We are on family vacation from Wisconsin. Our sienna was over 1,000 miles past due for an oil change. I went to the service center to see if they could squeeze us in this morning because we had to leave to meet family due to an emergency. Eventhough they were very busy, they understood our situation and said they would squeeze us in. The staff was extremely professional, courteous, and understanding. I am so thankful that this business cared on a personal level and did everything they could to get us back on the road ASAP. Service like this is extremely rare now-a-days and needs to be applauded. 5* service on brake job. Thank you! We don’t take the promptness or quality of the brake job for granted.We were shocked that no one in car sales or the service counter was wearing a mask, even when we went for a test drive with Dustin, who was not vaccinated. He claimed that many customers in the area did not believe in masks or any restrictions. With 3 deaths in Butte over the weekend, a couple in Anaconda, and the hospital almost full with people testing positive for COVID perhaps the Toyota management should consider the health of their customers. We will not be returning to this Dealer until they take recommended safety precautions with all customers. Play it safe and mask up! Dustin could have at least asked if we would prefer he wear a mask! At least he was honest about not being vaccinated.

My parents put a down payment on an SUV. This dealership agreed on terms and accepted a down payment. Over the next few months my parents received many updates from the salesman they were working with as to the manufacturing of their car. When the car finally arrived, this dealership did not honor the contract that they made. Instead, of honoring the agreement, they wanted more money. My parents chose not to move forward due to the lack of values displayed by this establishment. In a town in which a business integrity is integral to the success of a business, I strongly encourage you to go somewhere where you are valued.

The BEST! My truck needed immediate attention. The dealer provided a thorough and prompt inspection and a clear timeline when the work was to be completed. Was treated like pure gold. The best dealer service I have ever had. Kudos to the shop and the service team for sorting me out ✌️

Kirk was definitely on the top of his game, and the paper work literally took minutes. Very fast and seamless vehicle trade in and purchase. My only qualm is, whoever transported the vehicle from slc to Butte, scuffed the front bumper. Sort of a buzz kill to get a brand spanking new car fresh off the lot that already has a cosmetic blemish. Not a deal breaker by any means, but sorta harsh.

The service department was incredibly accommodating today. They helped me get back to work quickly with a shuttle. The shuttle driver was friendly and personal, and all the staff I interacted with provided a positive experience. Their evaluation of my vehicle was very thorough, and their recommendations were spot on.

No integrityLast week I called and got the price of the used car being offered. When I showed up today to look at the car, the dealership jacked the price up by almost 10%. Oh, weve never heard of that person that gave you the price. If you want honesty and integrity in your car buying experience, go elsewhere.

I want to be kind to the people that work at this dealership because they were great. The bumper to bumper coverage is bs. I got a flat on the highway as I was merging on to a highway intersect. This is where I 15 and I 90 converge. The speed limit for merging traffic is 80mph. There were semi’s flying past me and merging traffic, I drove until it was safe for my life and my road side assistance to carefully care for my vehicle. After all, preservation of life is more important than a vehicle. I have less than 2300 miles on my new rave 4. They charged me $197 dollars because they said I traveled to far on a flat tire. Given in was about 10000 feet and I was ensuring my safety. Yeah I burned the tire cause I was going 75 when it burned, but myself and the road side assistant were safe where I pulled over.

Josh Decker was the mechanic on my car and I just brought it in for a check engine light and he just did a whole thorough check on my car and found my cabin air filter was ripped apart by a mouse! He got my filters changed super quick and got me in and out of Toyota! Thank you guys!

I refuse to go to any other dealership these days, everybody at this shop is about the customer and helping me in anyway possible. If I could give a better review I would. I was pleasantly surprised recently when I had a tire blowout and it was 100% covered by their roadside assistance insurance - no charge for a brand new tire! My husband has his oil changed @ Butte Toyota on a used vehicle that he purchased there about a year & a half ago. The staff is very professional, courteous, & friendly.... He’ll continue to patronize them.I, on the other hand, went in with my low tire pressure sensor on, along with my check engine light illuminated, & “because I’m female” was told it was early morning cold wiring, that would turn off once it warmed up... They changed my oil, then the very same guy told me my left drum was shot....I then took my car over to Les Schwab, they promptly reset both sensor codes, looked @ the drum, & said, politely, that the car dealership’s drum wear measurements are a bit different than theirs... I was completely safe driving the car, & with the tiny bit of wear I had, to just turn off the ABS feature when driving in the winter time.... They didn’t charge me a single thing! Guess where I get my oil changes now?😏

Extremely over priced. $89 for an oil change is ridiculous. “But we rotated your tires” is not a reasonable explanation for their price gouging. Had recently had my tires rotated so I was very upset with the service department. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
