Unbelievably horrendous customer service. I purchased 8 curtains online & waited months for them to ship. I was told to cancel the order & re-order them. That turned out to be a nightmare. The Customer Service department was clueless & not very knowledgeable. I asked for a Supervisor several times but none came to the phone. After finally receiving the order, I realized I didnt need all of them. I took back two of panels in person at the store in Burlington. I paid $49.99 plus tax for each panel, which meant I was owed $99.98 plus tax. I was refunded a total of $97.00. I GAVE UP, WHAT A DISHONEST COMPANY!

Though quite pricey, the clothes are very trendy though simultaneously seeming unique. The staff is always very helpful and the store is very organized. Dressing rooms are well kept, overall the experience is very pleasant.

Good for a UO

Love urban, today went in for a return ..it was easy ..customer service always good..u cant try any fits due to the corona though so that part is hard but again return is easy if u have time and energy to go back n forth. Not just UO, its the entire mall, cant try any outfits.

This is a store for college age students to 30 year olds. I went in looking for newsboy mittens for my daughter. The clothes are pricey and trendy.

For a petite like me, this is the best place to shop. Variety of choices of tops, bottoms, especially the dresses. Made my summer even better :) The uo app rewards program is good by the way.

I love urban outfitters but Everytime I walk into a store I always regret.. lol the online store is a lot better and theres always great deals.

If you are young and skinny everything here will fit. Prices are low, clothes quality to match. They have interesting accessories and a f you aura. Of course they should be in a huge suburban Mall. I guess punk isnt about location.
