Elizabeth worked with us and was great. I think she nudged us away from a questionable direction we were headed. Delivery times are protracted, but that’s beyond Cabot’s control and they were accurate. Very happy with the products and the whole process including delivery. The crew who made the delivery were considerate and careful, which is not always the case. We got what we paid for from start to finish.

She transformed my living room into a beautiful masterpiece with her knowledge and exemplary experience in design. Grace thinks outside the box and brings refreshing new ideas to make your home perfectly fit your personality. I highly recommend Michelle Durand and Cabot House Furniture! I am currently in the process of a major remodel and reached out to Cabot House online and Michelle responded to my request the next day. Michelle came to my home to look around and see what it was that I was trying to accomplish, and we clicked immediately!! Michelle helped me to choose furniture for my kitchen, dining room, living room and family room. We are now working on window treatments, pillows, a seat cushion for my built-in, etc. Michelle is a professional and a very talented designer who is easy to work with! She is a great listener, very attentive and really gets to know and understand what her clients’ tastes are. I sent her so many photos via email and text and at one point asked if it was too much and she said no, the more you send, the more I get to know what “YOU” like. The first time we met at the showroom to look at fabrics, I was bowled over by how many beautiful fabrics she had chosen which she had displayed on a large table for my husband and I to look at. I honestly cannot think of one fabric sample that I did not like! When I call her on the phone, text her or email her she is very responsive.What I learned while working with Michelle is that Cabot House owns several Ethan Allen stores as well. Michelle worked with me to find the best pricing between the two stores that best fit into my budget which was important especially given that I was furnishing my entire house. If Ethan Allen was having one of their 25% off sales or had better pricing in general, she helped me make my purchases from them and vice versa. Michelle is also the Manager of the Burlington store, so she is always up to date with what is current and new which is helpful too! Michelle is incredibly warm and wonderful to work with! The bottom line is, Michelle is AMAZING, and you should consider working with her too; I am SOOO happy I did!!

We had such a “Wonderful” experience at Cabot House Furniture and Design. Our Family was so “Impressed” with the Professionalism that Tanya provided to us. She went Above and Beyond! We worked with Elizabeth Luis Goulart on decorating our home and guest house. She was absolutely amazing - everything you would want in a designer and the furnishings available from Cabot House were high quality and stylish. Elizabeth has a keen design sense, works tirelessly on clients behalf and actually respects a budget and timeline. Rarely do you find all that in one person. What I love most about her besides her worldly design sense is that she is a great collaborator. She wants to create uniquely beautiful and functional spaces so she really listens and iterates quickly for individual preferences while still holding true to good design. I have worked with several high end independent designers and my experience with Elizabeth tops them all. She has astounded us more than once in her ability to get just the right color/fabric/style to create an inviting space that reflected our desires, the architecture, and the sense of place. She must have an incredible visual memory and appreciation of color. We have loved working with her every step of the way.

My husband and I went to Cabot House in search of new couches for our outdated family room - not really knowing what we wanted. Grace helped us find a style that was up-to-date but not too modern. Choosing the fabric was challenging as we wanted to change the full color scheme of the room and Grace helped us with that too. She came to the house more than once, with multiple fabric swatches to help us make our selection. She also put together a drawing of how we could better arrange the furniture for the room. Her ongoing attention to and suggestions for our project was extremely helpful and reassuring. We highly recommend Grace for your furniture and design projects.

We went to the Burlington Ma location to get ideas for a home we are building in Naples Florida and were lucky enough to meet Elizabeth.From the moment we began speaking w her she understood the vision we had for our homes decor .She has listened, advised and guided us through a sometimes challenging process of decorating a hole that isnt built and is in another state .We are so excited for our home to be complete and have the beautifully currated home .If you are looking for a designer with knowledge and experience and exquisite taste i would highly recommend Elizabeth.The selection is vast and we were able to purchase furniture and decor for every room including our lanai through Elizabeth.

I visited the Cabot House in Framingham MA, coming down from my home in Vermont. Tanya was a very patient and helpful resource as I tried to find casual chairs for our family room- by the end of my visit, I had a a great number of options and a game plan for going forward. Once back in VT, Tanya helped with placing the order which required getting custom material to the chair manufacturer; and organizing the delivery up here. All went perfectly!

Our sales person at Cabot House, Tanya Carteris, was most helpful in a prolonged order for two bedroom chests. The needed size kept changing due to construction issues. She, however, fielded many questions and alternatives with ease and dedication to customer service. When a size decision was finally made, Covid happened, causing more delays. Finally, 14 months later, chests arrived and fit beautifully into our new room. Thanks, Tanya for your effort, energy and perseverance through this process!

I recently received my new family room furniture from Cabot House, it looks absolutely gorgeous!I walked into the Burlington store not knowing what would fit in my narrow room, Grace took the time to go over the measurements, discussed several options and helped choosing the fabrics. The whole experience was great!

This is the horrible place,I ever went for shopping.These guys are disrespectful,when you ask for price match even though they agreed to it earlier.I would not go back to this store ever in my life.I might spend my money who is respectful.I wish there is ZERO stars option.Please Stay away Framingham Cabot house is far better!!!Also buyers good luck with their customer service.
