The install folks were amazing. There was a cancellation so it was installed 5 weeks earlier than first scheduled. I had them remove the old carpet and move the furniture. They went above and beyond and placed everything back just where I wanted it. The carpet and pad are so plush and soft. Would definitely recommend them. Recently I contacted Pierce Flooring in Butte. Robyn Alley came to my home with ample samples of laminate boards. Robyn was very professional and very well educated about the products she was showing. Products were chosen and she was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the laminate. Robyn took excellent measurements and ultimately a date was set for installation. When the day arrived, the installation crew, Josh, Mike and Paul arrived on time and immediately began the process of tearing out old carpet and laying down the new laminate. They were extremely knowledgeable and replaced approximately 2,000 square feet of carpet with high quality laminate. The work was beyond reproach. The finished job was nothing less than spectacular. I recommend these gentlemen to install your new floors when you chose Pierce to do the job! Again, one thousand percent satisfied. Thank you again for our beautiful floors.

Best experience buying flooring! The store has a lot to choose from and my salesperson, Leah Crossman, was just wonderful. She worked hard to get me an installer on my spur of the moment request! I walked in on Monday, ordered on Tuesday and she kept in touch with me the entire time. She really did move heaven and earth to get my floors at the best price and installed on my crazy timeline! The carpet was installed on Thursday early afternoon by a very professional and diligent installer!! Highly personalized service! She was just wonderful with my 3 year old granddaughter who was with me most of the time! All in all a fantastic experience.

Not one to get excited over getting new carpet, I figure that’s my wife’s job, but when I returned home and saw how well it was laid and my wife said how well the installers worked and how pleasant and professional they were, I was pleasantly surprised. The new carpet has enhanced the room.

When signing the contractual agreement, she thoroughly explained what to expect with installation.
