They do not hold their board certified candidates to even minimally acceptable ethical standards. They are a joke and their ethics standards are not enforced even with egregious violations and mistreatment of clients.

I just read reviews on Glassdoor from former employees. Doesnt look good!! This organization will take your money if you input your credit card even before they review your courses. I cancelled my certification and they kept my money because its their policy. Good ethical practices - not here. They should take a few of those courses themselves in ETHICS! They are rip-offs. Im stunned and appalled. Completely stunned! I gave 1 star because a 0 didnt register.

Im sorry to the previous reviewer but I dont see how the certification board determines who passes the test or not. The test is taken at a testing center, electronically on a computer and the results are instant. I passed on the first try. I also went to a great school and studied for about a month, so the test was extreamley easy. The board shouldnt be blamed for something beyond their control.
