0 stars. I called and made an delivery appointment on Thursday and the owner, told me that he could get it sent out on a truck on Friday. (The package had already been sitting there for 5 days and they were suppose to call and make an appointment with us) But when I didn’t hear back, Home Depot said to call and schedule it with them. So Friday came between 8-12 and it didn’t show. I called him and said that they didn’t get a truck sent out and that it will be here on Saturday between 8-12. It didn’t show up. I called back on Saturday when it didn’t come and he said that it will be here on Sunday between 8-12 . Didn’t show up. Then I call him I ask and he states “we are closed call me back tomorrow, i’m going through personal stuff” and hangs up the phone. Very unprofessional. Then Monday comes I call and he says “I promise it will be here on Tuesday. Truck pulls up, I go out, and oops. The package it not on the truck! So the guys tell me that Jake, the “delivery guy that loads the trucks” will call my fiancé and he never did. So I tried calling the owner, the man I have been speaking with. And he is now ignoring my calls and my fiancé’s. They are also ignoring Home Depot, because they can’t get ahold of them either. I sent the owner a message just asking if he can ask least tell me if it’s lost, stolen, if they misplaced it so we can cancel, refund, or get a new order in. But he is not responding.Update: He called my fiancé the next day, after ignoring our calls and texts, and apologized for not responding. Our package apparently got delivered to the complete wrong address and house. Even though our names and correct address were on the box. So now he is stating it will be here tomorrow between 8-12. Hopefully it does come.

Delivery men were not wearing face coverings during a pandemic (even though they talked to me, entered my home, etc.) They also shamed my treadmill purchase calling it a waste of money while I was in the room. The treadmill delivery was left in the hallway on its side, when the box is clearly labeled which direction is up.

If I could give them a zero I would. Poor customer service and no personality. I would call someone out of town. If they work like some of them answer the phone its not worth your 125 an hour. Did not show up to the delivery and then turned phone to voicemail. They were supposed to be there between 2 and 4 called at 410 and was told they would be there when they get there 🥸(Yep seriously those were his words lol). We dont do business that way and if they have only one cell phone between them (obviously when they cant call to see where the others are in route)maybe they should consider not having a business. The response was there was an accident which was sent to my email after I sent them an email. Sorry for the inconvenience and we were not being rude, we had an accident. Sooo you turn your business phone off and never show up or call even the day after? I call BS Took up a whole day and then finally found another company who is legit. Thanks for nothing guys

So I live in the middle of nowhere. UPS and FEDEX have gotten lost finding me but never even attempted to call even thought they had my phone number. Not to mention when they have located my address they’ve left packages literally setting on the road 1/4 mile from my house, in the rain, unprotected. The only reason I even noticed one delivery was because I thought someone had tossed a bunch of trash out on the road.Enter “Let’s Get Moving”. First time I’ve ever done business where this company out of Butte, Montana was the delivery service hired. Service. Service. That’s the key word. Many companies will deliver your stuff and I’ve had many companies that did just that—even if they didn’t do it properly. Today, having Let’s Get Moving arrive with my delivery was quite refreshing and pleasant. I was called ahead of time to confirm their arrival. I gave brief directions of how to locate me. Dakota and Nicholas are a couple of go-getters. They arrived on time—the early edge of on time—and they both wore smiles. They were extremely professional and delivered the package to my satisfaction, in my shop, right where I wanted it. They own the definition of SERVICE! They were friendly and courteous. Good job, guys, you represented your company very well!!

Brian and Angelo were fantastic! We ordered 2 new fridges for our assisted living facilities which they delivered from Home Depot. They communicated the drop off time accurately. They took the old units with them even though we had not prearranged this service. They were extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for moving services.

Hire this HONEST and RESPONSIBLE company. You may have read my review recently about a negative experience that I first had with this company as they had not taken care of a few things that needed to be reimbursed due to getting broken and then would not call me back. Little did I know that there were some major issues going on that were really causing this owner his own problems in which he was just struggling to move forward. He eventually did get a hold of me and not only apologized profusely for not handling things professionally at the Tim, but reimbursed the ENTIRE move back to me. Thank you Brian! I did not expect that and in this day and age most people just continue to blame others rather than taking true responsibility. If I could write 10 stars for your professionalism in handling this I would. You have proven that some companies out there actually care about their customers more than the bottom line and that’s why you are a great company that will only continue to grow!

