I visit the business regularly and the support has been wonderful! During my last visit employee, Anna assisted me with an EBAY transaction that I was unfamiliar with and she was prompt, professional and knowledgeable which put me at great ease. I was on my lunch break and her quick acknowledgement of my arriving was important as ever. Keep delighting the customers Postal Connections. It means a lot.

We’ve been coming to this place for years with prepaid shipping labels. We left due to poor customer service. The older dark haired lady & owner look like they could care less if you gave them business or not. They are typically cold and unfriendly. After living by graham, we moved back to this side of town. So we decided to try them again, the lady & owner are still the same. But the saving grace is the young man that was hired to help bring heavy items into the store with a dolly. He is a breath of fresh air. We are limited to fedex & ups drop off points, so we will see if they improve with time. They could be so much nicer, but it’s a choice.

Cant say enough positive things about this location. We have tried getting bulk supplies from FedEx with little success. I went into this location and they gladly provided me what was needed to get over 200 packages shipped. They helped unload all the packages and now have this self-service kiosk which made checking in all the packages super easy. They have ample staff on hand and are very friendly. They are farther for me to go to but its worth the drive as I appreciate and value great customer service.

By far some of the best people in town. Im in there at least once a week, they know me by name, and they address me by my name which I believe is wonderful customer service. Always have great conversations with all employees. I recommend this place to anyone mailing/shipping anything. This is the ONLY place and will be the ONLY place that I do my shipping with. They are the best in the business and will make sure that you are taken care of quickly and professionally.Thank you guys for everything!😁

Great and friendly staff. I had an issue that could of stopped me from employment but with Amanda the manger and Lucius the issue was handled and corrected without any issues. I have been using Postal Connections for about a decade. I havent used any other source of shipping since. Recently, I had a HUGE shipment for my ill father, who lives on the opposite coast. They not only packed and sealed my own boxes but made shipping labels. They also found a way to reduce the cost from a good 3 figures, to 2 figures. I cant thank them enough. This is my favorite go-to place for shipping supplies! I try to order in bulk online but when im in need locally, I dont go anywhere else! They saved my skin this morning when i was waiting on fedex to deliver the boxes I had ordered but knew I wouldnt get them in time today and couldnt wait until tomorrow! Always buy my printer cartridges here too (not online! Wonderful customer service EVERY SINGLE TIME and super dependable! Love this store!

What a great place... Went in in a bind needing 100 shipping pouches for a shipment going out today. I saw they only had one on the counter, they checked and had two bags (50 each) that was it. They gave both the bags to me leaving themselves with none.This kind of customer swervice is not found everyone and should be praised. Thank you for saving the day!

They have a great, fast customer service. I had to ship 2 packages and Tony quickly helped choose the right service (UPS/USPS/FedEx) to ship those.

Excellent and prices to fax $1.00 each page compared to Office Depot $2.12 a page! Nice folks and prices awesome!
