I wanted to switch water companies I asked the office to pre pay for my service. They took my information and didnt charge me in advance like I requested. Their safe and courteous driver demanded I pay in cash fire what I had asked to pay in advance using my debit card. He arrived before anyone was in the office. When I went in the house too get my information the driver took the one bottle of water her had taken out of the truck, put it back all the while cursing me about how I was treating him. I called the office and said I do not want youre service EVER. TWO WEEKS LATER THEY CHARGED ME FOR THE WATER I ORIGINALLY REQUESTED. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEIR COSTUMERS DONT MATTER TO THEM.

Dont use them......Started using this company April 2020. I have had 3 deliveries all with problems. When I call they cant answer simple questions like when, as what day are you coming with my delivery. Manager rude told me when I complained about not getting delivery that I should find another service. They have never delivered when schedule unreliable. Update the company refuses to give me back the deposit on water bottles. When I returned them the person at the business said they did not have the ability to return deposits.

I started to get water delivered at the end of February, 2020. I scheduled to come the week of March 6th. I still have not received my delivery yet. I am looking for another water delivery that is capable of delivering water on time.

The best ! Weve has a water cooler in our house for about a year and was buying the jugs at the grocery store and hauling them ourselves . Decided to call here . Best thing ever ! Theyre awesome! Thanks Crystal water !

Was customer for long time (10 yrs or more). Moved to Arizona in October, 2017. Drivers where great. Business office however is a shambles, if they even have one. I turned in my 5 gallon bottles, 6 of them, for refund. Till this day, May 23, 2018,no refund after numerous calls. Hell they said no record of me being customer on one call. Every time Ive called, someone will call you back. LIE, never received any. My advice, dont give bottle deposit, so when you leave, they dont owe you anything.Last time I called, was told they maybe going out a business. One way to get out of returning refunds.Remember BUYER BEWARE with this company.So sad and disgusted my relationship with them soured for under $50.00Next complaint Im filing with BBB.Filed my complaint today, 5.23.18
