Another big box home improvement store. Has some good sales at times. Always best to always shop around before buying anything. What I really dislike is its just another large corporation making you use the U-scan. When are these stores going to understand many of us are unable to use the U-scan due to health issues and that all they do is add confusion to your experience. In my humble opinion I would rather have a friendly face serving me at the at the check out.

In most cases I can find what I need, or close enough to make do! But in some instances I rely on a good old American hardware store! Home Depot has vast supplies of commodity building materials, tools, and just about anything related to construction, and home amenities! Sometimes I need 1 bolt, one anything, and a Home Depot can not help me. Even with the enormity of this Super store, which I shop regularly, i can not express how much a regular style hardware has had exactly what I need, without having to buy a box, or package just because I needed just one of an item. I give it a 4 star rating because it is a great place for a one stop shopping experience for most of your construction, and home needs!

The Home improvement Center of the area. Youll find Everything you need and More here. Stop into the Tool rental and get those needed items from floor sanders to rototillers. A great tip for Seniors, my friend Jeremy and many others will load your heavier products for you! Get out and get things Done at the Home Depot.

Customer service sucks. Once I was able to locate my material, the only cash line was about to close??? Be he decided to ring me up.

Dealing with home Depot has been the absolute worst experience in my entire life! They tell you free install and everything which is not even the case they charge you for every little thing they give you timelines that are just not true they will tell you 6 to 8 weeks and next thing you know its been 3 and 1/2 to 4 months after theyve taken your money from you and then even when your materials come in and they have it in the back they refuse to pull it down until the next day it is the worst place on the face of the Earth and I am so tempted to call the better Business bureau and explain to them how they have basically robbed me over $13,000 of my money and did not follow through on one single thing they said they would do

Good Service. Clean Store. I went to look at Faucets & Kitchen Sink to give my 80 year old Brother In Law some Prices & Compare them with the different Brands that they sell. I was able to find & get all the Info that my Brother In Law needed & help him out since he cant hardly hear.

My husband and I went to HD to pick up a toilet yesterday. Being Saturday, the store was busy and, of course, the item we needed was way up high on a shelf so we needed an employee to help get it down. We asked an employee for help and he said he didnt work in that area and walked off. We asked another employee for help who said the same, but he got his phone out to try call someone at least. No one came. Another female employee kept looking at us in the aisle but would not come down the aisle to assist. Finally, a gentleman came close enough that I could stop him and ask for help. He said his name was Rick and he did not work in this section, and was not coming our way having answered any call for help, but he was WILLING to help us anyway. We told him of our experience in the store and how it was very frustrating. Rick was amazing and delivered great service. We thanked him so much. When customers feel appreciated they come back. Thanks to everyone like this gentleman who work hard everyday.

Clean store, friendly and helpful staff, but never seem to have what Im looking for. How could you not have any work benches/tables? They also dont have castle-nut wrenches. In short, this is not a one-stop-shop. Plan on having to go to multiple stores to get your projects completed, or just order from a competitor online, which I did and found what I was looking for.

Reached out to Gretchen Sage for advice on replacing a window and she took the reigns from there and had me scheduled for an on-site appointment the following morning with Lance. Lance was on time and extremely knowledgeable, and offered several options along with immediate pricing. We look forward to our installation!

Ive always liked depo, always find what Im looking for. The one I go to has an older gentleman like me, who has a great knowledge in plumbing. Has helped me fix a few projects Ive had to do.

Home Depot is the spot! I like to rework small furnishings and other various projects that require all kinds of tools, paints, cleaners, etc. and Home Depot always has everything I need and at a fair price. The employees are always helpful and friendly. I can easily say that I’ve never had a bad experience at Home Depot. They also carry the Wiz lightbulbs, which I have switched to and I am very pleased with. Keep up the good work guys! I recommend daily.

I purchased over $5000 of Lifeproof flooring from the Burton MI store. Nearly four (4) full pallets. I purchased through the pro desk. Nick at the pro desk was fantastic getting the order put together and figuring out what I needed. Lifeproof products tells you to purchase 10% more than you need. I did. Upon returning the additional boxes, the Burton Asst. Manager Jeremy informed me that I would have to be charged a “restocking fee” of 15%! This included a box that was clearly damaged by a forklift! I pointed this out to the Asst. Manager to no avail. The product I purchased is sold in Home Depot stores. This is where my wife and I found the sample boards. The restocking fee came to $97.86. It’s not the amount of money I was charged that is the problem…it’s just incredibly poor customer service. The Home Depot is going to charge me an EXTRA FEE, for a product that is a stock item in their stores. I even asked for a STORE CREDIT for the entire return of $691.48, because I’m so confident of the amount of money I spend at Home Depot every year. Instead they refunded my credit card $593.62. As a customer I have other store choices, like LOWE’S and MENARDS. You’d think Home Depot wouldn’t squabble over $97.86, but apparently they are that petty.***Update***After explaining to the Area Manager, Don M., he agreed with me that it was petty to charge a restocking fee. Especially, considering that it is a stock item. He had me stop by later in the day to get a refund of $103 and change. So apparently the attempt to charge me the extra fee included sales tax, but I did leave a happy customer.Thanks Don! Your customer service was exceptional!

