Ive always been greeted so kindly when I go in. All of the employees Ive worked with in the past here were so friendly and actually listened when I told them about my skin problems, rather than carelessly pushing random product on me. The place is always clean and organized, and I never have problems finding what Im looking for. They go out of their way to help me, and Ive never felt unwelcome in this store before!

The girls here were extremely helpful! Loved this place and shopping here. Ill definitely go back.

I went to the body shop on Church Street in Burlington, VT with a few friends and tested out a body yoghurt and was rudely asked to leave. I felt as though I did nothing wrong and felt very disrespected. The lady said “ this is a store, you are going to need to leave, if you want to play go play somewhere else.” We were being very quiet and respectful and the other girl who was there was very helpful. The lady also yelled at us because we didn’t use applicator sticks when we didn’t know we needed to, she never told us. She also yelled at the other girl who was working there for no reason and I felt very bad for her. After this horrible experience I’m not sure if I’m going to go back!

I felt the woman in the cashier rude. May because I was buying something on sale or was a race issue because all the other white peoples she was nice. I will never go back thxs

This place has a lot of different products, but I was very happy to find a hemp based hand cream. As someone whose hands get super dry in the winter it was a godsend.

The manager was SO helpful! Try this place out.

I went to the body shop in Burlington vt on church street and there were 5 of my friends and we were just looking around and then we took a sample and they said this is a store and told us to leave. I think it was just ridiculous and they had no reason to make us leave. Very disappointed.

As soon as I stepped a block away from the foul smell I kept walking thinking it was almost over but not knowing I was soon going to face it. Anyways I walked into the store and they were dancing and taking showers by pouring buckets on the customers. Oddly I was intrigued but not excited because I’m allergic to beeswax and they poured it on me. I spent a long time washing myself of with my grand poppy’s ashes. Very danged.

My boyfriend can’t read and made a mistake bye eating some lotion (everyone makes mistakes ) and this lady yelled and screamed “ read this you jackBEEEP GET OUT DUMB DUMBAND BYE A BOOK” vey disapproving

I only went in for a minute, but they have tons of samples to try for all stuff of lotions, masks, etc. Ill be visiting again!

This place smells like my granddads basement, not only was my nose upset my my feelings to I was rudely yelled at by a lady with a bad haircut she yelled and told us to leave when we had done nothing wrong these where her words “HEY YOU THIS IS A STORE GET OUT “ so I did even though it’s my birthday .
