Lincare was difficult to deal with. They were willing to provide supplies and equipment if I had insurance. Since I’m between insurance coverage right now they weren’t willing to supply equipment to me if I paid cash for it. They said due to COVID they can only provide supplies to insured customers and not cash paying customers. They had previously given me a price and confirmed they could sell to me since my doctor sent me to them.

The one star is only because the Butte Staff are left to the mercy of the corporate monster they are tied to. The billing is out of state, the hold time has always been at very least a half of an hour. When you get through, you realize there is no way to cancel services with a doctors orders. At the time the machine was picked up the service tech took a photo copy of my debit card and explained it was for the office staff to make sure he had the number right because he doesnt do this part of the process very often. I had to pay over $450 before the machine could leave the building. I did not receive a bill because they are waiting for insurance approval and payment. When the bill finally arrived, it had two months of charges on it - $220 - which was double the monthly quote I got when I picked up the machine. I called - told them I would pay it on payday. The day before payday the photo copied debit card number was used to take the total amount from my checking account. I was able to get a doctors order for the discontinued use of their machine, but had to wait until a manager could sign off an approval for it to be picked up - a week from now. When I asked if I would be charged for it, I was told, you will have to call the billing number. Now, I have to go through the hassle of canceling my debit card to keep them out of my account. And for the record, the concentrater was the pits - it was so loud, and hot! I had to put in a different room and run the lines creativity to keep from falling. It drove the temperature of upstairs through the roof. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE LINCARE FOR ANYTHING!!!!
