Got 12 yards of chips and gravel.Driver accidentally bumped the gate. Rock bottom not only maintained prompt communication through out the process but also sent out a maintenance person who did quality work repairing the fence/gate. Through and through I would recommend. Five star +Hard to find stand up companies now a days.

Great experience. We first tried another supplier closer to us and got the answering machine every time. When we finally did get to talk to them they seemed quite rude and told me they could only schedule on Mondays and Id need to call back then. Even though I was on the phone with them at that moment.When calling Rock Bottom the phone got answered every time with barely one ring. They were courteous and helpful and got things setup right away. They got us on their schedule within 3 days of talking to them.When the driver (Jeremy) came with the material, he checked our ground and made sure it would hold well and had us sign a waiver making sure we realize the truck could leave ruts. He was friendly and really good at what he does. He was able to maneuver through our fence gates and deliver the material right were it was needed.In fact we had ordered some top soil which was going into to raised garden beds I had built (8x4). He was able to land half the soil in one and the rest in the other with hardly any spillover by dumping from his truck! Saved me hours of labor in trying to move that stuff. He also recommended a different type of garden soil for us to try next time when he saw what it was for. I couldnt be more pleased with the service I received!

Purchased 5 yards of the cocoa mulch, which is excellent quality, and had an all around great experience. Carlos, who delivered the mulch was great. On my second delivery, he rushed to get it to me, which was really appreciated. Mike too was great. I called at 1:00 (they were closing at 3) and he made an exception to allow my second delivery. Otherwise, I would have had to wait until the next weekend (my choice). I highly recommend Rock Botttom!

Since I can’t give zero stars I have to give one. Had 5 yards of top soil delivered and found glass in it. Wouldn’t have even posted a review if I got any type of support for the company or even a “my bad” I would’ve went on. They pretty much made it sound like I was making it up. If you want a company that blows off issues then this place is for you.

Always be present and never have deliveries after a rain or you will have ruts in your lawn.Poor discretion from company driving on lawn.
