Three observations about this mall. First, they dont know how to spell their own name. Sometimes it is The Shops, other times it is The Shoppes. Second, there is like an 85% vacancy rate here. I would be surprised if this place is still a going concern in a few years. Finally, I thought the idea here was to present screaming deals to the public on merchandise that couldnt be sold elsewhere. Yet in the stores that still exist here, I couldnt find a single good deal. The prices were way too high. No wonder the customers arent coming.

Burlington is the best shopping area for groceries, home improvement, Costco. Not much for clothing as the local mall is largely vacant since Macys and Pennys departed.

Love Michaels, Lululemon, Nike, etc... BUT Adora, the consignment store, is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! The clothes are incredibly overpriced, and the staff was completely inattentive and very very rude to me - I brought in a couple boxes of clothes to consign that were all very well taken care of, and she basically pretended to look through them (it took her like 2 minutes to look through 3 huge boxes... yeah, sure 🙄) and only picked out one thing, which still had its original tags on it, MSRP $35, and offered me THREE DOLLARS!! 😯🤐🤬 It makes me mad just thinking about it...

For a bunch of coveted land it sure is a waste of space I dont see how it profits anything too much overhead not enough customers. The way they run security through the parking lot is almost an insult. we own this land! only open pockets are temporarily welcome! This place screams.

The Outlet Shops are excellent for a few super reasons: this is the best Lululemon anywhere, bar none because staff are fab, store is huge, largest mens selection anywhere; the Coach store always worth a syop with deep discounts and good for nice gifts too for accessories; they have a large Pendleton 😊; and the Nike store is like usual anywhere, very good for deals. Also it not being crowded, no hustle bustle, park wherever you like, and location: Costco (gas) is there south of the Shops if you need it, and you can hop over to South Nut Chuckanut Brewery which is great to sit outside on nice days! This outlet malls in pretty sad shape. Only about 20% stores left with the rest vacant. I’ve visited the Coleman outlet store and while the store looked nice and had lots of gear, the prices were much higher than you would pay online and they were not interested in matching prices. I left the store without a purchase.

We used to frequent this mall during its prime but it seems to have dropped of the grid the last few years. There are barely 50% capacity storefronts, and most of the popular stores that drew more people have left. Its nothing against the ones that have stayed, but there needs to be some variety brought back to make it worth the stop. We can fly though and see what we need to see on 30 minutes and ramble on to the next mall. Not sure what happened here, but its not what it used to be. Sad to see it so bare lately.

Very sad how we have lost so many stores in Skagit County. SKAGIT County cannot even keep stores in a standard Brick n Morter Building; so our local mall has closed. At least 2/3 of the store fronts were empty, and no real bargains to be had. This used to be one of the best places to shop when you crossed the border from Canada - not anymore! The one positive thing I will say is the workers in the shops that were still open were friendly and helpful.Again save your effort, this is a shopping centre in decline. If I could give it less than 1 star I would.

A decent outlet. It has a Nike Clearance Store and Lululemon Outlet store as well as a few other brands. It doesnt seem to be a popular destination as the Seattle Premium outlet is just a little further down with many more shops with more popular brands and stores. The bonus here is that there is a Costco right next to it so you can get your groceries and something it eat before or after you start shopping at this outlet.

A nice smaller, quieter, a little more dated (but who really cares about the building exterior) outlet mall with a pretty good selection of stores and deals. There is a Nike, Carter’s and Lululemon which always have great deals and awesome selection. I find the Nike Outlet here has better choice and more mid-range sizes than some of the bigger Nike Outlets. Parking is plentiful.

Ro
Review №74

Great shops, especially the Nike Outlet and the Corningware Outlet! There are many empty retail units in there that could be leased and filled. It would be a very profitable outlet mall if the commercial broker contracted to handle leasing, dropped the square footage rent a bit to draw in a wide variety of retailers, and draw in more customers! Would love to see a metaphysical retailer in there!!

Most of the stores are empty. The Nike store and Lululemon are the only ones really getting much traffic. I wouldnt make a trip out there unless you wanted something really specific.
