Very accurate diagnostics on my vehicles, I’ve brought in multiple older and newer, and I have always left please with the service and the level of expertise.

Brought car in for repairs after damage from tornado debris. They provided excellent communication and customer service throughout the entire process. Estimates on the amount of service time and work needed were clearly articulated and accurate. Also a MetLife affiliated shop which made insurance processing seamless. Overall I highly recommend BRCCBS to anyone in the area requiring body work.

Had a great experience as always with Don and Tim and the staff at Burr Ridge Car Care. They helped assess an issue with a faulty battery. They explained the issue in detail and all the work they accomplished to determine the problem. Would highly recommend their services to anyone in need in the area.

Saved me when I got a punctured tire. Recommended new tires which I agreed with and got it all done in 1 day! Friendly too.

I brought my wifes car in for body work after the car had been in an accident. We brought the car in on a Friday (I believe) and was told it would be ready on Thursday. As promised, I went the following Thursday to pick it up. The front looked as good as new (or better if thats possible) and was parked outside and ready to when I arrived. The car was cleaned, washed, and the tires were even shined. They used OEM parts, everything fits great and there are no squeaks or rattles. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Josh and Martin are great to deal with! Ill certainly be back again if I need body work (but hopefully not TOO soon)!For anyone who gives a bad rating because they didn’t like the quote - they must be professionals themselves. If they know how much it’s “supposed” to cost and they probably have the knowledge to fix it themselves. Pricing alone doesn’t justify a bad review. You get what you pay for!Great work, guys!

Brought van here for overheating issue. No solution, but they were thorough in checking many possibilities. Very cool-gave us a ride to & from since we were on the road. Even a car wash! AAA recommended.

Excellent service and quality work

Josh and Martin were extremely professional and stayed in touch throughout the entire process. They offered two estimates, one with all new parts, more work involved due to painting and a second estimate that was closer to my budget, using a salvaged trunk cover/tail light from the same model and year as my 2007 Mazdaspeed 6. I chose the latter. After the first part arrived with minor hail damage, they located another part in very good condition. They repaired my bumper and replaced the front grill (new). The color matching was perfect on the bumper repair and the trunk cover (salvage) was the exact color. They even removed my old spoiler from my trunk cover and attached it to the salvaged part because it was in better condition than the salvage spoiler. My car looks even better than it did before. My final cost was the amount that they quoted-highly recommend them!

Tim and Don were great. I had some issues with my Range Rover. After looking it over, the recommendation was that it’s time to get a new vehicle. In other words... they put the customer first over charging a bunch of money to fix a vehicle that may not last. Thank you!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!This place is the worst, Horrible workmanship and customer service!MY car had to be painted 3 different times in 3 different places because they were so careless. Every time I was called to pick up my vehicle, I found another new gouge in the paint. The manager laughed at us and refused to repair the last gouge as he claimed those were pre existing scratches and then changed it to bubbling paint that came off after they washed it.... but I have pictures to prove him wrong taken minutes before bringing the car in. (As does the manager) he took his pictures upon dropping the car off.The manager, myself and my husband went over the car to confirm there was no other damage and or scratches. The car came out of this shop with more issues than it went in with.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!These People cant even wash a car without causing further damaging.

Always a good experience here. We are able to call and get an appointment same day or at most the next day. Don is very thorough in his explanation of what’s wrong with the car and the solution. I highly recommend here for any major or minor troubles you may car have!

Been going here for years. Gary and team were great to work with, very professional and repairs done on schedule.

I took my 2002 Cadillac here for a messed up turn signal. I went online and found that it was the flasher. The guy said it was a big job and was going to be $500. I said the part was like $12 and its supposed to take 30 mins to fix it. He laughed and said it wasnt true, it was a big job and not that easy. Even though I have absolutely zero experience doing anything with cars, I said forget it, just based on principle -- I knew he was ripping me off.Went to autozone, got the part, went home, watched a YouTube video, and had it fixed within an hour.Not sure if he was the owner but I believe he was. This place typifies the sleazy mechanic shop; Id recommend staying away and finding a more honest business. I wonder how many unsuspecting ppl were ripped off here.
