Picked up my daughters varsity jacket yesterday and it is beautiful and the quality is magnificent. They had it done within the estimated time (6-8 weeks) and when my daughter received a new patch halfway through them doing her jacket, they still made time to get it on her jacket. They were very patient when helping us figure out what she wanted on her jacket as we had no idea! The stores mascot dog is an added bonus with her hugs!! Would recommend 1000x to anyone.

I brought a baby blanket I wanted monogramed for my neices baby. The finished monograming was perfect. I was so happy Masterpiece could fit my order in & was completely happy with the results.

I didnt have a problem with the work that was done, as a matter of fact, the work was well done. My experience was very upsetting especially when I picked up my purchase. I called a week ago and was told, rudely that it wasnt done and that I would receive s courtesy call when it was ready. Today I called and was curtely told it was ready. No courtesy call. Upon arrival to the shop, Im already upset about the rudeness I received from calling. To my surprise and disbelief, I was asked to make sure the information was correct because this particular worker had never done any work with a name such as my granddaughters. I felt as if were being stereotyped due to our race. In conclusion, Id never recommend this store to anyone who wants equally as a customer.👎

I had quite a horrible day. Traffic was awful. I got there 5 mins before close and everyone was so nice. Even filled my order while I waited. Thank you so much for making my day better. You guys are awesome!
