The staff was polite and efficient. This is just a cookie cutter slice of corporate America. The only reason they get four stars is because we went specifically to get some Starbucks swag, because my mother really loves this company. Unfortunately they had a very limited selection and did not have any of the standard issue items we were looking for at this site.

Coffee is great but that drive threw line is ridiculous at times

Visited this location a couple of times, once in the drive-thru and once in store. Both times we had perfect drinks and friendly service. When we went in the store it was very clean, and the employees were very nice to my children, humoring them by explaining how they were doing things, and even answering the bizarre questions like how many gallons of milk do you use in a day?, and doing so all with a smile.

Sporadic hours that are always changing. It feels like more of a hassle to go here these days. They had the mobile ordering on today and I ordered 2 drinks just to show up and them be closed. I was charged for the drinks also and have no way to fix this. Super disappointed, hopefully when I call tomorrow they will refund me.Update: I have tried to call the last 2 days and the phone has not been answered once. You think logistically they would have refunded it the next day noticing as it probably happened to other people.

Coffee is stronger than others that I drink but its okay and their breakfast sandwich is all right also

Went thru the drive thru @ the Butte Starbucks today, excited to get something fun with my niece, & a very young voice came over the speaker saying “We closed at 4pm today”…. No explanation given, no regretful tone….. It was 4:01pm…..No wonder all of the cars ahead of us sped away after stopping in line @ the speaker! Since when does Starbucks CLOSE @ 4pm?!? On a Friday, no less???? Since when do they turn away the 9 cars ahead of us?!? Won’t be going back for sure…..

Coffee was fine, but the employees were not friendly and the bathrooms were both bad. No toilet paper in either. When asked to clean them the employee was very annoyed.

They randomly added a flavor to the drink I ordered :/. We all know what our Starbucks is going to taste like right? We can bank on it because for years its been consistent so I just drove off and when I tasted it, seemed off but I kept going even though I didnt quite like the drink. Before throwing the reciept away I noticed they had added a flavor I had not asked for.When I called the store to say hey, this happened - I was just driving through and dont live here so... maybe woulda been helpful if they had repeated my order so I could have caught it? The reply from the shift leader was, well, the order shows up on the screen when you order so...Oh wow! Guess thats it - check the screen if you want to makensute you get what you are ordering at this location 😉

What can a person say? Its starbucks! Always excellent and always spendy.

Management was absolutely appalling and completely unprofessional! Went to order some drinks with friends and family we went through the drive through had the manager lean out the window to talk disrespectfully to us we didnt even know what she was speaking about and held my drinks and card till she was done berating us for doing something we where not even responsible for later learn that person was the manager on shift will never return to this location ever agen it was an absolutely appalling

I got to the building like 30 minutes before close and the doors were locked and the drive thru was unattended. I called to see if maybe it was curbside only but no one picked up. I checked the time on the door and the sign confirmed that the store was open for another 30 minutes

At 5am the staff was peppy and cheerful, made my drive home that much better getting a quad shot.

Hopefully you can update the operation hours at google maps. No one would know that you change your hours on papers. Inconvenient experience.

Flavored latte was tasty. Bought some peppermint latte to take home. Inside store was clean, well lit, and the staff were friendly and helpful, even tho their drive through was 7 cars long.

Corporations all have a bit of turnover so Im not complaining but out of my two visits one provided me with a mocha that had no mocha. The other visit was pleasant and prompt with good coffee.

I really cant say either way, so Im giving the benefit of the doubt. I think it is the only Starbucks in Butte. I just ran in and out for a minute, it was on the smaller side, very clean, and in those few seconds, the staff made a great impression on me. The drive-through was consistently full (because it was raining, most likely). I had to meet up with a girl who was studying for school (yes, cliché), to pick up something, and of course, her presence didnt seem to bother them at all. 👍

You gotta love good coffee and these people are in the Top of their trade.

Why is the lobby closed?! This is ridiculous! There is no reason for the lobby to be closed and only have drive through open and like 20 cars long! Bad business! Guess I’ll be giving my business to the other coffee shops in town.

Service at the Butte Starbucks was blah. Employees were not very welcoming and seemed almost put out. Not the usual Starbucks experience. At first, I thought it just may have been a bad day, but every day for a week or remained the same...

Its really good! With all the coffee options and the many kinds of things you can add to your drink. The coffees are really good and the customer service is also pretty good! Its one of the best coffee shops in my opinion.

No one is at the store, only sign is a sign saying that the drive thru is open. The manager or owner could get off their lazy backside and put a sign up at least.

I am pretty much obsessed with Starbucks and visit this location on average of 10 times/ week. I have always had amazing service, the drinks are always spot on, they always give my dog a puppuccino (free), and even if the drive through line is wrapped around the building it only tastes a few minutes to get through it. Keep up the great work Starbucks of Butte!

If I was rich Id visit this location every morning. Its nice in the morning to see a smiling face and get a anti coffee spilling plug with your coffee lid. Makes me feel good to spend 5 dollars a coffee. Thank you star bucks for caring.

Every time I ask for a pink drink, comes without strawberries. Theres a grocery store across the street! Why not send someone to get them?! The drink isnt the same without the strawberries.Update: they have improved and when there arent fresh strawberries, they use frozen which is almost as good as the fresh. Ive changed my review.

I have tried to hold off leaving a bad review for weeks now assuming it was a fluke. They have made my order wrong almost every time, and overcharge more than any other Starbucks I go too. (I travel a lot)

Great staff. The girls here couldnt be more wonderful! I wish they had more variety, but their staff and environment certainly makes up for the lack of choices.

Can’t drive the smallest sized uHaul through drive-thru, can’t order ahead using app and we tried multiple times to flag down employee inside but she kept ignoring us. Still an hour until close but won’t service customers!

Retured my order because it was the wrong size and way too sweet, I was told it only had vanilla in it. Very poor customer service. Then the snarky, have a good day on the way out was just rude. Will not return. Never felt the need to post a review before today.

Turn off your mobile orders if you arent accepting them. One of the benefits of having such a thing is to avoid the endless drive thru window wait times. Not at this place. Avoid this location

A little on the pricey side... however, always a well saved treat!!! Customer service is on par and always a very chill environment. (4 stars only because they are more expensive than the other places in their industry)

Coffee is good the drive thru line is horrible and now before the order board they have a row of cars cutting in line. It is hell trying to get out of the lot if you have been park. The noise level is really bad inside.outside noise caused. Staff always friendy