My worst experience ever !!! No regular employee in plumbing and the fill in employee wasnt knowledgeable at all ... He had to use his phone and Google what parts looked like ...And gave me 3 wrong items out of 5 ... Made 3 trips there yesterday and returned wrong items today ...Jerry Pratt was a employee that came to the rescue and did the best to help me ... Ive dealt with Jerry Pratt before and he is fairly knowledgeable of the whole store ...Like every else you need employees as well ...If you were luck enough to wait and get someone, you better get what you need then, because if you let that employee go, you would be waiting until he was done with other customers....

Every project we try to do though them is an absolute mess and over priced. That lack for organization and customer support I baffling considering my project were trying to manage right now is over $11,000 and they have no idea what is happening with it or who we should get ahold of. Dont use any of their project people!

Everything I need for my houses many diy projects at decent prices with good selections. This is my go-to hardware store. I PASS Ace, Gilroys, Menards, and Lowes when they were open (maybe why theyre closed?) to go to Home Depot instead.Pros: Their website shows me where most everything is, so most of the time I know where Im going within the store. Great customer service. Curbside pickup is great for last minute project touchups. Nice selection. Long hours. Great return policy timeline. I can link my orders to my email so I dont have to save my paper receipts.Even their desktop website is getting easier to use, less lag, except...HUGE CON!!! THEIR MOBILE WEBSITE NEEDS TLC, SO MUCH LAG!!!!! In this day and age, its ridiculous to have a mobile website that works this poorly. Your gold standard is Amazon. Youve definitely lost projects to Amazon from me just because I could do them on Amazon in half the time if that. Lag is no joke, ask your programmers.

I ordered online & did curbside pickup. I followed the process to let them know I was there yet sat for about 15 minutes without acknowledgement. I then called inside the store to find that theyre having problems with the system. Once they took my information it was brought out immediately & the young man was very polite & apologetic.

Easy in and out. Looked at store layout map before leaving home so I knew where to go.

I went to Home Depot to purchase a bottle of Cutters that attaches to a garden hose and will kill ticks and mosquitoes in my yard. I heard from a friend that it really works.. I had trouble locating the Cutter bottles and a store employee took time to take me right to them. He was very friendly and knowledge about the product..

Lost some more respect for Home Depot today (10/25/21). Several associates in an area where multiple customers were looking for items, not one associate asked any of the customers if they needed assistance. Worst of all…I was on my way to the registers when I passed an elderly lady and overheard her ask an employee if they worked there, he said “I do but I just punched out, someone at the service desk can help you!” As he didn’t Ben stop. I asked the lady if she needed some help, as it turned out, this very nice woman, just needed help lifting an item into her cart. What kind of person can’t take 2 seconds out of their day to help an elderly woman put something in her cart. I guess I’m going to start giving my business to Menard’s!

Bought a grill from the front but took a bit of time to get someone to come unlock them. The lady at the exit and the veteran that came to help were super helpful and friendly.

Good product, however, HOME DEPOT DOESNT in force The Mask Rule. They have a sign but wont in force it. Customers walk in there without masks on. Thats not right at all and needs to be addressed to The Health Department ASAP!!!!

This is really a great Home Depot. They keep it very clean. The employees all seem ready to help. I asked Dave where I could find steel wool and he didnt tell me, he took me there. I have been in a lot of these stores and this one is great.

The customer service at the home depot on court street in flint went down the drain. there is no one asks if I needed help, although I was in desperate need for help. employees pass by you like customers are not existed in the aisles. at closing time, lights are shutoffs to force remaining customers to leave the store. and for corporate, closing time at 8 pm is ridiculous. time should go back to 10 pm.

Very helpful and accommodating during this pandemic. Ive used the curbside pickup close to a dozen times. Every order has been filled accurately and in an expected time frame. Once you arrive, check in, and the order is brought right to your vehicle. This is extremely helpful to keep my small children safe and allow me access to the store. Also, all employees that I have encountered have been wearing a mask.

Its home Depot. Not like a had many choices near by to choose from. Walk around cant find the aisle with door knobs which ended up being damn near to the other side of the store from where the doors where. Genius planning on the corporate level there. And while I was looking for this aisle no one stopped or was even around to stop and ask.
