I absolutely adore our GameStop store! They always have every gaming need that we desire, and the people there are so friendly and nice! I have made a few good friends from there. Emma and Jenny are the Bomb dot com, and they deserve something great! They go above and beyond in their customer service skills to make you feel at home. Thank you ladies and gents for making the Butte GameStop, the best GameStop! Excited for them back to being open, I plan on stopping in to pick up a bundle of goodies! 🤎

Seems like every time I have gone in there, they have an issue with there system.

I love everything about that store from the employees to the merchandise. But, I think that when I bring in 7 games I shouldn’t only get 25$,

Good game selection. I was impressed with the knowledge of games the staff had.

I always enjoy going in because the people are always friendly and knowledgeable. There are always good deals on the hottest games. Jenny is my favorite person there, shes always friendly and she always makes me laugh even when I go in there in a terrible mood she just lifts me up.

So far no issues with this store they seem to help as much as they can with any questions.

Jam packed full of merchandise and an always friendly staff. Theyre really obvious about their sales goals, but theyre definitely nice about their required pushiness ^^ Never a dull day to be in GameStop

Excellent service every time, and they dont skirt around with the yeah buts or the well we cants. It is always either yes or no.

I was talking to another guy earlier and he said he would give me a price estimate on my Wii if I described it to him and them he said oops Its closing time got to go and he said sorry and all of that blah blah blah and I was okay with that. The next day I call up to get my appraisal and what sounds like a drunk guy answers the phone and I asked if he could do a rough estimate on the phone and he said nope you have to bring into the store to have it checked out and he just hung up. I think that guy was just being lazy
