I’ve worked with Yazmin while having my storage unit at this facility. She’s always been super helpful and I’ve had a really positive experience at this location. Used it while storing my belongings to help with a move and it was really affordable. Would definitely use them again!!

Not much of google review writer but I have to say Burr Ridge location is really clean all the time. My uncle has a storage and having a push car available makes my loading easy. Yezmin has been so helpful during my visits and yes always so friendly.

Great customer service by Property Manager in the office Yezmin was her name. Yezmin answer all my question for packing and I bought all that I needed. The store has everything and is a easy one stop shopping location for packing and moving.

The unit I got was great!!! I had plenty of space for my things, it was just what I needed. This place gets damp when weather changes. I found water dripping from ceiling and walls of my inside, middle unit and in the hallways. Its by no means climate controlled. So, my stuff got ruined by water and eventual mold. They also never remove snow. So, it gets icy and dangerous. And they never fail to raise the rents every year. I have to get my stuff out of there!

The store has everything I needed to move and Yezmin was very helpful in making sure I didn’t forget anything.

I Like This Public Storage Because It Is Very Clean And The Carts Are Always Available. The Manager Yasmin Was Very Helpful And Kind. Elevators Are Spacious And The Hallways Are Very Well Lit. Would Recommend To Friends And Family.

So I went to public storage and met the young lady Yezmin told her what I needed. She showed me a 10x10 but it was to small so for just a little more I went for the 10x20. Have had a unit here for a few years, but recently decided to upgrade size to store a few things that wont fit where Im currently living. They made the process extremely easy by following up with me after I made my online reservation. Ive never had any problems here and the ease with which I upgraded makes them top notch!

Public storage is the worse place to store. My unit flooded and sat in water til they decided to call. As soon as we got there the stuff sat in water so long that mold was growing. They moved us into another unit and they keep jacking the rates up and up and up. They are ridiculous. Didnt even give a break when people were out of work during covid.

Bought a wardrobe box yesterday from Public Storage in Burr Ridge and the Manager ( Yezmin ) was very help. She advised me to buy the tallest one for the price difference of a $1. That was a deal :-).

WARNING, MOLD SMELL.We rented unit A178 from mid August through the end of November 2018. Upon entering the facility with our movers on move out day, we noticed a strong mildew smell. The smell permeated our furniture. We had the recommended insurance. Unfortunately the coverage for fungus is $250. with a $100. deductible. Far less than what is needed to clean or replace our damaged furniture. Neither the facility, corporate customer service or the useless insurance will make good on our damages. I would give less than 1 star but it wont let me post. Go anywhere else.

Shannon Cook is the most welcoming person Ive met. Her customer service skills are outstanding. She listens, meet your needs without any hesitation. Whenever I have a need or just a question, I received them in a timely manner. Her professionalism goes without says. She made my move in seamless. This location is a great location and I would welcome others to use it.Thank you Shannon for all you do!!!

Place is clean and well taken care of

My 1st time renting a storage unit, and the perfect employee Jezmin helped me out. She was so incredibly pleasant to work with. Very helpful in showing us facility and giving great packing advice.We had gone to another facility just a block away and was awful compared to the Burr Ridge facility. Kevin was super helpful and patient as he showed us the units. Every time we’ve been there’s he’s asked if we needed something and has been willing to offer a hand. He was thorough with the paperwork and helped us find the best deal for our unit. Dollies and carts are available to help with the move and that was an awesome bonus.

This place is to expense. They increased storage cost by $10.00. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Workers are nice . Thats about it.

Also, Shannon calls you as a reminder that your payment is due so you are not late in making payment for your storage unit or units. Though it is a cost for one to store his/her belongings, Shannons disposition and assistance lessens the cost aspect. Worst customer service in history. The elevator broke on my first day. I waited with my father as the worker neglected us and was extremely rude and wouldn’t call the police. We finally called the police, when they came they harassed us and searched us to find absolutely nothing . Me and my 60 year old dad. Never go to this place. The lady worker pretended she was dehydrated and in need of assistance when 2 minutes before she was on the line with customer service saying she wasn’t in any need of assistance . She left in an ambulance. Good luck to public storage, your own employee is about to sue you. I’ve fun paying that firefighter and police bill.