EDITED: owner has reached out to make things right.This company is the local terminal delivery for a treadmill I ordered from Nordictrack. They have had my item for a week and have refused to schedule delivery. The phone number he gave me to contact, no one ever answers and he told me to try leaving a voicemail. I’ve now left 4 voicemails and have received no call back. They have my $2,000 treadmill and are dodging phone calls and failing to deliver.

Like other reviews have mentioned, extremely poor communication about pricing.Make sure to get your quotes and full charges in writing prior to move. Good luck

Jeff Carlson and Steve McDonald worked so hard to move us across town in Butte! There are a lot of steps up into our new house, and they moved all our furniture, including a couple really heavy pieces, safely and without damage. Very professional and careful. We could tell right away we were in good hands.

Brain and Josh installed a gas range for me today.Did a fantastic job.Were conscientious about my stuff and did a great job cleaning up the old range.Made sure I understood everything I needed to about the install.Overall, a great job!If I need any other moving done, Ill give them a call.

We moved from California to Montana. We needed some muscle to offload a semi full of household goods as well as a 1,045 lb gun safe. My initial contact was with Brian. Brian advised me to contact him the day the truck arrived as he would send a crew over that same day. The moving truck did not arrive as scheduled yet Brian graciously stayed in touch with me and fit us into his next days schedule. Two hours after the moving truck arrived four men arrived and had our goods and safe unloaded in under five hours. Our household goods were handled appropriately, placed where we instructed and efficiently timed. The crew were respectful, HARD working and non-stop. I highly recommend Lets Get Moving and will use this company again. Job well done.

We just moved to Anaconda from out of state had our truck unloaded by three guys. Weve moved a lot so have had a lot of experience with movers. I cannot say enough good things about this company. The manager I spoke with to set things up was more than courteous and took care of every concern I had. The gentleman he sent out named Ryan, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. They completed things in the promise time frame even though I was a little bit indecisive on where I wanted some of the furniture placed. I have moved to over 20 different states for work and I have never had a company as easy to deal with his this one!

These guys moved us to Washington this summer. They were friendly, professional, and quick! Not one thing was broken or lost, and the price was right. Hire them!

They are the only game in town, so I hired them to unpack a 26’ truck and 16’ trailer. They showed up on time and got to work promptly. Having worked with other moving labor companies before, I can say these guys are all business. They rarely smiled. And there was no joy in their work. There was a palpable tension and despite being paid by the hour, they complained about having to take things to different areas of the house as it was an inefficient use of their time.They broke nothing. But did not strike me as “careful”. I was also shocked to learn, at the time of payment, of their door to door billing policy. I paid for an hour of travel and had to listen to them gripe and watch them frown. It didn’t set well with me.The two lost stars are for negative attitude and poor billing communication.UPDATE 7/21/18: After posting the review seen above, the owner of the company reached out to me to see how he could make things better. While he didnt offer anything, his effort to call and assure me that he wanted to make sure hed left me happy was reassuring. Ive upped the rating to 4-stars due to his effort in customer service.

