If the lift was working, would have given 5 stars. Really wanted tires rotated. The lift was being worked on and it was professionally communicated up front. Professional, prompt and courteous. Better than past jiffy lube (different location) experiences. Will definitely use again!

Problem. Oil changed on my F150. Noticed oil on my driveway and took it to my mechanic. Found oil filter was never tightened and pressure went so low it took out my timing chain and I had to replace the motor. Thanks Jiffy Lube for the $3000.00 engine swap. I have since heard from another person who this happened to. I will never go to Jiffy Lube again. Buyer beware.

Awfull service, staff is not professional at all, have no idea what they are doing, came in with my vehicle for a oil change they had to take off my skid plate didnt put it back on, over filled my tire pressure stopped to check my pressure their was 55lbs in my tires when it calls for 38. Never again will I return, will go else where

The guys here are amazing. Great service and theyre fast as can be! They kept me informed of my issues and showed me how to prevent them in the future. 100% reccomend them for brakes, oil changed and tire services!

I got an oil change and tire rotation. The whole process took roughly 20 minutes.Pros: friendly service, clean waiting areaCons: spent $85 on an oil change but had to go to Sheetz the next morning to buy more oil to top it up because Jiffy Lube short changed me on the oil.

I did not get a chance to have my oil changed here as they said theyre unable to change the oil in my car which was rather disappointing as this is a place that does oil changes lmao. Unfortunately since theyre not versatile but were polite in conversation I will only rate 2 stars.

Told one price on the phone, then another when I arrived ($5ish more because it’s a 4wd? What’s that got to do with the oil?). Then said they didn’t have my oil in stock but would upgrade me to synthetic for the same price (they had already begun changing the oil at this point! You would think they would check first...). Then when it comes to check out the total is STILL more than I was told and when I tried to use a coupon i was told it was already applied to get the price down from the synthetic (the stuff I didn’t ask for). Then tried to say the price difference was tax! Sorry but tax on what should have been less than $35 (based on the original price I was told and the coupon) does not bring the total to $57, do they think their customers are so dumb they can’t do simple math? Finally get the total down to $47, but at that price I’d have just bought my oil for $20 at advance and done it myself, I guess that’s my fault for wanting a bit of convenience. Won’t be going back there.

The people were very nice but the service was poor. I didn’t notice my car wasn’t vacuumed until driving away, the windows had marks all over them (vacuum and window cleaning were part of the deal), when I got home there were black hand prints on the hood of my car that I had gotten washed before going to this place. The next day I went to get my tires changed at another place and they said there was oil all over the filter and sprayed back under the car. So I had to get a new filter bc this one was wrenched on so tight they think it messed the seal up. Glad they caught this because I had lost a 1/2 quart already... for 80 dollars 66 for the groupon and another 14 on top - I would not return. I’ve never had my oil professionally changed - I was doing it as a convenience but will just go back to doing it on my own.

You pay a little more but you get allot more service. An oil change is done very quickly plus a safety check. Great people too.

Havent been in a long time. The last two times I had a huge bill and they didnt fix the problem. Expect them to search your entire car to find something and often it doesnt need replaced yet. Hit Tires for Less. Better for tires and exhaust, and just about anything. Full Service Auto is the best repair facility.

I took my car here to have it inspected and was very upset with how i was treated. I have been taking my car here to get inspected since i got it in 2015 and have had no problems. This year i had taken it there the lady who was doing the inspection tried to tell me that my exhaust would not pass inspection (which has been the same since i got it and they have passed it every other year.) She tried to tell me that i did not have catalytic converters or a muffler. The car has two cats right off the headers and am inline muffler. I told her that i can show her where the cats are and prove it is an inline muffler. She then told me she knows there isnt any cats and they the thing i am saying is a muffler is a resonator that muffler are always at the end (which if you know anything about cars is not true you can get inline mufflers.) So after trying to be as nice as possible i took my car somewhere else where they told me that they would pass it and that i was correct with saying that there were two cats and an inline muffler. I will defiantly not be taking my car back there again due to them making their own rules.

Easy tasks like changing filters, tires, oil have become diificult and longer for me alone. Jiffy Lube staff talks me thru what the car needs but are kind enough to allow me to say no to that need. And I enjoy the topping off of fluids and vacuuming the interior by the staff.

Brandy was helpful and explained everything in detail. Didnt try to up-sell services. Even took the time to unclog the windshield washer fluid line. Offered us first time customer discounts we didnt know were available.We were in and out in less than an hour on a Sunday.

Honestly, this was the best oil change experience I think I have ever had. The employees that were working today (Brandy, Joe, and Tom) were super friendly and helpful, smiling and happy to be there, and went above and beyond! Tom was incredibly helpful in directing me where I needed to be and working on my car. Joe had a big smile on his face, wiped my windows, and even opened the door for me both to the building and to get into my car afterward. Brandy is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and seems like a very gifted leader!I came here today because my wife and I just recently moved into the area and needed an oil change. I will definitely be back next time around!

