I went to speed way on the 16th of march and paid 13 dollar on lottery and i the guy gave me my old ticket back and i tried call and they wont answer there phone that bad business check your tickets before you leave out because they will cheat you

I went into the Speedway for the buy one, get one free for $1. I got a 2 Dr.Peppers and my younger brother 2 Gatorades(both were buy one get one free). I went to the cashier and she was charging me $7.13 including tax. When, it was supposed to be $2.76. I asked her if they were buy one get one free for $1. She said yes, so she said $2.76. I paid and 2 days later my bank account showed I was charged $7.13. I went to contact them and ask for my money back, and told them what happened. They have yet to respond to my message, btw I did it on their website. NEVER going here again, and please dont waste your time to come her too.

This speedway has recently fell far below the standards of a corporate speedway..the parking lot is severely dirty I mean itakes me feel like I am in a third world poverty stricken ghetto...not Burr ridge il. I understand how hard it is to keep lots clean but this is by far the dirty zone of the entire area..ever since a great manager moved on this location has suffered in many ways.. please speedway make a come back make this station at very least a normal location..not a run down dirty out of stock has been.

You wouldnt think at 5:00 a.m. it would be long to run in and buy a can of chew but I Soon realize that I was a 9th person in line.12 minutes later I Realized the cashier was the slowest moving person The EarthWhen I got to the register I Saw that there was another person standing in the back Room doing nothing.Its a shame Speedway gas station used to be really nice

Went to speedway .. I asked the lady how much for a cup of ice water (if it was too much I was just gonna get another drink for 79 cents) she said that fine. You can have it .. I got my cup of ice .. But there was no water dispenser .. So I went up to pay for my gas and cigarettes .. The man rang me up for the ice .. I looked at the girl And then told the man She said I could have it .. 100 degree day out .. He said CANT YOU READ ?!?!? Its 49 cents for ice!!!!!!! I said no i didnt see that because the lady told me I could have it even before I took it, I asked how much it was. I said Okay I dont want it .. Because of the way he had just spoken to me .. Any other time .. I would have paid for it .. He was condescending and so rude .. Tone of voice implying Im stupid .. Cant read etc.. So I said .. Now I dont want the ice .. He yelled at me .. In front of everyone .. Now you just wasted a cup !!!!!!!! I didnt even take that cup until I asked the lady how much .. I am not trying to get free stuff.. I was spending $20 on gas and cigarettes .. My friend was outside .. About to come in and spend about $60.. So I told him .. You know what . I dont want anything anymore and he said GOOD!!!!! I told him F*#% you and walked out .. So speedway lost about $80 in sales .. And I am never going to any speedways ever again .. I spend a lot of money .. Has cigarettes and food.. So you just lost a customer over a 49 cent cup of ice .. I dont put up with people being so nasty and embarrassing me as if I was trying to get something for free.. And I hope you read this review guy.. How dare you treat people like that when I tried to explain to you I didnt just take that cup of ice .. You wanna treat me like that ? Yeah Im calling cooperate .. Im a loyal customer and youre gonna talk to me like that ? Nope I am not gonna take that .. DONT GO HERE EVERYONE!

Went in for my morning beverage like I do every single week day. Walked up to the counter, set my drinks down and the lady behind the counter didnt even look at me. she then went to a different register. now I follow her over there and wait my turn. when it gets to my turn, I tell her I have the 4 monsters on the counter. she said What monsters? bI said the ones over there when you refused to acknowledge my presence. I was irritated at this point so i came off as snippy. all of the sudden a male cashier who was not even present for the incident starts berating me at the top of his lungs doing his best to embarrass me because i was upset at the lack of customer service that i am accustomed to. I am a loyal speedway customer for years. I will not be returning to this speedway. The male clerk with the anger issues should be terminated. He is usually overly nice and snapped at the drop of a hat. obviously some underlying personal issues
