I visited Carolina Bridal World of Burlington, NC last weekend for their Trunk Show! They had an amazing selection of dresses at affordable price points. YES to the Dress!! I felt like I was on the TV show. Great experience! Everyone is extremely nice. I would recommend over and over again. I cant wait for my dress to come in. They have you choose 6 dresses, and based off of your picks and feedback they pull more dresses for you. The girls go over and beyond to help you find your dream dress! Once you say YES, you celebrate with champagne and a photoshoot, with a great backdrop.

I did not have an appointment scheduled but they got me with a consultant anyway. She was so great, really listening to what I liked and wanted. She even saw a dress on another rack near the dressing room, pulled it, and I ended up getting that one! I felt so comfortable, taken care of, and heard at CBW and couldn’t say more wonderful things about it.

Carolina Bridal World was recommended to me by various friends and family members. CBW made it extremely easy for me to find the dress of my dreams. After making an appointment, my family and I showed up to be greeted with many employees ready to help. I was presented with my own bridal expert who led the way for me. My experience was very personal and individualized. I really enjoyed how the store was set up with dressing rooms and a runway to show family and friends all of the dresses I was trying on. I loved being able to pick out my the dresses off of the rack, but having the ability to ask questions for direction from my bridal expert. My experience with Carolina Bridal World was fantastic. I only visited two bridal shops for my wedding dress shopping experience, and ended up purchasing with Carolina Bridal World. A big THANK YOU for being inclusive and having more mid-size to plus-size dress try-on options. I ended up going with a dress I had previously seen online and tried on at another bridal shop for a FRACTION of the price at CBW. I was very pleased at the great prices Carolina Bridal World had to offer. I do not remember the name of the young lady that assisted me initially on 2/6/21-- but she was also fantastic, attentive and helpful. I will recommend to future brides!

There were plenty of choices in different sizes, and getting measured and ordering my dress was easy. 100/10 star, definitely recommend.

This was a wonderful experience! I went for the Martina Liana trunk show, and felt like I was able to take my time and really decide what I did and did not like. I was able to bring my crew in and spend three hours not feeling rushed or being sold anything. I tried on about 15 dresses and was able to find the perfect dress for my wedding. I could not recommend them more to someone who wants to have a relaxed time without a pushy sales person!

I had never tried on a wedding dress before going to CBW! When arriving I was instantly greeted by Kenz who was AMAZING, cannot say enough great things about her. She made shopping easy, fun, and stress free. I ended up finding my perfect dress that day and I ran into some bumps along the way and needed my dress sooner and Mandy worked so hard to help me find the best option! Ended up express shipping my dress and now I’m just awaiting for it’s arrival! I cannot say enough great things about the service at CBW. Kenz and Mandy truly made me feel like they cared about my concerns! Wedding dress shopping is stressful and it can’t be tough but when you have great customer service, it makes it one less thing to worry about!!!! I’m so thankful to have found my gorgeous dress here! The wonderful people at Carolina Bride went out of their way to help me this weekend to find the perfect dress that I will wear on my wedding day. I was a last minute drop in who just wanted to look around because I couldnt find a dress anywhere else. It was a very busy day and they didnt have a consultant for me but they still allowed me to look around and try dresses on. One of the managers their Mrs. Wanda found me looking pretty helpless and assisted me in finding some beautiful gowns. When she was not available to assist Allie and Emma both took very good care of me and made me feel like a bride to be which is something that I had not experienced anywhere else. Everyone there made this experience special for me from the lady at the front desk who allowed me to still look around on a busy day and still took time to check on me when she could, the different consults who stepped in and helped when they could and I think maybe one of the owners who made the order for my dress. They will never know how much of a blessing they have been to me and how they have played a major part in the happiness I will feel on my wedding day.Thank You So Much Ladies!!!!!!!!!!!!Also I would like to send a special thanks to Wanda, Allie, and Emma. You all took special time out for me at the end of a busy day, you never made me feel rushed and you really looked out for me. But then I walked into Carolina Bridal World and was met by the super sweet, incredibly helpful, and most importantly FUN Wanda...she was so patient with me while I looked through every.single.dress in the store (theres a LOT) and tried on quite a few. I found my dress that day and honestly had so much fun in the process!! CBW has an incredible selection of dresses and a stellar staff.

I went to carolina bridal world to find my wedding dress and my experience was beyond amazing! It was my first bridal appointment so I had to idea what to expect, but my wonderful consultant, Ally (or allie), was helpful and really took time to sit down with me and explain dress (and basic wedding advice)! she helped me in and out of dresses and stayed organized in the fitting room so that I didn’t get overwhelmed! i also worked with Cam who was so helpful and knowledgeable, and also honest while still listening to what i wanted! i found my dream dress and we celebrated after at the boutique! i never felt rushed, bored or stressed and i loved every single part of my experience! you should absolutely go to CBW to find your dress too!

I had the greatest experience here! The associate who assisted me was Jennifer, and she was so patient and helpful. I never once felt rushed or pressured, and they have such a gorgeous selection of dresses! I had been to one other bridal shop prior to Carolina Bridal World, and the experience I had with CBW was night and day better! I walked into this store with a 3 month window for my wedding. I can in with a specific type of dress I wanted and Wanda was absolutely amazing and helped me. My 4th dress I tried on was the one. I literally burst into tears the second I laid eyes on it. Wanda answered all of my questions, and will be getting my dress to me in time. It was an amazing experience all around, the store is gorgeous and they have a huge selection! I would highly recommend this store to any bride to be! 😘

Absolutely wonderful experience shopping at Carolina Bridal World! I went two weekends in a row and was assisted by Emma both times. She was patient, knowledgeable, and encouraging throughout the entire process! She listened and understood my style and vision for my dress and was willing to go above and beyond. I got the second dress I tried on with three more in my dressing room that I didn’t even touch because it was so perfect. It was such a great experience that I’ll remember forever. Delaney, my stylist, was so sweet and helpful. My family and I felt comfortable around her which made our time there even more special and exciting. I can’t say enough good things about this place!
