A great course at a great price. Awesome design and layout. Many of shots to be made or missed😆. The only real issue I saw was several greens were very blotchy and quite a few ball marks. People! Please! Repair your ball marks and if you would just repair one more mark for every green, Or just one if you never hit the green LOL. Imagine how many greens could be awesome!

Great course, well maintained and they show you to walk even on weekends.

Aerated two weeks ago so based on that, I will say good course. Greens were hard to read and a bit on the slow side. Will visit again hopefully soon.

The Valley is in great shape! Fairways are lush and green and the greens are very quick. The course is not difficult at all.

Hidden gem. The valley recently retouched their greens and the improvement worked wonders. Certainly the best value around and possibly my favorite course to play in Alamance Co.

Great public golf course, no complaints here.

I really like the layout with many doglegs and shots to be made. Fairways were really good, but they have nearly lost several greens. Need to learn to put fungicide on the greens early as well as teaching people to repair ballmarks. Good luck with that. The best way is fix your own and atleast 1 more.

Great course and cant beat the prices. Greens are always in good shape and roll very good. Stay in the fairway because the rough is thick. You are rewarded for hitting straight.

I had a horrible experience at Indian Valley. The man at the front desk was very rude and the fairway was a swamp. At one point the mud was basically quicksand and I ended up covered in mud. They do a horrible job maintaining the course. I will never be golfing at Indian Valley again.

I have played this course for years, love the layout. Wish the rough was shorter. I hate losing new Titleist that are 2 feet out of the fairway.

The fair ways and tee boxes were in good shape. The greens were some of the roughest I’ve played on with a lot of dead zones making it hardly possible for a decent putt.

Very nice track. Some of the greens suffered summer burn but for the most part it was in decent shape. Will definitely play again!

Ok except for the inconsiderate 4 some that cut in front of our 2 some on back side and would not let us play through. We had to wait 5 and 10 minutes every shot. So rediculous!!

A fun course in mostly good shape

Course in excellent shape. Upkeep very good. Other than an apparent shortage of divot repair tools in the area, greens rolled very well. Staff has done a very good job keeping the bent grass in mid summer heat. Great value with good pace of play. Bring a range finder. Many blind shots and watch for quite a bit of OB stakes.

Greens are not very good today but the rest of the course is in great shape. Very short but a nice layout.

Decent golfing at a reasonable price. Greens were a little shotty unfortunately in Aug 2019 and hope they are working to remedy, but have been going here for years and always is a little challenging and we have fun.

Great course for the money - a true parkland experience, with almost no holes running parallel to another. Greens always in good shape. Just check theres not league play or any kind of tournament going on before you go - they seem to have a lot of that.

For as dry as it has been course was in great shape!

Booked a 3:30 tee time for 18 and at 7:00 they drive up to us, starting #14, and asked us to have the carts back to the clubhouse by 7:15. We had enough daylight left to finish the 18 we paid for but had to skip 14-17. 4 hours is not an excessive amount of time to play 18 and if they werent going to allow 4 hours they should not have left us book and pay for 18 or told us we were on a time limit. Wont be back.

2 stars for Indian Valley. Great outing but management missed the mark on customer service. The fun stopped on 17. An older man collecting carts came hunting my son and I down, impatient with speed of play. He slowed us down further by obstructing play on 18. I cleaned cart out, including prior golfers trash, returned cart and even offered to help wash/put up. Still light out but I knew we were last men standing. He proceeded to scold me - a 48-yr old man - about slow play. Said you were due back by 8 pm no later. I replied I disagree, NOT what I was told. To management -- IF you close cart return at a certain time, TELL players BEFORE you accept a tee time you offer online, BEFORE play starts and BEFORE accepting my payment. I paid for 18 holes with my son and thats what we played. I MAY be back but this mans attitude dimmed an otherwise nice experience. KUDOS to true gentleman (somewhat younger) in pro shop.BACKSTORY:I booked online tee time days in advance for 4:30 pm (weekday). They offer up to 4:50 pm start. I was up from Charlotte on business and met my 25-yr old son for only his 2nd full round ever who just started playing two weeks ago! This was explained to pro shop on phone when I booked. It was convenient, nice layout, great price and a late tee time would not impede other players. Upon arrival, gentleman in pro shop was great. He said Have fun, take your time, return cart when you finish. I was concerned b/c we knew wed take extra time. He said Just enjoy, glad youre here. We played straight through 18 holes, no stopping! Even played through a 4-some but I guess they stopped after nine. The average play for regular four-some is 3.5 - 4.5 hours depending on skill. As a 2-some with new player, I assumed 4 hours. Still daylight when we returned at exactly 8:30 pm. We really enjoyed the course itself, talked technique, my son discovered a few areas for improvement, etc.. Overall good experience minus ending. I arrived home at 11:05 PM.

Absolute great track..greens have always been in good shape when i played there..also has a good price on it as well..this course will test your ability to control the ball..if you have never played it i recomend you do..this course will always be on your favorites list...

The course was in great shape and we had a great time.

Its going to take a lot of repair to get thecourse back to what it was a year ago, fairways are in bad shape and the short grass needs a lot of attention still one of my favorite courses to play during the week, they will get there just going to take a lot time.

Got off work at five on a Friday. Arrived at course at 5:15 and was told I could not ride 18 holes by myself cause it was to late. The rude gentleman even tried to convince me his computer would not let him ring it up. I find that very hard to believe and hope the owner sees this so he knows what policies his employees are using in order to get off work early. I can play a round in under two hours anyways but last I checked golf courses dont usually close till Sun down.
