They sold me fake pokemon cards and refused to do anything about it even tho it is highly illegal to sell fakes then tried to charge me 50 dollars for a 10 dollar item. I highly reccomend you check prices and check single cards before you buy them

The local place to get comics and some games. While it sorely lacks a variety of games or gaming accessories, youll be hard pressed to find a better place for your comic collection.However, dont expect an impressive or comfortable building; the aisles are cramped, and the decor is hideous and old, clearly from a previous decade.

A simply amazing experience. If you are into gaming and comic culture this is an amazing store to visit. The staff are very helpful and can help you with knowledge on the products, their lore, and other products that go great with your specific buy. Simply amazing.

Not much for table top stuff but plenty of new and back issue comics. Huge fan of all new dimensions and it was my first time visiting this location. Large well kept location with friendly staff. What Ive come to expect from the Pittsburgh standard in comic book stores.

My little boys and I found this spot while walking around downtown, they loved it! Reasonable prices and very nostalgic.

Its hard not to give them more stars because theyre such a great comic book store. They have tons of stuff and lots of good comics to choose from. We like going there because they have comic books for my husband and dungeons and dragons books and figurines for both of us.

Very great place! The staff is customer friendly and gave me no problems. They even have an area all way in the back where they had comic books that were from $1.00 to $3.00. Best comic book store I have ever been too and especially my first time going to a New Dimension Comics store.

Great staff. Some very knowledgeable in comics from all eras,some very knowledgeable with card games. Always friendly and willing to have a laugh. Theres a great selection as far as everything goes,and they are always willing to help you find things or track something down if they can. The store is huge and clean. Ive never had any issues to speak of. Friendly and inviting for all ages.

Great comic book store. Nice variety. Lots of great comics, toys, board games, figurines, etc.. You can enjoy a soda from their cooler while you look around—or bring a group of friends and take advantage of the gaming area downstairs for your next d&d night or whatever game of your choosing.

The sales associate was very polite, and knowledgeable. But the lack of items in stocks, and unorganization left me feel Meh

Love this place. My daughter likes the manga, my son and I love the magic events. Great owner and a good group of people.. Great community for those that are interested in these things. Great place for people just getting started in games. They also have a game library and all kind of events. Of course all the comics you could think of.

Its a fun, chill place where you can pick up all your latest nerdy merchandise. They specialize in comics, Pokemon and Magic cards, and board games. The staff at the Butler store is friendly and helpful, but also suffers from the same social awkwardness that their main customer base tends to have. Overall, if youre looking to get your fill of nerd culture, this is a great place to go.

New Dimension Comics has been my go-to place for card games, comics, and graphic novels for years. The staff are super nice and have been very helpful in finding products and engaging in polite conversation!The store also holds card tournaments for Yugioh, Pokémon, Magic the Gathering weekly. The events are fun and rewards you for playing the game instead of only winning. Very fun and easy to learn with the staff always being super helpful and knowledgeable.The reason I always go to New dimension instead of other stores is because of how great and fun it always has been.

Wonderful shop, knowledgeable staff, super helpful, and a very friendly atmosphere. I stop by every once in a while to play a few games of magic and browse through their huge comic selections. I would highly recommend going here for all of your comic and game needs.

What a fun shop. Every comic you could imagine. I even found the old, original Transformers comics that I used to get as a kid. My kids loved choosing from their stock of Pokemon cards. Lots of toys and other memorabilia too.

Im not a regular of comic book stores, but these guys are super nice. My daughter loves to go there because they have a nice kids section. I always find something, too.

Great place to find recent books and if they dont have the old one you are looking for they sure will find it.

The people who operate this store are very friendly and you can find a wide range of comics, trading card games, and tabletop games, etc here for good prices. Also, the MTG events they host are very fun.

New dimension is the best place to go in town for all of your fandom collectibles. We are in a few times a month for comics, board games, rpgs and Magic:The Gathering. They have funco pop figures, and just about anything you can imagine. If youre in town for a day or forever, you ought to stop by.

Everything is disgustingly overpriced. I love to support local business but when they are selling comics and magic cards at double their online price and one and a half more than shops only 30 miles away in Pittsburgh it is not worth it.

Its a place where everybody knows your name, or at least mine. Im a regular customer and while the store isnt anything spectacular to look at, it has one of the greatest selections of comics, books, games, collectables, and even food that Ive ever seen. Definitely worth a visit for anyone interested in that sort of thing.

I love going in here, the staff is always helpful and eager to help you find what youre looking for, or to make a recommendation. They have frequent events and sales, and can order most anything.