Absolutely the worst oil service place in town, three people on the clock one young guy working while the lady and older guy stand there and watch him work. There were other people waiting and they are only using one bay, I’m assuming due to the low work ethic of the other two people on the clock. They didn’t vacuum my car out “but they marked it completed on my receipt”. Also I put a permanent marker mark on my oil filter before I came in to get my oil change to see if they change my filter out and when I got home I checked, same oil filter, my filter never got changed. This place is a absolute scam, that will try to up charge you every second they get a chance. Cheaper and better service at the Walmart down the street. Avoid this place at all cost!

I came in about a month ago, and I must say, the staff was incredible! Ive been to my fair share of Jiffy Lubes, but this particular branch was super kind and well-managed. To top it all off, I was handed a surprisingly reasonable price tag for my visit. I couldnt be happier with the service I received. Thanks, guys!

I would just like to say this is by far the best jiffy lube I have ever been too, the staff is so nice and they are honest people! There not just trying to make a sell! I came in today around 9 o’clock for a oil change and a tire rotation, they helped me get the best oil fit for my car which was a high mileage oil, there’s were only 3 workers that I saw but they were all working together very good to get the cars finished, very surprised with how professional they are! The girl at the counter was really nice, she gave me a coupon book for next time and helped me to my car!

I would not recommend this place. I my opinion they are scammers. First of all they stated one price for an oil change and then upped it my $35 when I checked out. Secondly, they tried to scam me into buying new tires and brake pads when I didn’t need them. Not one other customer came during the hour I was there. I recently moved to the area and was looking for a convenient place to get an oil change. I never had a bad experience with any other Jiffy Lube, so was extremely disappointed with their shady practices.

The need to be more professional good parking handicap accessible clean for the most part friendly people there just needs to be a little more professionalism and cleanliness around vehicles

If you’re a female do not go here. They take full advantage. They’re CROOKS. told me they vacuumed my car put windshield washing fluid in, checked my tired pressure & a bunch of other things. When i asked the guy with holes in his ears what I was being charged for he goes “your oil” with an attitude. I said you were supposed to vacuum my floors, put air in my tires and put washer fluid in it. He said he did but they didn’t do it until I flipped out about it. Then the other guy vacuumed my car for me, put WATER in my washer fluid like I’m some type of moron . Point blank don’t go here they’re CROOKS

Great location and excellent service. This is my go to place for oil change services. I have never had a bad experience here. Its nice that they keep track of your service needs and make recommendations based on mileage.

My Jiffy Lube experience is done. Not only is it $100 for an oil change, the fact that I have made 3 trips just on this “attempted”( I ended up going elsewhere for $40 less) oil change AND on my last oil change i made 4 trips before finally getting serviced. 7 trips for 2 oil changes is unacceptable. It is not worth the hassle.

This place has some of the best customer service around. They are very friendly, and know what they’re talking about here. Unfortunately, it’s more expensive than the Walmart thats just down the road so I only come here when Walmart is too busy for me. This place still deserves a 5 star review though

Very great service. I came in just for an oil change and the staff went above and beyond. My car has been rattling for a couple of days and I’ve been really busy with school. I tried to figure it out earlier, but didn’t detect anything and figured I’d just worry about it on the weekend. They found out why it was rattling (never even told them about it) and fixed that problem for me (rusted heat shield was rattling around). The manager also gave me various maintenance advice, appreciated it. Friendly and great service!

We have been here forever for just an oil change and inspection we have seen at least 4 or 5 cars come and go and were still here. Also there has been about two people just walking around the mechanic bay and not doing anything.

Worst experience of our lives. Dont go here. The woman and manager are con artists who think its acceptable to break peoples car parts and tell them to go somewhere else to get it fixed. They harrassed my husband and I and when asked to speak to someone higher up was told it wouldnt matter because they are a franchise. Im sure people are good workers here, but the woman and manager need a lesson on telling the truth and customer service. Will never return.

Im sitting here because their computer is down. I was not told this in advance-specifically that service can only be paid be check. I have my credit card, a $50 Jiffy Lube gift card and $40 cash but Im here on a $106 bill. Theres no way I would have given my approval to do the work if I HAD been told I wouldnt be able to pay. Typical time here is 15 min? Im going on 1.5 hours.

Other than pushing the Upcharges, This place is great! 15 minutes on average and your out.

They really are fast, and my maintenance required light finally turned off. Who knew it was just an oil chance indicator?

What gives? Called ahead, said they dont do appointments, that its just walk-ins. My car was second in line after the two cars in the bay when we arrived. While sitting there patiently for over an hour, some overdone blonde comes in, hands over her keys, and within fifteen minutes theyre discussing her air filter with her, which they had pulled out of the car and had on the counter. My car is still not even in the bay yet.Excuse me? Does the concept of first-come first-served not apply here? Secret appointments for friends only or something? Ill take my business elsewhere after that.

I had to stop on the way home because a metal plate that had to be moved had not been replaced properly and was dragging on the pavement. Didnt get the vacuum job I was talked into for the exorbitent price either.
