Great service, its a shame their showroom is shutdown with the covid stuff.

Called about getting a mixed beer gas cylinder exchange. They said to come by on Thursday which I did. When I got there the two staff members were friendly and welcoming. The delivery people brought unmixed nitrogen and the manager drove to Greensboro on the spot to fix the problem. The remaining person arranged for their had delivery truck to bring me the fresh cylinder the next day. They both represented themselves and their company well.

They are always incredibly helpful and professional.

OK to deal with, not a lot in stock and not the best price. But easy enough to get a gas bottle filed.

Of the four times I have bought from them all were very poor experiences. It is as if you are annoying them when you disturb them to attempt to do business with them. They are also VERY expensive. I prefer to drive 35 minutes to Greensboro where my business is appreciated and the price is fair. I wont go back and give them my money any longer.