Tyler and Josh came for delivery of my oven while I was out at a doctors appointment. They graciously waited for me to make it home without the slightest complaint before they efficiently installed my oven. You’re not going to go wrong with this company, but especially if you get Tyler and Josh!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! Brian Kester and Andy Johnson are very experienced rip off artist, DO RESEARCH on this company BEFORE you hire them. We did not and it cost us. We hired his company to load a moving truck. Brian quoted us $160/hr for 4 guys...which was fine. When the move was over he wanted to charge an additional $250 to move a piano. We were never told about that fee. The piano they moved was FREE to us. We would NEVER have paid any money additional to load it up. We would have sold it or given it away. Brian ended up calling the police. He also threatened to fight me while waiting for them to show up. (wish I was making this stuff up). We pointed out to the police, that when they had us sign the docs before they loaded the truck, there was one piece of paper they DIDNT have us sign...guess which one...the one with the additional fee for the piano. Good guess. Officer said we had to pay, which, as an aside, will just embolden him. I will read one of these not long from now which is $500...or $1000. Why not? Its a perfectly legal scam. We requested that if we had to pay, that he at least document the damaged they did when they dropped our $800 entertainment center properly on the paperwork. The officer took the paper to Brian and brought it back. Good thing I read it. He had listed the item in the PREVIOUSLY DAMAGED section of the paperwork. The look on the officers face when he realized these guys were running a COMPLETE scam and the officer couldnt help us was priceless. He took the paperwork back and had them fix it. As shady a business person and a business interaction I have ever been apart of. Stay away. You would be way better off calling the pre-release and hiring those guys. And I am completely serious about that.

Brian and his partner were paid $100 an hour to move a couple refrigerators. After arriving, Brian informed me that there was a three hour minimum ($300). The first refrigerator he and his partner moved they ran into my interior garage door with a crunching noise and damaged the door. Brian told his partner to be careful but never said a word about the damage. Brian and his partner also broke the plastic cover on the fridge by popping in off with a screw driver instead of removing the screw. Brian later tried to claim it was already broke (it was not---I moved the fridge to clean when I bought the house and it was never removed prior to them prying it off).Since I had to pay for three hours instead of the one hour that was negotiated prior to them showing up, I had them move more stuff to get my moneys worth. My Temper Pedic mattress was placed in my new bedroom covered in dirt on both sides of the mattress. They clearly dropped it on the ground coming out of their truck.When I went to pay for the three hours (9:00am to 12:00pm) at 11:40am, Brian stated that I had to pay from the time they left their shop! (How would I know what time they left their shop!!) Then Brian told me he would charge me 5% extra to use my credit card (everyone knows credit card companies dont charge more than 3%). I then asked Brian about what he was going to do about the damaged they cause to my interior garage door. He stated he could get an adjuster out to look at it. I told him I would think about it and call him tomorrow. When I called the next day, Brian started yelling and swearing at me and stated I was an ass.... .To Brians credit, he later texted about fixing the door. After the way he treated me as a customer (yelling and swearing at me), I chose to deal with it myself due to not wanting Brian back in my house, ever.I would highly recommend NOT using this company---they are not professional movers! On a bright note--Brians partner was a super nice guy--Brian is not--CALL SOMEONE ELSE.

Wow!. These guys are fantastic!! I bought an upright antique grand piano from a family in Bozeman. Yet NO ONE in Bozeman, none of the moving companies there would touch it. Not even the piano companies!!!Brian and his five guy crew, brought my piano home for my family. It was hard work! But they never complained.Top notch crew! Hire them first. In May of 2019, I called Let’s Get Moving to hire help with loading our truck. I requested movers for July 3rd.I received a call on June 2, from a gentleman who said he was confirming our load date for June 3rd. The next day.I clarified and stated it was July 3rd not June 3rd. I told the person on the phone if I was unclear I was sorry but it was July 3rd. He said ok and we agreed that it was good he called to confirm, he said ok.On the morning of July 3rd two gentlemen arrived on time and started to work.About two hours into the job the owner Brian arrived and got more men to help with the move.I could see that the group was struggling and bought lunch for the two people that showed up at the beginning. I offered the new guys food including The owner Brian. No response from Brian he ignored my offer.The men that worked for Brian were polite and professional, they said no thank you.Unlike their boss.The owner Brian would not answer any questions or when I offered to make things easier he again ignored me. As the time continued Brian was becoming more agitated, Brian said to my husband and I that in BUTTE JULY 3rd is a holiday and he should not be working at all. I booked the job back in May, and it was discussed again on June 2.From the middle of the truck to the end of the truck our packing job turned into a hurry up and get it done.There were problems, when we unloaded our furniture was placed down on the truck without a pad or blanket and has large scratched areas.Brian cannot say he was not informed. I explained we have a 3 bed home with lots of totes in the basement. I suggested 2 loaders and when they arrived and saw the job was more than they planned for I suggested they call and get more help, I didn’t mind paying a higher rate per hour for more help. It was a big job and I respect what movers do and really appreciate them.Brian did not come to access the job before hand to see what they would need.Long story, but I want others to know that the owner Brian was not professional or good at what he did. He crammed our truck and when I called him after words to talk about he said hey your truck got loaded, what else do you want?Brian said he’s been doing this for 10 years and he’s never had a problem.This is the wrong company for a big job!!!They may do well on small jobs like washers and dryers but DO NOT! DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR ANY JOBS bigger than a small truck or individual items.his company was recommended by our relator and I let her know she really should not recommend them. The owner Brian was an irrational and all he cared about was having to work on the 3rd of July. Just in case Brian doesn’t know the 4th of July is the National Holiday. And it was your job to say we don’t work on 7-3.

