Worst service Ive ever had. Kept returning my vehicle saying the problem had been fixed. Had to have truck towed everyday for a week back to their shop. Replaced only a few parts that can be seen without having to get under the vehicle. Most parts they stated they replaced had not been. Brake hose was old and collapsing. And instead of using actual parts they made parts that caused further failure of the brake system. Their service required my entire brake system to be replaced. All calipers locked up and caused the rotors to warp and of course calipers and brake pads overheated as well. And of course the shop refuses to accept responsibility for the actions of employees. THEY PUT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIVES AND CHILDRENS LIVES IN DANGER.

I would Highly recommend Ideal Auto Care.Barbie.and Justin are new owners ..Used to be ideal automotive which is no longer.... The new owners of IDEAL AUTO CARE.... Sent car back after tune up and now I have a blown head gasket and theyre trying to charge me for a radiator that I did not approve of. They told me to pay for it or they will take it out and I told Justin to take it out and he didnt even say ok, he just hung up on me.

Had a full-service done under the hood radiator, water pump, spark plugs and wires Etc 2 Days Later I now have a blown head gasket.

Beware of this shop. First and foremost they have an integrity issue...or lets just say they lie about as often as they tell the truth. I paid to have an engine replaced ($6 thousand) I took the car to them the weekend before the 4th of July. One month later they said they couldnt get the motor in they ordered?? Finally got the motor in and guess what, a truck rolled out of the shop and hit my car. Two weeks later not one thing had been done. I had to take care of the insurance claim myself because they said there was nothing they could do?? So I pick the car up and $4,500 later it was repaired. Didnt even make it home and the service engine light was on and it leaked a cup of oil overnight?? Took it back for that repair and now they say the turbo is bad??If you want to deal with a bubble gum repair shop then go ahead and take your car there.
