Cashier was super nice, donuts are really good here! I highly suggest if youre on the hunt for donuts you totally come here. I prefer this over the donut spot in Jacksonville

GET YOUR DONUTS HERE!!! The staff(especially the lady) are super friendly! She remembers me and my husband and always helps us find what we want! I cant recommend this place enough! This morning was the first time I bought donuts at Best Donuts.Wow! I am so impressed with this shop.I needed donuts for after church fellowship. I didnt want to overwhelm the shop so I bought four dozen from this shop and four dozen from Cabot Donuts.The two stores dont even compare.I asked if the clerk could make the selections for me.At Cabot I got 1 dozen all glaze. 1 dz all raised chocolate and as the clerk filled the other two boxes she kept putting glazed and chocolate raised. So I didnt get a good variety. I was ok with that until I went to Best Donuts.Wow, the clerk (owner I think) made sure she picked out the best donuts she had.She was so nice and very generous.AND the donuts at Best are far superior to the donuts I got at Cabot.Best Donuts is my new go to donut shop.Thanks Best Donut for great service and great donuts! ❤️

There are good donuts. There are better donuts. Then there are the best donuts! This place lives up to its name. I have enjoyed donuts from Minneapolis all the way to Panama City, and I guarantee you will not find a better glazed donut! Just like some of the other reviews mentioned, the staff is extremely friendly, fast, and they always seem to have hot ones ready for you in the back if you ask for them! If you are anywhere near the Cabot area, do yourself a favor, and come to this donut shop for a truly delicious experience! You will be the hero of your household if you bring a box of these home :-)

Always fresh donuts that are continuously made throughout the morning! It can get busy in there but that is no reason for a bad review as some people have done here. The staff always do their best to service everyone as quick as possible during the rush. I definitely prefer going here over the other donut shops in the area hands down.

The staff is extremely friendly and fast. They ensure your order is exactly what you wanted and the food is very tasty. My kids love coming to Best Donuts and will nearly eat their weight in donut holes. Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious and very filling.

Exceptional service and quality food. The customer service was outstanding. When I ordered my food the worker made sure every detail is perfect. Most of their filled Donuts are filled on the spot when you order them so you get a fresh tasting donut. This allows them to make a lot of blanks so they dont run out of a certain type like most other places do. If you get the chocolate filled, be prepared for diabetes LOL they use the same glaze as the chocolate glazed donuts to fill them with. Extremely tasty but very sweet. When I was done ordering the worker even filled my bag with about a dozen donut holes for free. Great place!

Best Donuts is nasty!Dont eat there! I worked there but I could handle how unsanitary the place was. The first day she had dishwater ready for me to wash dishes. I did several loads in this dishwater because she would not let me change the dishwater. Also it was the same dish water in the sink second day. I only know this because the same food was floating in the water as the day before. She also taught me that we dont get fresh gloves for each customer. We put on a pair of gloves that have already been used a few times we get your food we take the glove off and use it for the next customer. We even use the same gloves if theyve been on the floor. If the box, wraps or bags have also hit the floor she picks them right back up for us to put your food in. She also had me wash the front tables, chairs, coffee area and counter with the same rag. It was the same rag each day I walked in. How do I know? Because of stains that were on this rag. She also showed me how to clean the bathroom which is one rag for counter, toilet and rails. Then she hung it up to dry. The next day you grab that same Rag and you wash the counter the toilet and the rails. I dont care if you disinfected or not you are spreading toilet germs all over the counter and rails. I watched them add hot water to the icing and never saw the make fresh icing. Also the food in the Showcase is several days old. Also they have beetles crawling on the floor and who knows where else. They use dirty rags to clean the jelly filling needles. After each Donut is filled they wipe it down with a dirty rag and switch flavors. Im only telling you all this because I was working there and I was disgusted on how things were done. Nothing is sanitary

We love Best Donuts!!! The owners are so nice and friendly. They know us when we come in. They have the best kolaches!! Biscuits and gravy, the croissants are to die for!! The long johns are awesome especially when you ask for cream cheese filling. Breakfast burritos, our kids love this place too!!! Convenient drive-thru or they have a dining area.

Donuts were not fresh. Everything was chaotic. Customers clogged up the front counter serving theirselves with coffee. Had to reach over people to get my food and pay. Used to be a Shipley. They definitely did not have the Best Donuts. Employees are very nice. Just need a better system for servicing customers.

The name says it all. Theyre literally the best doughnuts Ive had for as long as I can remember! The glazed were light and fluffy and very large. The blueberry cake were to die for. And of course the doughnut holes were delicious. You can keep your Krispy Kreme...this is my go-to doughnut shop.

Used to be a Shipley’s, until they were charging to much for their name to be put on the doughnuts. So the owner did the smart thing and lost the brand to keep their hard earned money. Always friendly and a wonderful way to start your day off, both wit awesome doughnuts and a SMILE.
