I am giving this review 5 stars because it was the check cashing service I used in speedway when I received my stimulus check I was in the process of getting all new identification and I only had an expired Id which I could not use anywhere and that is understandable as we do not want to make it easy for anyone to use our identification. I wanted to share because I know many people who were in the same position and they took my expired Id and they will have you write your ss number on a little sheet of paper to use as a secondary identification and after typing it in they give it back to you and in about 10 minutes I was done. They made it a smooth process.

You hire young people, good, but some have no sense of good customer service. I was purchasing lottery tickets, forgot how much they would cost and when I asked the young man, will you count them, please. I dont think theyre $9. He turned, said something I didnt understand and walked away into the back of the store. OMGoodness! I patronize this store at least 4 times a week, sometimes every day. We always get along, joking with each other. But, Ive watched the employees be nice and rough, also. Today it was me. I will go to Murphys or BP from now on.One more thing, I have never paid for ice when I have my own cup. This store charges .40, so Im done with Speedway on Webb Ave in Burlington, NC.

The guy that usually works at night is very goofy, but in a good way..he works his a$$ off and keeps the line moving fast..he makes it his point to interact with customers and make them smile.

I stop here everyday before work. Its the only place I will go for gas or drinks.

Charge me twice and wouldn’t admit it. The pump wouldn’t accept my credit card and in store clerk charge me twice saying the first failed transaction will go back to my account.

I just had an incident in this gas station. The funny thing is that no customer was rude at any time but the manager’s assistant was giving attitude at clients and rolling her eyes at them. All I wanted was $20 of gas and go home. Lorrielle G was the one who assisted me, gave me attitude, did me wrong on the gas pump TWISE and she also disrespected my mom who went in there to see what was going on. The owner of this gas station should take a close look into who he hires, or else he will end up with no customers because of the employees he’s got. This got me on my nerves and I am still furious to think how the employees are treating customers.Btw, if something happenes to me or the baby I’m expecting, there could be consequences.

Girl named sydney sits outside smoking pot. Place is nasty. Manager treats workers who do their job badly. Manager named jessie. Gets nasty with customers. They need new management. Went in there today to here manager jessie hollaring an cussing a girl that works there. Ill never spend another dollar there. Should be ashame to have that jessie woman even in that store
