Just got done having the window replaced on my 2015 mitsubishi outlander sport. The service was fast and friendly. Cost was very reasonable. They vacuumed out all the broken glass and washed my windows at no extra charge. If I ever need glass repair done again I will definitely be coming back to this location.

Well if I dont go to Costco go to Myers its a lot better than Walmart even if you have to pay a little bit more which I dont think you have to and its very well organized for shopping whatever you might need from socks to soups

Way to expensive. 350 bucks for a side window on a minivan that l got installed for 125 and 65 for the glass. Sooo 190 bucks total. Big difference from 350 bucks. I cannot recommend Safelite Autoglass to anyone knowing they charge way to much

I needed my windshield replaced. I called the 800 number. Spoke with a really professional and understanding employee. He was able to make an appointment at the local Safelite for me. Once I brought my vehicle in they explained entire process included everything they were doing, the cost and how long it would take. Highly recommend.

They replaced my windshield. They didn’t finish when they said they would and left debris and glass in my truck. I have a aux Bluetooth piece & that was also broken somehow. My husband had to clean and vacuum my vehicle and got glass in his finger. I’ve had my windshield replaced at a hole in the wall place and they didn’t leave a crumb behind. I was shocked that they would leave a paying customer to clean up behind their work. I just don’t feel that is safe, fair, or responsible.

Number one I chose this company because I always hear about it and thought it had a good reputation. When my window broke out over the weekend I really wasnt sure what to do. My insurance company put me together with Safelite and we had an appointment set up for a few days later. I agreed to come to the shop because it was quicker than the mobile auto repair. During this time my window would crack a little more each day. I received a phone call letting me know that my glass wouldnt be in for my appointment and they had to schedule me for a different day. They told me if it came in earlier they would call me but they doubted that it would. I set up the appointment and confirmed it the day before for 10am. I was a little put off because my appointment time was scheduled for 11 but I received the confirmation of 10. When I showed up at 10 with three young children in tow I was informed that they accidentally sent out the wrong reminder time and that my appointment was actually at 11. They did get me in a little earlier than 11:00 however I found out a few weeks later that all my door hadnt been put back on my vehicle after replacing the door glass. I live approximately 25 minutes to a half an hour away from their shop. Needless to say I took two trips to one shop to get my glass replaced once.

Easy getting appointment set up, first appointment was cancelled due to the weather. Made second appointment, technician came out and installed my new windshield......left the inside of my truck a complete mess!!! Snow all over on the floor, seats, arm rests, and dash board!!! On the receipt provided after the closeout of the service order, it states at the bottom of the receipt that my vehicle has been vacuumed and windows have been cleaned....this clearly did NOT happen. First time I have used Safelite and it will be the last, Harmon Glass has always done right and puts Safelite to shame. Need to teach your technicians how to clean up their job messes when theyre complete!!!

Great place to take a vehicle for a chip repair. Was amazed on how much better it looks. The gentleman that took my car in was very helpful explaining the procedure. I would highly recommend this place for service.

Took my car in to have windshield replaced after setting up an appointment. They have good customer service and have great communication before my appointment. They have a custom waiting area while your work is being done. Also cleaned the interior of vehicle after replacing window. Window looks good and no leaks.

Very professional, came out with in 2 days to fix a windshield in my husbands transit van. He uses this for business, so we could not have it off the road to long! Thanks to the michigan roads a huge rock took out the whole windshield! This is the second time we have used this company, and I would highly recommend them. They sent me an email with a picture of our technician, and he arrived right on time!! They did all the insurance checking,all I had to do was verify we needed the service! You can not beat that! When my daughters passenger side window broke out the night before a huge snowstorm, they were able to get us in very quickly. The service technicians were very courteous and even offered to replace the broken off side mirror if we brought one in, which is above their scope of work. They finished earlier than expected and explained everything that they had done very thoroughly. I highly recommend this location and Aaron the technician.

Justin did an awesome job repairing a crack/chip! Great customer service from the scheduling, the courtesy phone call the day of the appointment and being punctual. Not only did he fix what I thought would be impossible....he cleaned all the windows and vacuumed out my car! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Thanks for the awesome job!!!

Told me they would have no problem replacing my windsheild. Drove all the way there for them to glance at my truck and they turned me away. Was not happy.

Long story short I made an appt and waited one week to get it done the same day I was leaving the state for work, they cancelled my appt one hour before I was scheduled to be there. I have a newborn and made many plans revolving around my appt time, and they couldnt have cared less unfortunately. Terrible service, and even worse manners!

Safelite was supposed to originally be here on Tuesday, called to tell me that the tech was running way behind, ended up with an appointment today, Friday. Called this morning to say that the windshield was damaged when it came in and would be out Saturday morning. When I checked online the appointment was changed to next Tuesday!Called to see why, was rudely informed that this was the first available appointment. No call, no email, no notification of the change at all.Canceled the appointment and having the Ford dealership do the repair.$100 cheaper than Safelites quote and will be in and out on this next Monday.Nice way to treat a potential customer!Ill look elsewhere for any future repairs and save myself a week of hassle,

Made an appointment. Said they would be there between 12 and 1 called me at 1:40 and askes if they could still come. No I leave for work at 2 which I had already spoke to him about. So no I was not happy and still dont have my window fixed

Great service start to finish why go anywhere else

I called and setup an appointment to get my windshield replaced. They arrived the next day within the time window specified. They sent text message updates and communicated clearly when they would arrive and who would be showing up to do the work. They were replacing a 2015 Ford Escape windshield which is rather large. Tyler was able to tell me exactly what he was going to do and why it was done and then completed the work quickly and correctly. The Escape has an issue with windshield wipers not lining up correctly after a replacement, but Tyler was aware of the issue and was able to handle the install correctly and realign the wipers perfectly. He even cleaned up the front seats after he was done, even though they were dirty previous to him working on the vehicle.

What business starts off with telling you that if THEY break or damage your window YOU are responsible for the cost of a new window? Safelite does. Ended up going to Burton auto glass and got a brand new window for the price these people were going to charge me just for resealing my old one. Shop around

$1140+ to replace windshield on my new Toyota with recalibration of the sensors. Insurance or not that is absurd. I had to leave my car there and pick it up again later twice because the calibration takes a half day and they ordered the wrong part the first time. Europen parent company makes them put anti American and unenforceable anti second ammendment sign on window. When I left car overnight for second attempt I was concerned about major security defiency. I will not elaborate on this for safety of others. Workmanship was fine. Nice new OEM windshield. No complaint there. They even vacuumed my car. So two stars for the mechanics, but I will not bring my business here again.

Set up an appointment for windshield replacement at home for Sat 8-12At 830 am Sat the technician called to reschedule due to being overbooked. I asked the tech to have office call & reschedule after 230p on Monday because I would be at work. At 1030 am Monday, the office called to reschedule....NO COMMUNICATION & POOR ORGANIZATION WITH APPOINTMENTS. I will take my business elsewhere.
