I dunno if they were having a bad day or what, but I was treated like I knew nothing. They asked for my password for no reason. They werent going into the laptop for repairs, I told them to just look at the arms for the screen because one had broken and I couldnt find the parts to fix it. I understand needing to turn it on to make sure they didnt break the screen, but they had no reason to ask for my password and I made it clear that I didnt want to give them that information, yet I ended up giving them my password, anyways. Im only giving three star because, again, I dont know if they were just having a bad day or not! But I got my laptop back the next day exactly as I had left it, so. They printed off a picture of the parts I needed so I could find them myself, so that was nice.

Professional and Economical. Brought in my daughters PC in after we tried a DYI rebuild. They found the problem we missed and were quick to repair it. Very transparent and fair priced. Definitely will use again or recommend to a friend.

Rob was extremely nice and explained to me exactly what was wrong with my laptop, not just the fact that it was in Spanish and took him a bit longer to figure out the difference with the keyboard. He didn’t try to oversell anything I didn’t need but did give me some recommendations.I really appreciate the hard work you put into fixing my laptop, your honesty and efficiency.Great friendly customer service. They are very informative hands on engineers with incredible diligents very thorough and great instructing the victims on how to help out with tracking and tracing the intruders even deliver you straight up in their face techniques on delivering the evidence you need. I know its probably strange for me to write a review before I even got my computer back but so far Rob has been so helpful. He explains everything in a way that even someone who isnt very PC hardware literate like me can really understand what is going on and I appreciate that.
