We used to have a copier service agreement with BMA years ago. One day we called for service and our copier was picked up and taken to the shop for service. Shortly thereafter, we were called with a repair estimate that was about half the cost of the machine. We indicated we needed some time to consider our options but several days later we were called and told the machine had been repaired - without our consent. I dont recall the exact dollar amount but it was about $700.We paid the bill but took our business for a new copier to another dealer.BMA - no way!

This company used to have great service. They managed our copiers and printers for years, but then in 2011 they began to decline in their customer service. It got so bad that we would be calling them for weeks looking for toner and get to the point where we couldnt print anything because they hadnt delivered the needed toner. I would not recommend them as they are currently
BMA makes my job easier! They have quality customer service, quick response times and it is a pleasure to work with them.

We have an office contract with BMA for a copier, toner, service. They are consistently unable to provide toner in a timely manner, and routine tell us to go to Kinkos when they cant deliver it with plenty of advance notice. We will not renew our contract with them. Horrible customer service. Absolutely uninterested in their customers.
