Budget Garage Doors. The springs to our garage door snapped last night.Thank goodness my niece dropped me off at the doctors office today. We weren’t able to get the car out of the garage LOL. Answered our call and John was at our house a few hours later, during this Covid-19 crisis. Less than 1/2 hour later John was gone and we have a perfectly working garage door and a new spring. The next day my next door neighbor had the same situation. They noticed I had a garage door repair so I referred them to Budget and they were there in no time. Called around to get prices on repairing a broken garage Door Spring, only looking to get one replaced because one was replaced before I purchased the house 4 months earlier. Budget was not only the cheaper choice, but was also right around the corner from my house, so I was more than happy to spend my money locally. Tech showed up and told me some other issues that were wrong with my garage door setup, AND even offered to fix it while he was there at no additional fee (we ended up not being able to because of header height issues, but the fact he offered was awesome). And he offered some info on how to fix the issue with the tension rod so that I wont keep tearing up springs and bearings. Overall I will 100% recommend Budget Garage Doors to anyone that asks or needs Garage Door work.

Their service was excellent. Came on a Saturday and replaced a broken torsion spring, lubricated all the rollers and tightened the drive belt. The job was fast, friendly, and professional. The cost was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

These guys not only have a great price, they are also just really nice guys. We had Dover come out earlier in the week to replace a broken spring. They just attempted to upsell us, which we declined on, but ended up installing an unnecessary lock incorrectly. Budget not only did what we wanted without attempting upselling, they also noticed and then fixed the lock installation that Dover did, without an extra charge. Overall, cant recommend Budget door highly enough. ***EDIT- forgot to say, Budget came out on 1/18 which was terrible weather.