The guys arrived on time, got my stuff unloaded in 45 minutes where we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing moving services in the Helena Area.

I utilized Brians moving services in January, 2017-prior to him starting Lets Get Moving. The experience was terrible! He promised to have 3 movers, and only 2 showed. They were supposed to be experienced-this was only the 2nd move for one, and the 4th move for the other. When a 3rd mover showed up in the evening, he stole my classic Nintendo game. Brian said he would compensate me for the theft, but 10 months later still no payment. He told me he sent me a money order, and when I didnt receive it, he said he would send another, but I never got that one, either. Recently, in Oct., 2017, Brian sent a text that he would be in Missoula. I live almost 60 miles from Missoula but agreed to meet him there, where he would pay me for the item his employee stole. I never heard from him; I texted him three times while in Missoula, and he never responded! I plan to pursue legal action, definitely civil and possibly criminal.Re; the move...multiple items were broken or damaged...I mean, one of the movers dropped a piece of pottery in the road outside my home in Butte, it broke, and he left it right there in the street! I have scratches and dings on my jewelry box, my washer/dryer, my office chair was literally broken in two (still dont know how they broke it-it didnt even make it to my new home); and my old-fashioned chair-style hair dryer is unusable-the whole top was broken off. I didnt realize this had been broken until I went to move it out of storage a few weeks ago. Brian promised me a specific rate, guaranteeing it would be no more than his quote-he then came back and asked for more money.I paid for the moving truck on top of his fee, & tape to tape boxes (boxes were included in the quote, but apparently not tape...and what a disaster that was!) Brian came over to help pack, and had the guys just folding the box flaps into each other...I cant tell you the number of boxes that spilled open when they were lifted!I had to go through that again when I moved out of my Butte storage unit-multiple boxes falling apart because Brian had packed them without using tape on the bottom. When Brian first came over with 2 movers to start packing, they were literally throwing my belongings in boxes; after about 45 minutes, I asked him if they were marking the boxes-those that go to storage and those going to my new home-the look on his face was priceless, if it wasnt so upsetting! He had known from the start of the job that my property was going to different places. No surprise, I guess...my crystal and fancier dishware came to my new house, and my daily plates and glasses went into storage (along with all the clothes I could wear). Sigh. On on top of all of this, I had to have friends come and help me pack(packing charge was included in the quote), and one wonderful, amazing friend who jumped in his own vehicle and followed us from Butte to my new home 3 hours away, to help unload and unpack the moving truck. If he hadnt have been there for most of the move, a terrible experience would have been catastrophic! At one point, the 2 experienced movers came in and told me the moving truck was full and they couldnt fit all my belongings in! I had actually gotten a bigger truck than Brian suggested, thanks to the movers who came with me; they said there was no way all of my belongings would get in the truck. My friend ended up going out to the packed moving truck and re-arranged all of the items put in there. He did an amazing Tetris thing that the movers should have known to do; when the movers came back into the house, they were impressed that only 1/2 the truck was full now! And the way Brian spoke to his employees! It was unprofessional and uncalled for. And, no joke, I am missing silver coins! I know I cannot prove Brian or his employees stole them, but they were in a desk drawer the day before I moved, and gone when the desk was put in my new residence. I would not recommend any business Brian is a part of.
