I was referred by family members and was extremely satisfied with the attention to detail they provided. My care is hard to get parts for. It had a short production run and only a few thousand a year were sold. They kept me informed when parts were ordered and when they would be available to complete the work. The BEST service I’ve had in years!!! After the estimate they ordered all parts required leading to no delays in repair timeline or additional costs with rental car, handled all billing with insurance company, took payment over the phone so I didn’t have to leave work early to pick it up, informed rental car company of repair timeline, cleaned my car inside and out, and the body work looks GREAT also. FANTASTIC!!!

Been going to Yates Body Shop since Max started it now his son Zack has taken over the reins & nothing has changed great work like brand new on repairs & detail.

Still waiting for a refund check and finalized invoice over a year later from when the work was completed. We had nothing but issues communicating with them and we were told several different versions of what was being done to the vehicle which led to changing costs and deadlines several times. In the end, my car ended up fixed, but painted 2 different colors on the side panel.

Yates body shop did a great job. The car was returned in pristine condition clean inside and out. It looked like it had just come off the showroom floor.

Excellent body shop and customer service.

I chose Yates because they seemed honest and thorough. However, they have proven to be very dishonest in their dealings with me. While my vehicle was in their possession, its electrical system mysteriously was shorted out. Even the mechanic who fixed it for them was surprised that they made me pay for it and for towing it between the two shops. When I picked it up, there was a mechanical issue that was not there when I had dropped it off. All I know is that my vehicle worked fine when I left it at their shop and it didnt when I picked it up. How that came to be, I dont know. Conveniently, neither do they.

Have went with Yates twice now and they have exceeded expectations both times. They made the process of getting our vehicles fixed very easy, work was excellent and the process took less time then expected. I also thought it was neat that I could go online and view pictures and see status updates as the vehicle was fixed.I highly recommend these guys, they do excellent work.

I hit a deer and had extensive damage. We had Yates fix the wrecked part and also do some other body repairs. They did an awesome job on matching my paint and fixing the damage! They helped us with the insurance claim and walked us through the process. They were extremely professional and friendly!

Could not be happier with the service from Yates Body. My wife hit an elk with her car at about 5am one morning. Tim from Yates responded to the scene with his tow truck before the police were even able to arrive. Once our car was at the shop, Andy G took great care to make sure everything with the insurance, etc. was taken care of. I am hoping we dont have any more accidents any time soon but if we do, Yates will have our business for sure!

I have done business with Yates for over 20 years and they have always done a professional and quality job. Did a great job with my truck and were very helpful throughout the whole process. My insurance took a long time to clear the payment and many parts were on back order but they even helped out paying for my rental vehicle after the insurance coverage for my rental had been all used up. Zac did a great job updating me throughout the whole process.

My dealings with Yates started in the parking of Buffalo Wild Wings just before Christmas when a pole jumped out in front of our 2015 Tahoe and ran down the length of the drivers side.. I called the store at 9:00 PM. and got the owner on his cell, He had a tow truck there in 20 min. and from that first call I didnt have to do another thing, they really took care of everything, updated me regularly on the work, took the Tahoe out to Butte GM and had the steering fixed then back the their shop for the new parts, after it was aligned and given possible the best detail I have ever seen, they called us to come get our Tahoe, it honestly was delivered cleaner to us after the accident then from the dealer when we bought it. Even with the Holidays and working around two very long weekends we got our Tahoe back promptly, I couldnt be more pleased with the crew there. I also feel the need to mention the level of respect and care we were treated with Andy and Tom were great to deal with.. Thank you so much for everything, we hope to never need you again but if we do we will be back... - Bear

This shop is dishonest and deceitful. They over charge for simple repairs and trick you into paying more for things after the vehicle is done or they wont let you have your vehicle until you overpay. They did several things to my vehicle without my permission that I didnt even want repaired and then forced me to pay for them to get my vehicle back. I will never take my vehicle here again and I will warn all my friends and family to go somewhere else and avoid these crooks.
