Store has so many beautiful items. You would be hard pressed to not find a gift for anyone on your gift list. I like to start early and walked out with 5 items since they have 20% off everything right now. Jenn, the manager was amazing and the young gentleman working there was awesome as well. They were each juggling multiple customers while I was there. Five stars all the way around!!

I came in with a broken necklace and the service here was fast and efficient! I never write google review but I had to give a shout out to girl who is working there; she was telling me that she was a college student and she has black hair and bangs. She is such a kind and genuine person who treats everyone equally. They need more people like her!

Nearly forgot to do this review but again I go here and I always have a problem doing a return. Last time I checked swarovski isn’t it’s own franchise and was told I can go to ANY swarovski to do so. When I come here the workers turn me away making me go out of my own way to do the return else where ! Worst attitudes ever as well, including the management . He was no help. Super disappointed and don’t think I’ll be coming back to buy here again.

I had a good experience shopping at Swarovski at Burlington Mall. We bought a ring from here and the staff, Ariana and Alicia, they are very gentle, helpful, and nice! Very great service mind!!!!

Didnt shop there but they authorized a fraudulent purchase on my debit card for 650$! However, the resolution process was done to above satisfactory matters and I applaude there help!

I went to the Burlington Mall Swarovski store this evening with a bracelet that I had given my mother as a wedding present a year ago. As soon as I walked in and politely explained my problem, the store clerks were incredibly rude. They were condescending, unhelpful, and manipulative. They claim their jewelry is high quality, but it is actually plated copper. I didnt spend $115 on a bracelet for it to only last a year, but they wouldnt replace it or fix it!! This jewelry is low quality, and the employees here are horrible. Never shopping here again!!!

Not happy!! Terrible customer service, wont fix bracelet, so I brought it to the jeweler and he told me it was copper and not worth fixing!!! Not shopping there any more! RUDE sales team!!

Horrible customer service. Wont back the copper products they claim are silver. Rip off / major regret. Go to Homsy in Boston for real jewelry.
