Nothing against the employees here or anything like that. Just really wish BR had a cool independent coffee shop but the greed of the Starbucks corporation largely put an end to those. Makes me sad.

Such a great location, right in the middle of Burr Ridge Center. It is pretty big, has sitting indoor, as well as outdoor. When the weather is beautiful there are so many people here, walking with their dogs 🐶 and having a coffee ☕️ It’s like a movie scene 👍👍👍

This place is awful. the worst starbucks I have ever ordered from. my work is right next door which is why I keep giving them chances but they prove how horrible they are at customer service and being baristas each day. (literally everyday) they messed up order yesterday and then today again. I do not understand how hard it is to make the drinks the same each time and remember to add milk, stevia or whip cream. its on the tag and being literate is part of your jobs Im sure. this location is dead compared to any of the other locations I have been too so they arent. asking mistakes based on being too busy... I dont understand but will never be back .

The place is clean I like to buy I give it 4 stars because sometimes when we buy they get confused in the cafes and it takes a while for them to give us the coffee but the rest the place is very good

Workers were horrible! Me and cousin went into Starbucks to get a drink. She didn’t want caffeine in it. They gave her the wrong order and the argued with us that it was right. They rolled there eyes and said we were annoying. Never going there again😡 also the worker Tyler wasn’t that nice either! Fire him!!!

Overall this place is a great place to go, and have a great variety of options, but today I had one issue with the barista named Tyler. He was very rude and refused to remake my order after they accidentally added caffeine in my order. If you see a barista named Tyler, make sure to complain. Also, to the manager, FIRE TYLER

I love the location and stuff but its very offensive to see at some hours, people being on the floor and praying out loud . Who allows this practices in coffee store? We have many places of worship around. It is very disrespectful to others . Very disappointed in the management of Starbucks.

I stopped in Starbucks to get a quick snack, but changed my mind. The place looked a little messy and uncomfortable. I bought a regular coffee, no frills. It tasted awful. I also felt like I paid too much for what it was; a plain cup of coffee.

This is the best Starbucks, in the entire world!!!!!Michael John is one of the best managers, he is so courteous, and has a great sense of dry humor.Kristofer has great speed, and a great personality.Barbra is super sweet, and has a great passion in her job.Fran has been there since the start and she is still witty as ever, and always brings a smile on my face.Lindsay, Erin, Melanie, Mike Allison, Mikey, Wayne and Lexy are some of the best baristas too!! They always make you feel welcome and tell great jokes, and make your day better.

This Starbucks was always great every single time I went. Lisa was always fast to have my coffee ready. Max made the best small talk while I waited and was always incredibly kind. There was also a taller guy there who I want to call Mike but Im sure thats wrong, who always made me laugh and would engage in conversation. This staff would give me more than just my cup of coffee. They gave me an overall pleasant experience that started my day right before work. Ill miss seeing these guys in the morning. Keep doing an awesome job! You make peoples days and you dont even know it

I was in there for 30 min while the barista was talking to one of her friends and then I said excuse me 10 times and she looked and just turned around. Starbucks needs better people that are not as rude as her

I love this Starbucks!!!I come here on a daily basis everyone here is always so friendly except once the guy just seemed frustrated like he was having a bad day but we all have one of those days. Lisa is awesome!! I was struggling to find the proper settings on the app for my regular drink, I asked her and she said that there was a way to do it and that she would help me. I really didnt think that she would but a day later she had the answer. I was pleasantly surprised by her follow up...THANK YOU LISA!!

Most Amazing Starbucks! Every employee is pleasant and they make you feel right at Home. If there was a comparison, it would have to be labeled the Cheers of Coffee Establishments. They really do know your name. Always clean, always quick and always cheerful. Only minor complaint, at times during the week around lunch, seating can be an issue. Trust me Its the place to grab a cup and hang! The Captain

THIS PLACE IF THE WORSTI asked for a Carmel ribbon frapp no coffee I got it with coffee and when I asked if they could remake it with no caffeine and they rolled there eyes and said that there wasn’t any caffeine in it I told them there was and one of the workers said to another worker that we were annoying like i couldn’t hear her THIS PLACE IS THE WORST NEVER GO HERE also fire Tyler he is super rude

While there was nothing wrong with the coffee, the guy making the drinks can take a hike. The woman who took my order did not mention that they were unable to make one of the drinks I ordered. Had she said something, I would have ordered something else, because I am a decent person and I dont want to make anyone go out of their way for me.Instead, the guy making the drinks rudely handed me the attempt at the drink they were not currently able to make, overflowing with liquid down the sides, and commented: Gotta love people and their greed. I said to him, Im sorry, if I had known, I would have ordered something else.I will not be going here again.

Great service and friendly staff. Lisa and Ryan are especially great at getting me on my way for the day with a great cup of Chai and a laugh..most favourable Starbucks in the area.

Coffee is too bitter. Even the blonde. Chai is very good though.

Drinks and packaged food are fine but anything in the display case (cookies, cake pops, muffins, etc) always have flies all over them and the employees dont seem to notice or care? Its really disgusting.

The Burr Ridge Village center store is my absolute favorite! The Baristas are always welcoming even when its crowded with the morning rush. Today Lisa was on the espresso machine and I had some time to sit at the counter and observe while she ROCKED out drink after drink. She knew the regulars that came in and it was like watching what I will call The Barissta Shuffle. She was fast! I worked at a Starbucks part time myself 10 yrs ago and being in the bar at busy rush is not an easy task while people are standing (some impatiently) and watching your every move . Big shout out to Lisa and the entire staff at the BR store. You guys are fabulous and thank you for making the start of my days a little brighter.
