Well I placed a small order for myself and my assistant managers for shirts. I was quoted a total cost of $29 originally. The proofing process took longer than necessary but thats no biggie. They said they were busy and mine being a small order I expected to incur some delay.Once we printed the shirts I arrived to pick them up and pay. My initial greeting was from a young and attractive woman who seemed to be bothered with helping me. Rude and uninviting was my take.Disappointing because I had hoped to have found a local shop to print my companies future shirt orders and because Cabot is still a small and friendly town.I ignored her temperament as it would not serve any benefit to respond in the same manner. Then and older gentleman appeared from the back, greated me with a friendly smile and began to chat with me, which I appreciated greatly. The invoice wasnt ready and we agreed to pay within a couple of days. Not a problem!Once I arrived home I inspected the shirts and realized that the front lettering on my shirt was printed off center and to the left. I figured we would just print up another and the problem would be resolved. Surprise! I was told no. I was told that they would not charge me for the misprinted shirt nor would they print another one as it was not cost effective to print another.What about good service? Also, remember the original price of $29, well now the price with the free shirt was $30. A dollar more than originally priced including a free, misprinted shirt that I cannot wear.So disappointed in Cooks level of professionalism.I did point out the pricing error and they did agree to the original pricing with a deduction for the free shirt but Im still without a shirt to wear to work with my management staff. Plus I the customer was made to feel like a burden and unimportant with an attempted price increase. Sad but maybe you will find this review beneficial.

Have done business with them for years. Our Cub Scout Pack gets our shirts and hoodies done at Cooks every year. Their prices beat anyone locally and online. Their service is amazing, and their product quality is top notch.
