I have personally used this shop at least three times (always been satisfied). My 80 year old father had some minor paint issue on the front bumper. Reflections quoted him over 1k. My dad is from Germany and getting older but he isnt a fool. He told me the quote and I sent him to Wilsons. The owner of Wilsons heard the quote from Reflections, asked my dad to hold on a minute, and rubbed a little paint thinner on the area. Like magic the problem disappeared! My father tried to pay Wilsons and the owner refused to accept any money. Reflections is either extremely incompetent, or they saw an old foreign man that they could pull one over on. I will never use Reflections again, nor will I recommend them.

Car looks beautiful. Fender repair and paint. Blended with existing paint job. Seamless!Ordered part was delayed and I couldn’t get my car back on time. I had mentioned the previous week that i had a trip planned. Reflections called Enterprise and rented a car for me so I could do my trip!! Now THAT is customer service!

Pros all around this business, nice people also.

This is a great business. Very professional. Quick, friendly, and the work completed is awesome. I was given a guarantee for the work completed as well. I will return, ( well, hopefully not- due to it was a car accident) if the need arises.

They have done body work on several of my vehicles through the years and have always done amazing work!

They are a great body shop. They do a good job and are reasonably priced. They can be a little pricey on somethings! But I highly recommend them.

Ive unfortunately had to use thier services a couple of times and ive never not been absolutely amazed by the attention to detail and the level of skill at reflections. Ill never take my vehicles anywhere else. Top Notch

Brad is a 1st class, professional. I will use them again If needed. My truck was there for only a week and was ready when he stated it would be. Looked like new!

Not worth wasting time on

I have used Reflections body shop on two occasions and have been impressed with the work they have done each time. I was unable to tell that the vehicle was ever damaged and their customer service was top notch. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicles repaired.

Two employee stood right to my face and flat out lied to me about the final bill. I’m Over 70 years old and I’m not stupied. I can’t stand a liar or someone that try’s to take advantage of a old person living on Social Security.On the original estimate and the second estimate receipt. When I told them not to do something that was added that didn’t need to be replaced they just added 115.00 to one of the other parts. In stead of the original 35.00 they said it cost on the original estimate, they charged 155.00 for same part on the final bill.

Very help customer service, and they do amazing work. There is a gallery at the front so you can see examples of aome of their best work. Down side is, you get what you pay for. It is expensive.

They did amazing work on my Impala, and they were very professional about it. Had to get the whole bumper replaced.

Wouldnt paint my hood of I didnt paint my fenders which didnt needing painting because his words my reputation is on the line I was willing to pay for his to fish the tiny dent prep and prime the hood but his greediness lost him a sale. Aka unhappy excustomer

This place is garbage to work with!! This USED to be a good place to go get your vehicle fixed. Ive noticed they hired new people working the front of shop who do not know what they are doing!(adjuster/receptionist) The first run around I had took over a week and a half to get a bumper replaced after being told it was a 2 day job. I decided to try them again a year later and had a slight dent on my door. Reflections told us to drop off my car at their facility and they would get ahold of the insurance company. They called me 6 days later just to tell me that they never started working on my car since the adjuster from usaa insurance never came out. The receptionist assumed that they would come out on their own. Their protocol is to contact the adjuster to make sure they are coming out due to my car being in their possession. I called USAA insurance company who informed me they contacted reflections 5 times! Reflections never picked up the phone! Since this was a 4 day repair job I have to cover the costs on my rental for the days that went over the 4 days.This is without my car being fixed!!So in all working with this facility screwed me into my own pocket!! I will never be using this company again!!

They were very rude and totaled my $15k car while it was still on the tow truck without even looking up the prices for parts. I had it towed somewhere else and they fixed it for a reasonable price, so glad I got a second opinion!

I was very UNHAPPY with reflections work on my car, professionalism, you name it no good at all. They told me after my accident that my accident didnt cause my ABS light to come on. Sent me to another shop they send my car to to get checked for auto engine repairs because of wreck. I went to 2 places they told me checked it and the places told me they have never seen my car. Less than 6months later I had a serious wreck that threw me on the other side of the interstate 67/167 going g the opposite way .I am thankful for the barriers they put up on 67/167 it saved my life. Another wreck my fault, it all could have been avoided if Reflections would have done the right thing in the first place. I would never step foot on there property again. BEWARE.......... Now I am almost 60 years old and my insurance cost as much as a 17 year old boy because of accidents and tickets I have gotten from there work.
