Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ive had two great experiences in the Burlington location. First visit I had the great help from Sarah, who clearly knows her products.And I returned today to have more great customer service from Angie. She showed me some some nice peices to add to my previous purchases...and add a new style for me. All in all a great experience and Ive told my friends and strangers to check it out!

I shopped here for my first time yesterday and I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Angie for all the help. I was so discouraged with buying bras, they never seemed to fit me right and Id spend so much money and really not enjoy my purchases. Angie made sure I had the perfect fit, she made me feel so comfortable, and was so kind. I came in for one bra but I left with 5. They had a 50% off everything sale in the store so it was all perfect timing!Overall im so happy with my purchase, and glad that I had Angie helping me and making bra shopping such a great experience. First time going to get a proper bra fitting not dont by a 17 year old at Victorias secret.The woman who was working this morning was wonderful.Great customer service. Great selection.I will be going there from now on.

I had a wonderful experience today at Change in Burlington. I was greeted and taken care of right away. Tiffany did a great job and I wouldnt have known that she was fairly new to her job. She had great suggestions and honesty which I really like. I even got my 84 year old mother in to try a new bra and she said she never had anyone ever help her before. We left the store with 5 new bras and so excited to wear my 4 new ones and mom loves her new one. Yes they cost more but I am worth it and it feels good having the right fit.

I had an incredible experience here! Trista was helping me today and was able to size me properly ( Ive had so many problems with sizing at every other bra/lingerie store). She was very knowledgeable and brought me such cute styles to try on. Im so happy with what Ive purchased and will definitely be back. :)

Worst experience shopping I have ever had.......... my mom and I walked in and were bombarded by 5 people following us around and making us feel uncomfortable. Insisted on taking my sizing when I just wanted to try a few bras on that I thought would fit. (They have American sizing next to the European so you can see whats what) My mom isnt as assertive as I am and just gave in. She didnt even get to choose what bra she wanted!! The lady just kept saying this fits you and whenever my mom tried to go out and look for another one to try on she said no and kept bringing my mom styles she didnt want and kept saying this fits you best and it just flattened her chest to nothing. I ended up having to go grab her one I thought would fit and would like and she loved it. Thank god a younger girl came to my aid (you were the best employee there) because it was clear I wasnt having anything this older woman was saying and she just let me grab the two I wanted and go back and try them on. Fit like a glove. Wouldnt have stayed in there more than two seconds if I didnt have a coupon. I do not think that lady is suited for that job. Horrible experience. At least their stuff is cute lol if ur reading this please let the costumers choose their own styles and dont be so aggressive.

They say they have big sizes that this store, but they dont go up that high in sizes. I got a bra there because I really needed one, but it wasnt very good & didnt far that good, but it was the biggest size they had. Was clean, prices were ok, service was ok, but if you need a bigger size like D or higher Id say go somewhere else. I now shop at the bay or Walmart. I used to shop in Sears & wish they were still open it was the best place to buy a bras.

This store is incredible! From the concept of a store that celebrates the female body to an amazing staff, they are the best!

Thr staff are very accommodating. One of the straps of my bra broke after wearing it once and they fixed it for free. They are very pricy though $$$

The staff was wonderful and I had a great experience! However, after only two months the $125 bra I purchased is already falling apart :( so disappointing.
