I hate giving bad reviews, but I dont recommend shopping here.Theyre extremely condescending, I had the nerve to ask what kind of hair extensions they had in stock, because they rarely have any.Once I was lucky they had the kind where you can sew clips in, which I had to specifically ask for, because selling me 3 packages of tape in would of cost three times as much.So I figured Id call first, and was told they only have tape in and the fusion kind, I asked about the ones I got last time, got a snort and a Did you not here me, a and b is the only kind we have.So yeah, Ill never shop there again. Or use Sallys online or anywhere else.Im not using the employees name, because, frankly,, management should know better than to keep someone on who is clear not interested in their job, or maybe they arent paid a living wage.
Manager is so rude she called Me and My Daughter the C word. She was angry because we came in ten minutes before closing and I over heard Her, the Managersay I KNEW I SHOULD HAVE LOCKED THE DOOR to her co worker. I then asked her oh, are we keeping you open late? Im only grabbing 3;items and I know where they are. During check out she was extremely rude. I then told her she needed to work on her customer service skills very politely. This is when the bickering ensued and I was called the C word as she was locking the door behind Us.I love the store, location and products. And the store is very clean but Terrible staff.

The staff is well trained, knowledgeable about an extensive inventory, and are committed to giving you the personalized service you deserve.... Honestly, I don’t know where I’d be without them.... I have been a weekly customer since this store has opened, for personal and professional purchasing, and have yet to witness anything that these disgruntled reviewers are talking about! (Perhaps somebody has a grudge?)😏DeNene as a manager, has such an impressive amount of product knowledge, and is so helpful in qualifying the client to the proper product(s), while offering clients the best value at an affordable price.... (Rewards card, anyone?)The rest of the staff (Heather, Anna, & Lennie) are so personable, and are always willing to go the extra mile for the consumer, that you can’t help but love this store....Kudos to the Butte Sally’s!👏🏼
Honestly, love love LOVE this store! Manager DeNene is so helpful and very sweet, as well as all of her lovely employees! Cannot recommend highly enough to come visit these girls, they’re so helpful. If you can’t find what you’re looking for they will help you find a equally amazing alternative or direct you to their awesome website! 10/10 customer service 💖
Manager needs customer service skills. She is working for the public, not the other way around. I left a review awhile back and it disappeared. I understand she may be the type to let a bit of power get to her mind, but again, she is in customer service and apparently missed that somewhere. When people ask for assistance, it is her duty to help, not have drawn out conversations with employees. Do your job.
Im so glad we have a Sallys near us. I love all the girls who work there.The manager is helpful and knowledgeable of the products in the store.The other girls are great also. The store is always clean and inviting.
When I went to this location the manager had such a rude attitude, as if I was making her life horrendous asking for help. The other lady working was a worker middle aged another time very kind, and I listened as the manager was saying mean stuff and the woman working beneath her said please stop that lady is still shopping. Very kind workers, but to have a manager so rude and mean, I left crying 1 day. Another time it was 20 min before closing and the manager ran to door and locked it as I was walking to door. Also if u have a deal advertised why is manager stating if it does not ring up I cant have it...false advertising....workers kind, horrible manager, she even treats workers like trash. Theres more but I get scared to even go in....u feel so unwelcome if the manager is working....i cant imagine working beneath someone like her....
Went in to buy Clip in hair extensions. Was told by the MANAGER that the set she recommended came with 10 pieces even though the box depicted 5. She said no thats just the bigger pieces that come in the set, it also comes with two extra in case youd like to dye them Great! So I bought the more expensive ones. Get home no less than an hour later to discover theres only 5. Go back and because theres no returns on hair and the Manager has left I leave my name and number so she can contact me to see if maybe I could get a discount on the next set I will obviously need to buy. No one has contacted me. Nothing has been done. EXTREMELY disappointed with the customer service over there. If youre the manager maybe know what youre taking about before you Talk a customer out of the product they want and into a more expensive less quantity product instead. Would give no rating if I could but one star will do.
We had such a good experience. Hannah was helpful and knowledgeable and happy to be doing a great job! Bought more than we planned to due to her expertise and infectious attitude. Jonesgals.
Ive been there twice. The first time, I purchased some things on sale and didnt realize until later that I was charged full price for one of the items. The staff is friendly enough. The last visit is the reason I will not be returning. Their obnoxious music might have been tolerable had it not been played at high decibels. When the clerk and I practically had to shout at each other, it is far too loud. Not only that, but she followed me around like Colombo.
DeNene and her team are amazing and always help me find what I need Skin Care, Hair Care, make up colors/advice. LOVE
I am the current manager here at Sally Beauty. I saw negative comments about our store. I appoligize for any misgivings experienced at our store. Please feel free to come talk to me if you are not happy the customer service you recieve by me or any of my associates. We have new staff members and we strive to make customer service a top priority.

DeNee the current manager is beyond rude! She has horrible hygiene. Not someone I want helping me with beauty tips. When I need something and she is there I leave and go to Walmart. The rest of the staff lynnie, heather and Anna would get 5 stars. Your store manager is pushing sales elsewhere.
Manager was extremely rude. She decided socializing with her coworker, and loudly expressing I could wait, was more professional than helping me find something.

This time I was disappointed .Ive been a member of Sallys for 12 yrs.10 yrs in Helena and 2 in Butte My.I went to grab one of the flyers that was offered to one other customer and the clerk said it was for professionals only.You dont send coupons or flyers in the mail ( dont like to have my emails clogged up.
