Vince and Floor Coverings International were amazing! They were quick, responsive and professional. Vince came over, took measurements quickly and helped guide us to the best carpeting for our basement that was going to last with our pets. Floor Coverings International; a newish company recently completed my project. I confess that I was initially dubious as I had already contacted numerous flooring companys for an estimate. One other company showed up but failed to submit the estimate for materials only. Moreover, it was up to me to find an expert installer. A time consuming hassle I did not need.From start to finish, Floor Coverings International did it all in 2 weeks. Vince and installers did a great job installing carpet in a high rise condo. Not an easy job moving the furniture, taking the old carpet out and then installing the new carpet. Cleaned up after. Recommend Floor Coverings International.

Great experience with FCI. Had hardwood floors installed and they turned out beautifully. Vince was very helpful and available throughout the entire install. Workers were professional, on time everyday, cleaned up behind themselves everyday and completed the job on time. Vince provided answers to all questions I had. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Vince was able to provide a carpet solution when other companies were unable to. Due to the material of the tole surface out first company came out and told us they could not carpet over the title. Enter Vince. He was able to save the day in a quick turn around carpet out basement at a great price. With superb customer service, great quality and a fair price, you cant beat calling vince for your flooring needs!

Vince was a pleasure to work with, from start to finish. His professionalism and consultative nature won me over. He first sought to understand my situation and needs, then asked clarifying questions to help me hone in on the right choices, so I was able to make a timely decision. The installation did take longer than originally expected, but that was due to the need to relevel the concrete floors of the 2nd floor condo. The installation crew was great to work with, experienced and professional as well. Vince made sure to stop in at beginning, middle and end of the installation to ensure everything went as planned. Vince from Floorings International did a terrific job installing laminate in my home office. I live in a condo building and the installers were mindfully of the various rules concerning getting work completed.Toward the end if the project, additional planks were needed as one box was found to be defective. Vince took care of the replacement and disposal of bad box.The room looks great 👍.

From estimate to finished floors everything went as planned. One hiccup at final inspection but team came back the next day to fix. Couldnt be happier and would highly recommend. Dawn was very friendly and professional.
