Stopped by Saturday to drop off some film and ended up staying for 30 min browsing, asking a million questions and even took us to the back to see their current photo exhibit. great people! None of the pretentiousness you see at film shops sometimes.Also scans came back beautiful!

Ive had a few photos printed here over the year and always appreciated Jasons expertise and input. When I placed my last order, I sort of hurriedly scaled my photo down and submitted it. Jason reached out and advised the image quality wasnt great, and I let him know I would send him a new file. When I went to pick it up, Jason showed me 2 prints: 1 of my order request (the new edit I sent and printed at full 16x20) and 1 of a cropped section that he edited, and I was just astonished at the level of respect Jason had for my photography. He even referenced my other prints and how this one just didnt measure up. Maybe something wrong with the output from Lightroom or Photoshop. I asked that he print the edits he made and I couldnt be more than pleased with his edits and level of respect he has for fellow photographers and artists. If you need photos printed on large format I definitely stand by Jason and his team.

I cant recommend Lezot enough, easily the best choice for film processing in Burlington. Their service is extremely fast and the staff is experienced, kind, and helpful. Many times the film I drop off comes back earlier than expected, and always quickly. I always look forward to going to Lezot, keep up the good work guys!

We’re lucky to have this place in our community. As a professional photographer, I’m picky about where I buy my gear and LeZot Camera is one of the best specialty stores I’ve ever been in. The people that work here are helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. They have a good selection of essentials like used digital cameras, lenses, memory cards, bags.. but where they really stand out for me is with the film cameras. I’ve picked up some rare gems here including my Leica M6 (aka my favorite object), a mint condition hasselblad medium format camera and a fun little point and shoot. They have a great selection of 35mm film, developing supplies, print services and everything is priced well!

High quality people, location, and products. The staff is knowledgable and patient: every time I walk in to the store I learn something new about film photography. I cant thank them enough!

We are so lucky to have a film-focused camera store in Burlington. The fact that it’s employees are helpful, personable and knowledgeable is just more than we can ask for. Lezot is a top notch small business.They have an excellent selection of cameras, lenses, film, and accessories and are quick with film processing, printing and many other services. I never leave reviews on Google but I’m happy to do so for these folks.

It’s not often that you come across people of such great expertise. The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and the store has a very nice layout and vibe to it. They sell some absolute top gear, and you’ll have every question you can even dream of, answered. The cameras aren’t cheap, per se, but you’re getting real professional advice and service from professionals who have actually used the products, therefore they’ll be top notch of quality.

What a turn-around! I posted an unfavorable review of LeZot the other day and within half an hour I saw a response from the owner. He urged me to call him to talk things over. I did and he listened to my story, then apologized. He invited me to come in and have a chat.Today I stopped by the store, but the owner wasnt there. Instead, a very knowledgeable and patient employee helped me out. He took nearly 2 hours answering my questions, without a heavy sales pitch. It all paid off though. In the end, I left with about $400 worth of used equipment to play with.I only wish I had been treated this way on my first visit.

Great camera shop! I always get good advice when shopping here. Unlike some national chain stores, the brands that LeZot stocks are quality and reliable. I find prices comparable to reputable online sources.

As a shooter of film I have been a customer of LeZot since I moved to VT more than 20 years ago. I collect older cameras and sometimes these machines need a little work, the team at LeZot has always done great work and I am more than confident in their ability to keep me shooting. Ive had no problem with customer service, and while their prices may seem a little high on some items it is no higher than with any other small independent brick-and-mortar shop in the age of Amazon.

When owner testified on overlay district high rise apartments, he said he cant pay his employees a livable wage (in Burlington livable wage was $18-$24 hr, 8 years ago!) so dont expect great customer service. Pay those employees livable wage and they will be treating your customers like gold!

They helped me brainstorm the lighting solution and find the right equipment to fit my budget. I appreciate their time and knowledge.

Have been a customer of Jasons for about 20 years and he has always done right by me. He was extremely fair after a brand new Tamrac bag tore after 3 days of use. Tamrac refused to take responsibility but Jason stepped right up and took care of me. Kudos.

I recently purchased a great camera off of Ebay but was having some minor issues with it. I decided to bring it in to get some expert advice but was seriously disappointed by how I was treated. I was hoping to talk to somebody about what the issue might be and how I could go about getting it fixed, but they offered zero help. The man I was speaking with didnt even look at the camera and told me it was going to cost me $90 to fix. Thats nearly 5 times as much as I paid for it. I didnt need everything he had offered in the $90 package and there was unfortunately no other option. It felt like I brought my car in for an oil change and they were going to make me buy a new engine.I shoot film just as a hobby and I dont need top of the line equipment. I shoot with expired film and I love all the imperfections it offers. I tried to explain my situation and that I didnt need a full camera repair but he made it very clear that if we are going to do business, it will be his way. They seem very unwilling to work with customers for an industry that is on the decline.I wish you guys the best of luck since I really appreciate you trying to keep the art of film alive, but your lack of understanding and your lack of friendly customer service was completely uninspiring and I will take my business elsewhere.

It was an ok experience. They have a lot of nice product, but it really did not feel friendly at all. I felt like i was inconveniencing them by being there. They look to be very knowledgeable, just not that happy.

Bought my first DSLR at Le Zot eight years ago and have continued to buy all my photographic equipment-- whether its lens or paper there. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful and have lots of ideas around how to take your photography to the next level.Well its five years later and now another new camera. I really appreciate the way I can depend on Jason and LeZot to guide me in all my photographic pursuits whether its ordering special products like paper or giving me guidance around lens, they are there!

They scanned some slides from the 1960s and put the digital images on a thumb drive for me. They were very friendly and helpful even though it was just a small order.

I first took my Nikon D5100 camera that was not working to a different camera store, and they were not able to fix it. I then found LeZot, and a very quick fix for the minimal cost of just looking at it! LeZot has very knowledgeable staff, and the manager (Jason) gave me a wonderful lesson of camera capabilities and shooting video. If you are a photographer, from beginner to expert, I highly recommend LeZot for repairs, service, sales, and training.

These guys did one another camera shop told me it was impossible! For a long time Ive been looking for a universal attachment to use my Blackrapid sling and my MeFOTO Roadtrip without having to switch the mounting plate. As anyone whos tried to take pictures at active Aventis like festivals or sports venues or even wild weddings sometimes the 20 seconds it takes to switcher mounting plate over can really screw you up. I was in a camera shop in Manhattan a few months ago and asked for the same thing and they did a little bit of looking and told me that what I was looking for was not possible. The guys at Lezot had it figured out in about five minutes and it is exactly what I wanted and works perfect! Definitely stop in if youre in the Burlington area, even if youre not looking for anything and check out the stock of cameras and cool accessories, if you need anything done with cameras these guys can do it !
