My personal experience shopping here has always been great. Everyone who works here says hello or asks how you’re doing at check out. They have gone out of the way multiple times to make sure that my husband and I are taken care of. The family that owns this place works hard to keep friendly connections with their community and we appreciate their kindness.

People are always nice Wait time is low the majority of the time, might get a little busy during lunch or right after work hours but that should be expected for any place that is good. Only complaint I can muster up is change the opening time on the internet on sundays from 7 to 8 so people wont come to a closed store expecting it to be open

Bad place. Woman who works there is very nice, but the owner or manager is not nice at all. Hes the tall guy who often runs the register. Better keep driving into Burlington & Mebane for better service and lower gas prices.

I go at least once a week. Always greeted with a smile. Food is great and awesome prices too.

I eat here a lot and have always enjoyed the food, The only bad thing is sometime the waiting is a bit longer until Sam the owner mentioned about calling in before coming, Today was the first time that I ordered ahead for pickup. We had an office party and I needed 3 Pizzas and my favorite thing Steak Stromboli. I arrived at my designated pick-up time and everything was waiting for me. Quick, easy, great food and I made my team happy. Highly recommend this locale.

Love this place! We live right around the corner and I get dinner for the whole family every couple of weeks. I have a menu here at home, call the order in and its always ready and hot when I get there to pick it up. Would definitely recommend.

The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is because this place USE TO have great food! The kitchen USE TO have amazing customer service! The food WAS so good me and my family was eating from here every single day almost. However now the food is horrible. Not cooked right or prepared right. I loved this place so much at one point that I figured it was just a bad day at first but I gave it another few months and it just seemed to get worse! Throughout these months my our family began eating here less and less. Now today only cause I didn’t feel like cooking or driving far into town for food I ordered 3 orders of wings & fries. The wings was dry and old and the fries was definitely old and hard not crunchy but HARD as if they were put in a microwave but I know that’s not the case cause they were cold as well. Ever since they hired the new kitchen personal the place is not the same at all. That man doesn’t care about the food or the job he’s just there collecting a check. It’s sad to see how bad the food has become since the original crew that cooked the food when they first started selling food left. I don’t know if they was the owners or what but they actually cooked the food with quality! They even seasoned the food everything on the menu was amazing but now I will not waste my money on anything here until they hire some new cooks or kitchen manager that cares if they are selling old, dry, disgusting food or not.

Amazing food. Clean place. I loved the cold cut sub. And I also took a grilled chicken sub to my wife and she loved it.

Look guys, if I stop by at 7am to get gas on my way to work, and you cancel my transaction at the pump TWICE, I’m going to go to another gas station that wants my money. I don’t have time to come in and wait in line for you to release the pump so I can fill up. I have time to pay at the pump with a card like you can literally everywhere else. I even picked the pump closest to the door. Mind boggling that you would make it so hard to buy a tank of gas from you.

Excellent quality food, excellent service, & very friendly staff at Sandy Cross Citgo! Im very thankful that this facility is open for business, as it is only a few minutes away from where I work.
