I have been shopping here for years. Employees are nice, they always greet when shoppers come in. I have never had a problem when shopping here. Employees are very helpful. Shelves are empty in some areas but you still can find what you need.

Josh is amazing! It is pretty easy to get in and out of this establishment. Plus they carry a little bit of everything! All of the staff is warm and inviting, but overall the head GM and Josh are my two favorite employees at this location! The store is kept nice and clean as well.

Family Dollar always has everything I need and the shop keepers are very kind and helpful!!

Ive noticed the past couple of weeks, one of the women there has a real attitude?!🤔🙄😖, Im taking my business elsewhere or if I do happen to go back there & see her, Ill go to another store. Your CUSTOMER SERVICE! Remember that!

Go there for the great prices and the selection is pretty good as well

Good prices, but you get what you pay for. The store has a good selection of items nut always seems very crammed and dark. Every time Ive gone, there were at least two or three empty or half-empty shelves. As far as I can tell theres usually only one or two people working there and no one really puts a lot of effort into making the place visually appealing.

Just went into the store with my three year old. All I can say is that store has really gone down hill. When did Burlington turn into the hood? What I can only imagine to be the manager asked me if I had a problem with her. My answer being who wouldn’t have a problem with your trashy self cussing outload in a store in front of my kid. Trying to act all big and tough with me. Cracked out of her mind what a disgusting excuse of a store. Not to mention talking out-loud for everyone to hear about how she lost her kids to her mom 4 hours away. You really have some great people representing your store!

This burlington store is awful. They Close before its time and open 1 hour later than supposed to. Not friendly at all, you actually get ignored. Very disappointing!
