Great selection. Helpful employees

No photo framing at this location, so coupons worthless unless drive to Helena or Missoula.

The staff were so helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. This is always my go to place when I need anything fabric related.

Went in and the girls were very helpful, as I was looking for a specific thing, I was in a time crunch needing to get in and get out. Very polite and courteous at the register as well, even gave me some helpful tips.

Many different choices for arts and crafts and I love arts and crafts sometimes its difficult to choose but glad they have different choices

Hardly any decent colored cricut vinyl in stock..Store is looking bare. Not sure what is going on.

I LOVE this store! The only complaint I have is that they are very low on in stock items at the store. It makes it hard to take advantage of the perks they offer such as curbside pickup and what not when a majority of their populated items are never in stock. If they kept up on inventory like the other Joann Fabrics stores in MT I feel they would have a surplus more business!

Wanted some vibrant colors of plastic canvas and yarn..wow. was great. Knew if I had these items shipped to me..would probably be more..soooooo I just bought what I wanted here.

Really friendly, helpful employees! I keep going in for specific things and finding they dont carry them; however, thats probably in part to the store size just not being able to handle as much product as would be needed to carry everything for every craft.

Sign on the door stated all employees wear mask, wearing the mask around the neck doesnt count. I have to be very careful with my husbands health and this woman didnt make me feel right, 2 days in a row

Great selection of merchandise. The use of their online coupons have changed, you now have to have an account and be logged in to use them. Clerks were friendly but they were continuing their own conversation while waiting on me.

Such a variety of items, always great coupons! If they dont have it they arrested very friendly in sharing where to get it. Always happy to order in. Friendly customer service, but not over bearing (I dont like to ask for help so they are gracious about asking and giving me space when I say no.) Also knowledge about items; my kids joined 4-H sp I am now much more crafty than I would have ever imagined. The staff are amazing about letting me ask...Why would I buy this? How does this work? Customer service sumtimes sucks

I really like going to Joann fabrics for my arts and crafts supplies, it has the largest selection in town and I love getting coupons in the mail, they make getting what I need less expensive. It is also really close to a bus stop so I can get home easily after shopping without having to walk very far.

The JoAnn fabrics in Butte Mt is my favorite. The customer service is so awesome and some sweet ladies work there. Very clean and organized

This is a fun store to shop in, because of the variety of projects to do and very nice quality to choose from know matter what you are making.

Not a very good selection, not what I would consider a craft store. I discovered the next day, the items I purchased, I could have got twice as much at half the price at another local store.

They have great coupons but it is so frustrating that there are so many restrictions on them. Employees are very helpful.
